El piso sucio, las camas pequeñas y te undes en el colchón, súper incómodas, los mensajes con suerte hay 4 cubiertos iguales (pero éramos 6 personas) las habitaciones pequeñisimas, y los baños olían mal, sin ventilación, la vajilla puesta en el mueble pero sucia, lo único bueno del piso la ubicación a 15 min de Port aventura andando, lo demás fatal.

No se deje engañar por este “Hotel”. Sólo lo alquilas para tu estancia. Ten en cuenta que LO ESTÁS LIMPIENDO TÚ MISMO, COMPRANDO PAPEL HIGIÉNICO, NO TAL MANTA, ESTÁS PAGANDO IMPUESTO TURÍSTICO 16,50€. ¡¡¡TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA AQUÍ! Les dije que goteaba agua por el techo de mi baño y me dijeron que mi vecino de arriba tiene una ducha y no puede hacer nada solo para asesorarlos. Apartamento muy sucio a la llegada, tuvimos que limpiarlo, además si haces el check in/out temprano o tarde pagas un impuesto de 30€. Piscina terrible con sólo unas pocas tumbonas. NO QUIERO IMAGINAR la comida en la cantina que tienen aquí. 100% NO RECOMENDABLE a menos que quieras unas vacaciones realmente baratas donde no te importe dónde quedarte, solo duerme y vete.

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia, al llegar ya avisamos que la habitación no estaba limpia, deberían pasar un aspirador como mínimo a los colchones y sofá, sale de todo ahí y pican, si alguien quiere mover la neverita aún estará nuestra inquilina sorpresa, sin contar que no pudimos dormir además en 3 noches porque tienen problemas con un vecino que se ve que es propietario dentro del mismo edificio y aunque pedimos cambio de habitación, no se nos escuchó, aún así daba igual los pasillos en horas de madrugada parecen la gran vía de Madrid.
Por menos hemos estado en sitios con más atención lo siento!

El peor apartamento donde he estado. Te cobran por todo.tienes que pagar 50 euros por adulto de fianza y ya desde ese momento tr tienen pillado para todo.prohibiciones absurdas con amenadas de que si las incumples ya no te devuelven la fianza.como pone un cartel prohibido sacar un vaso de la habitación.en mi caso no me devolvieron toda la fianza porque una toalla estaba sucia.perdona? Si te parece lavo yo las toallas y las sabanas.
Te dan un rollo de papel para 7 dias y encima te dicen que es de cortesia, 4 toallas de mano minusculas.en fin.servicio 0.
El comedor siempre la misma comida, sin variedad ninguna y no hablemos de la piscina.no hay socorrista y alli es la ley del mas fuerte.pelotas, corchonetas, el agua sucia, incluso cristales dentro de la piscina.
No vuelvo a ir alli y creo que la gente que va es siempre la primera vez porque no creo que alguien en su sano juicio repita la experiencia.

Las habitaciones están muy sucias.
Lo único bueno del hotel son los hombres de seguridad, ¡dale un aumento de sueldo!

El gerente es una persona realmente tonta y poco enfática con un coeficiente intelectual inferior a su talla de zapato, no puedo recomendarlo.

La estancia más terrible jamás vivida. La habitación estaba sucia. El cubo de limpieza que había en el armario olía pestilente. Nunca volveríamos a ir allí. Por la mañana había basura en el vestíbulo de entrada. Los ascensores estaban sucios. Las imágenes en Internet son engañosas. Una estrella todavía es demasiada.

No puedo entender como el checking se hace a las 17.00h y el checkout antes de las 10. Osea te roban 7 horas por toda la cara. Llegamos a las 14.00 horas después de 10 horas de aviones trenes buses y tuvimos que esperar sentados en un sofá de la recepción hasta las 17.00

Teníamos una reserva para 4 noches y aguantamos una y de milagro! La habitación llena de cucarachas, los niños llorando, los tuvimos que llevar a otro hotel con unos amigos.
Las instalaciones precarias, no, lo siguiente, nada que ver con las fotos de la página. Horrible! No lo recomiendo a nadie y menos si viajan con niños! Insalubre! No me explico cómo está abierto como alojamiento turístico.

