Do not be fooled by the first impression given off by this agency. For the first few weeks everything seemed fine in my case (except for the concierge going in and out of the flat as she pleases and the fact that there is a sonometer in the house). But then the real problems came, after inviting a few guests over a few times (4-6 guests so we were clearly not that loud) we were summoned to a meeting where they told us that we had 2 choices, get kicked out or sign an additional piece of contract added to the original one, when I read the contract, I realized that the agency was not doing this for the neighbors but in the aim to steal our deposit, it was a contract that said that if the sonometer ever rang again we would get kicked out without our deposit with a chart that showed the allowed noise levels. The maximum allowed after 22h was 35dB which is equivalent to basically no noise at all. So we were forced to leave the flat as this contract was clearly a way to keep us in the flat paying the rent without returning the deposit at the end. We had multiple meetings with the agency in order to try to find a reasonable solution but they refused to admit their wrongs so in the end, like a lot of their other tenants, we lost our deposit. I will also add that the initial use of a deposit is to repair demages to the flat but we left it in a much better state than when we arrived (my room was dirty and full of trash we I arrived). I strongly advise you not to use this agency as there are a lot of other ones in Barcelona which are a lot more honest and trustworthy.

[Answer to RRB beneath normal review]

Very sad to see the deposit is not completely returned. Reason given is 'supplies used' during my stay. To create transparency this should have been added to the regular bills or stated clearly in the contract, and not be taken from the deposit later on. The meaning of 'deposit' is obviously not understood. Next to this, if and when charged for using supplies, one would expect to have enough supplies, since half of the supplies used have been bought by me. The other supplies were outdated, damaged and overused. I do not see any other option than ranking this one star.

Answer to rent room barcelona:
1. You have had one year to reply, so there you go that is neglection;
2. Extra usage in electricity/water/etc.should be billed in normal rent, so there you go that is trespassing the law;
3. The total amount that was paid divided by 5 people living there is ridiculous and could provide the whole flat with electricity, heating and water, seems like trespassing the law once more;
4. It was never in the contract, you guys know that and we still have the papers:)

I can continue but do not worry my friends, we will soon be equal in payment again:)

Besides that, who do you think you will convince? Do you not see the stars your company has been rated?

Cannot reccommend this team more! I moved abroad on my own for the first time, at only 19 as I was on work experience. I was nervous to go to a big city like Barcelona but it was incredible and RRB were a major contributing factor here! They were always available to contact about any issues we might have had.

I had to leave Barcelona three months early due to Coronavirus and they could not have been more accommodating. They were in regular contact and were extremely helpful in making sure I got all my belongings back to me that I had to leave after me due to the fact I had to leave in such a hurry.

I dealt with Antoine and Andrea and both were professional, sincere and always responsive!

Loved my time there and couldn't have asked for a better service!

I'm living here since 1 year and till this time ever is fine its could happen some problems like all agencies but its acceptable our intermediary agent is good (ANDREA) with me and with the flatmates.our home is good I like it

Cherchez une chambre ailleurs!
Tout d'abord ils mettent beaucoup de temps avant de répondre; pour ma part, c'était juste 1 semaine avant mon arrivée à Barcelone donc j'ai bien fait de chercher par un autre moyen.
De plus, à partir des photos qu'ils m'ont envoyé, c'est vraiment petit et rien n'est fourni.