Este lugar debería estar permanentemente cerrado por higiene y por fraude ya que enseña fotos que no corresponden con lo que es en realidad. Teníamos 4 noches en ese lugar y nos tuvimos que pagar otro hotel para irnos a dormir por el asco que daba. Gastamos un bote de insecticida para cucarachas y a los 5 minutos ya volvían a salir. Es la muestra de “lo barato sale caro”. Además sí quieres reclamar el dinero de la estancia, los de recepción se lavan las manos y te dan otros números en los cuales vuelve a pasar lo mismo. Si vais al final os va a amargar el viaje, es mejor pagar algo más caro porque este lugar de verdad que no se como Sanidad aún no lo ha cerrado

El apartamento está fatal, todo viejo, plaquetas levantadas, huele horroroso, sucio, las puertas del baño ni cierran…
Llegas a recepción y preguntas por el aparcamiento privado del apartamento y es cuando te dicen que debes pagar (6€/dia) y poner fianza de 20€.
Llegas al apartamento y te lo encuentras sucio, con papal de baño usado y sin recambio y con una toalla por persona, cuando vas a recepción pedir otra toalla para el siguiente día te informan que el precio del alquiler de la toalla será de 2€, me parece lamentable.
En el baño no tienen gel ni jabón, ni te lo proporcionan.
La venta del balcón al igual que la del baño ni cierran.
Es un apartamento de los mas pésimos que he visto en mi vida.
El colchón y la almohada es indormible, solo sirve para levantarte con dolor de espalda.
A pesar de que el precio es barato, compensa pagar un poquito mas y tener unos servicios mínimos

FATAL!

1. La increíble cola de espera para un mísero Check In a las 5 de la tarde.
2. Mal trato físico y verbal por parte del personal (empujones, gritos.).
3. La patética y ridícula "limpieza" si es que puede llamarse así de las habitaciones Y PASILLOS del hotel. Sábanas sucias, polvo y basura acumulada en todos los rincones, cucarachas y huevos de cucaracha de todos los tamaños que puedas imaginar. La limpieza en general, no es algo que abunde allí.
4. Cervezas por la recepción como si de un bar de borrachos se tratase.
5. La poca vergüenza de decirnos que es "típico" que hayan cucarachas en Salou por estas fechas, cuando hace poco estuvimos en el hotel de en frente y nada que ver.

En general, la suciedad y la falta de educación, es decir, lo mínimo que se espera de un lugar.

Recomiendo no pisar este sitio ni para una triste noche, sino fuese por la poca limpieza y la falta de educación del personal, sería un lugar cutre pero perfecto para dormir y ducharte sin coger 10 enfermedades distintas. Espero que sanidad haga una inspección lo más rápido posible, porque al menos, los Mossos están al tanto de la situación, ya que tuvieron que ir en menos de dos horas a este sitio. Patético y humillante.

Mi estancia no la aconsejo. Y otros huéspedes tampoco. Hay cucarachas en el baño y todo el apartamento Bastante desagradable. Ni cocinas, te duchas y duermes intranquila. Tienen que cerrarlo y fumigarlo.

En octubre 2021 ya estuve alojado y puse una reseña conforme habían cucarachas, si alguien intento ponerle solución.no a tenido ningún resultado.
A día de hoy volví pensando que estaría todo solucionado y me he encontrado que hay muchissimas más, unas que son grandes y otras muy muy pequeñas. Una plaga brutal.de pena.

No le pongo 0 porque no es posible. Dos horas y media para hacer el check in y una habitación con limpieza deficiente y muchas cucarachas. De vergüenza.

Broken ungrouted tiling,
Stained sheets,
We saw many guests at reception shouting about the many issues which almost became normal as the week went on.
I would %100 go back to Salou but this hotel partially ruined our holiday!
The pictures don't really show how bad it really is.
Avoid Avoid Avoid all costs.
This experience has prompted us to start paying more for package holidays to avoid this happening to us again.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever Stayed in a bunch of hidden fees and €100 deposit that I never got back. Very rude staff. Please don’t waste your time by going here.

Reserve este apartamento guiándome por las fotos. Último vez que vuelvo a reservar algo de esa forma.
Reserve para dos noches y he perdido una! Me he tenido que antes.
Este alojamiento está sacado de las películas de Torrente. Bueno en Torrente creo que habían menos cucarachas y mosquitos.
En definitiva no sé cómo Sanidad no cierra está alojamiento no debe cumplir ninguna medida de higiene.

Había bichos parecidos a las cucarachas en la habitación. En recepción nos dieron un bote para fumigar.

Apenas hay utensilios de cocina para cocinar algo básico y para preparar un desayuno.
No hay jabón ni estropajo para lavar, cuando te obligan a dejar todo limpio al marchar.

En el baño no había jabones ni papel higiénico, al menos si teníamos toallas

You get what you pay for here. Basic but clean. Pubs, restaurants and shops just outside. Everyone I met was happy with what they got too.

Plus d’une heure d’attente pour récupérer notre clé de chambre.
Arrivé dans notre chambre, pleins de cafards dans la cuisine, douche, par terre… on nous a donné une bombe à l’accueil, mais cela a empiré les choses.
Nous devons nettoyer la vaisselle, le frigo mais aucune éponge, aucun produit vaisselle.
Papier toilette déjà entamé, 2 serviettes…
Des cheveux dans le baignoire…
Des voisins qui mettent de la musique et chante jusqu’à 4 heures du matin, impossible de dormir.
Peu étonnant que le prix de la chambre soit aussi bas.
Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits, nous en avons perdu 2. L’hygiène est primordial dans un hôtel…

Para 4 personas, 5 días solo un rollo de papel higiénico, hay cucarachas en las habitaciones, te quitan la fianza si respiras, yo si fuese tu buscaba otro

La recepcionista rubia es insufrible, apenas sabe hablar español y hace caso omiso de todo lo que le cuentes, horrible trato con el cliente y difícil comunicación. Si no sabes trabajar de cara al público pues ponte a limpiar habitaciones pero es de coña que haya gente queriendo trabajar y que esté en el paro para que trabaje esta tía.

No vengas, os comerán las cucarachas.
No hay ni fairi, no te dan ni papel para el baño y encima tienes que limpiar la habitación cuando te vas porque sino te quitan la fianza y encima sin escoba, lamentablemente

I was a bit nervous about staying here after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised so feel like people could do with a completely honest review.
Myself and my boyfriend (both students) have just returned from our stay here, and found that the place was more than sufficient for the 5 nights we spent there. The place is extremely basic, but ultimately provides a bed and working shower. We had no issues with our apartment, and were even able to cook basic meals with the kitchen facilities. At one point, we thought the hobs were not working and reported it to reception, and maintenance came up in less than 5 minutes to show us what to do, so the staff were also very helpful. I saw other reviews that mentioned the lack of a things like toilet roll and towels, and these were certainly true. We were provided with 2 towels and a bath mat between us that did not get changed, but we also appreciate that the facility did not claim they would do this. We only received one roll of toilet roll for our time there, but my boyfriend went and asked reception for more and we were given another. The pool facilities were nice and overall the apartment was clean and roomy for the pair of us, with a balcony to sit out on. The fridge was clean and we were able to store all perishables and water in there, as well as being provided with relevant crockery and cooking equipment. Air conditioning was also sufficient and could be controlled by us.
Other reviews did mention some issues we ran into, the biggest being how noisy the apartments are. I saw someone that referred to it as rest not being respected, and I think that this is the best way to describe it. Noise from outside was not so much of an issue for us, but the noise from people on our floor was unbelievable. People could be heard shouting in the corridors and banging doors throughout the stay, especially in the morning, so it felt very difficult to be well rested in the apartment. For us as students, we accepted this because we had seen this mentioned before we left, but I would definitely not recommend it if you are looking for a totally relaxing place to stay. We also had a little bit of trouble on the first few evenings with the apartment being very cold, having to sleep in hoodies because there are no blankets provided, only sheets. This would be less of a problem in the later summer months, but as we have just been (Late May), in the slightly colder evenings this was a bit of an issue. On cleaning the apartment also, the apartment provides you with a broom and a mop, but no sponges or washing up liquid etc despite you being expected to fully clean the apartment before you leave - bear this in mind as we had to buy these things and then throw them out which felt like a waste.
Ultimately, we were happy with the apartments for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, in a good location (10 minute walk from centre) and was great value for the price we paid. There is a €50 deposit per person to be paid when you arrive that gets returned, and check in is 5pm unless you want to pay extra. Check out is 10am. Fundamentally, this place is worth it for the location and low price, but it can not be treated like a hotel. Be prepared for it to be noisy, but you will have a convenient place to stay. Hope this helps people.:)

No recomendado, la limpieza fatal, los baños sucios, no hay nada de productos de limpieza, las luces fundidas, las patas de la cama rotas, el funcionamiento del gas pésimo tuvo que venir un técnico, aparecen cucarachas por todos los lados, 2camas de 90 y un sofá para 4 personas

Pésimo. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia y la habitación llena de cucarachas. No pudimos descansar ya que aparecían por suelo, techo y paredes.

NO PUEDO DECIR NADA BUENO. NO LO RECOMIENDO. HAY VARIOS MOTIVOS POR LOS CUALES PONGO ESTA OPINIÓN:
- limpieza lamentable, llegamos y el apartamentos estaba sucio ya.
- no ponen ni los materiales correspondientes para dejarlo limpio. (Escoba y fregona rotas, ausencia de estropajos, papel higiénico y utensilios para dicha limpieza)
- camas incómodas
- cucharas en el apartamento
- personal de seguridad nefasto

Estancia horrible, suciedad en la habitación, solo un medio rollo de papel para tres días, el water sin limpiar, cucarachas en la habitación, terraza llena de cagadas de pájaro secas, garaje sacado de una película de terror, no lo recomendaría JAMAS, lo comento en recepción y me dicen son conscientes de todo, pero que es lo que hay.que ellos no son los dueños del hotel, VERGONZOSO

Excelente ubicación y servicio. Pero no era como lo imaginábamos, habitaciones, pasillos, Ademas se daba entender que el precio incluía el parking (en la página) pero no, hubo que pagar a parte. Salió algo mas costoso de lo planificado

If you're on a budget whilst staying out in salou for a few days, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here over the long may bank holiday weekend. The room was nice and clean (I've stayed in much worse here in England). When we first walked up the smell of cleaning products was slightly too much so we opened up the large balcony door to let some fresh air in. After about an hour the smell had gone.

The room was basic but it came with some extra towels, blankets and pillows. In our room we also had a small but loud fridge, a 2 ring hob, plates/bowls, pots and pans and a mop and bucket.

We had a decent pool and hill/mountain view from our balcony.

The only complaint that I've got about the hotel is that it's located about a 15 minute walk away from the main centre strip in salou.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, they were more than happy to answer any of your questions in quite a few different languages (English, french, Spanish and I think German).

I'd probably stay here again if I go back to salou.

Terrible place too stay. Upon arrival the lady who was Irish from Kilkenny she was very very nice and friendly. But nothing anywhere about checkin been 5 o clock and having too pay 15 for early check in, check out is 10 very very early for a holiday considering you have too take all your rubbish and basically clean the room or you don’t get your money back. No towels changed you need to pay for that, there was half a roll of toilet paper and none supplied. The fridge was absolutely horrific the smell from it was like sour milk overall room was pretty manky we went too get some cleaning supplies and cleaned it better than it’s ever been I’d say there was even mould in the fridge. We only went for 3 nights so when checking in we asked about a late check out on Monday morning lady said come back on the Sunday too check. On Sunday we went too reception too request the late check out but was a sign for back in 5 mins so we genuinely forgot and on the Monday morning was a knock on the door at 9.30 and someone slides a note under the door that we could have late check out too pay at reception. So we taught fantastic got ready to head down and pay but was a big que for reception and we hadn’t long so went for a dip in the pool one friend was in the room still getting ready when a member of staff aggressively banged on the door too leave the room immediately, then another member of staff came and said the same my friend explain about the note so she then came down to tell us while we where having a nice dip in the pool so I went into reception too see what was the story and the lady that was working there was extremely ignorant and rude she said that it did not fit into the plans for us too have a late check out and we must clear the room immediately. I wouldn’t recommended this place at all only good thing about the place was the Irish woman who was very nice but that other woman on reception shouldn’t have a job where she cannot be nice too people. It completely spoiled our holiday and not like it was a luxurious place that they need 7 hours too clean rooms that in all honesty the guest have too clean themselves. All in all a filthy place worth spending a little more money too stay somewhere that they at least give you a bit of toilet paper.

Very basic and in urgent need of a refurb. No kettle provided but can hire one for 3 euros per day. The location is good for bus travel and walking to the main town. Staff were friendly and helpful if you had a query about travel and the best way to do it. The room did smell but put that down to the drains. The pool was clean and really enjoyable. Would we go back sorry no.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the rudest man on reception. Not helpful at all and very rude when asking us for our deposit and tourist tax. When we got to the room the odd bed had no sheets or pillows. Throughout our stay the hotel room was lovely and the pool is extremely nice. However upon checkout the reception was closed (despite online advertising 24hr reception). We rang the number in order to get our deposit back and what ensued was the same man from when we checked in, being extremely rude, giving out to us for not getting our deposit the night before, shouting at me on the phone, checked the room and told us we wouldn’t get any money back unless we took out the bin so I did that and then he told me that one towel was a disgrace and too dirty to clean (it had a bit of fake tan on it). So overall the facilities are good but our experience with the staff was absolutely far from good - in fact it was horrendous.

Hotel pesimo. Habitación repleta de cucarachas, llamas por teléfono solicitando un cambio de habitación y lo único que te contestan es que vayas a otro hotel donde se encuentran ellos para que te den unos productos de exterminación de cucarachas y tú mismo lo apliques, eso si, quedándote también a dormir esa noche en la habitación con el producto recién aplicado. Un hotel en clara decadencia en todos los sentidos. Te quedas sin papel higiénico bajas a recepción y te dan un rollo a más de medio uso … ¡No reservar! PÉSIMO, de lo peor que vi.

Las instalaciónes parecen de la casa del terror. Nos alojamos en un apartamento y estaba invadido de cucarachas. Super mala experiencia no repetiremos nunca más

HORRIBLE
La suciedad era evidente, mesas pegajosas, toallas sucias, microondas sucio…
Por la noche encontramos un nido de CUCARACHAS en la habitación. No dieron ninguna solución y en un principio se negaron incluso a cambiarnos de habitación, todo esto con una niña menor de edad.
Las zonas comunes estaban sucias, el suelo sin limpiar y con ninguna medida de COVID. La gente sin mascarillas.
El trato del personal fue PESIMO.
Este alojamiento no debería estar permitido por sanidad ya que en este se alojan familias con niños y mascotas.
Ideal para contraer cualquier enfermedad.

Amazing place!
The staff were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! (help me find/get my passport back to me) and i culdn't fault them at all!
I would happily go back again!
