Comimos en la terraza donde el ambiente es muy agradable.
La atención fue correcta pero no destacable.
Comida rica (probamos alitas de pollo, calamares a la andaluza, tortilla de papas y papas bravas) y llego en 10 min. Sumado a 4 cervezas, pagamos 60eu

Excelente restaurante, comimos muy buenas tapas a un precio más que razonable y el servicio fue muy agradable.

Tropecé aquí y quedamos muy impresionados. Excelente servicio y comida de gran sabor. Probamos anchoas, patatas bravas (tiene una salsa de crema que está muy rica), ensalada de quinoa (aliño de miso muy fresco y delicioso) y croquetas. De los platos principales solo pedimos calamares a la parrilla y nos encantó. Terminé con pastel de limón que recomiendo mucho si te gusta el limón.

Excelente! Situado en una zona muy local, el restaurante tiene tapas deliciosas. Pedimos berenjenas gritas y huevos estrellados con patatas y cebolla caramelizadas. Recomiendo para ir con alguien que este de visita. Las tapas muy buenas y el precio muy asequible

La comida era buena, buena ubicación. Los precios de la factura a veces son un 20% más altos que los del menú. El razonamiento del servicio al respecto fue vago.

Todo genial, comida y atencion. Ya si estuviese la terraza mas iluminada sería perfecto pero cómo puntualizacion. Le damos un 10.

Todo es perfecto aquí, el ambiente, la música, el personal es cortés y extremadamente agradable. Y la comida.me dejó atónito;) era de la mejor calidad y simplemente maravillosa. Si pudiera le daría seis estrellas. Y si pudiera, volvería mañana inmediatamente. Por favor continúa así.

We came here just to catch the last sun, to drink something and have small tapas.
But the service was just unfriendly at the first - you didn't feel welcomed. The waiter mixed up the order
but than it turn into just ridiculous disrespect -
the let (and help) other people tp rearrange the tables towards the sun - and didn't didn't allow us to move it 2-3 meters further!
After this incident we just don't recommend this place not to spoil your weekend. Tasty food served in rude manner doesn't worth it at all

We had a very enjoyable meal in the outside area on George Orwell square. They had heaters if you were going to visit in winter. Sangria was delicious. I advise.

Agradable sorpresa en pleno centro. Cocina original en un entorno agradable, música en vivo y con terraza.

Quite strange place. Please don't take big sangria, because stuff will give you a carafe with 3/4 off ice and a little wine for 16 euro:) also want to mention that the waiter brought to us not fresh burrata and my husband get poisoned after. We were here twice and thought after the first time it maybe because the place was full. But after the second and last time we understood that the service didn't like us (for no reason, actually we left tips and were nice).

P.s.
After we said that burrata wasn't okay, they totally forgot about our table and didn't bring dessert.

Increíble toda la comida! Pedimos para picar de todo y todos los platos impresionantes. La atención de Gabriel, el mozo, estupenda!? Lo súper recomiendo!

Molt bon menjar (tapes) i molt ben situat. El pastis de formatge d'idiazabal es molt gustós! I el servei perfecte, la cambrera super atenta i simpàtica! El restaurant està molt ben situat així que super recomanable!

Nous avons dîner.
Le pan con tomate très bon. Los pimientos de padron, sont bien salés comme il le faut. Les aubergines un délice. Los huevos estrellados son increibles.
Le vermouth est assez bon, mais sans plus.
Le vin est très bon.
Nous pensons déjà revenir!
Le cadre et la décoration, top!
Le serveur était très gentil.

Excellente dernière soirée à Barcelone dans ce restaurant où tout était très bon et le personnel super sympa. Mes filles et ma petite fille elles aussi ont beaucoup aimé

We came for late afternoon drinks and tapas. Located in Placa de George Orwell, the surroundings are rustic and feel less touristy than some other areas. Friendly and fast service, the tapas we tried were all delicious and reasonably priced. Excellent aperol spritz too. Recommend. Update, went back this evening for dinner, done of the best tapas I've ever had in Spain. Fast, friendly service!

Comida muy rica, buen precio, bien atendido y sitio muy agradable (dentro, lo de las terrazas me parece un horror a 40 grados pero oye, para gustos, colores).

Beautiful place and music, it looks like a good place to eat, but I can't say more because the service is terrible, the waitress didn't even look at you. He only came to tell me to rudely move out of this table as a reservation, but he didn't even offer me another table or place an order. I waited 20 min. It's sad that the experience of the place is not the same because they don't have enough waiters and it's also rude.

Menjar bo i personal amable. Entorn agradable. Plaça exterior amb terrassa ben preparada per l'hivern. Per fer-hi un bon mos.

La comida antes era mucho mejor. La tortilla de patatas nada especial (antes se notaba que era casera, tierna.)
Los calamares se notaba que eran congelados.

Caballito ganador ha sido una agradable sorpresa!
Un local encantador. El servicio fue muy correcto, no hubo mucha espera entre plato y plato. Salio el chef un tio muy majo por cierto y nos dejamos recomendar, nos trajo platillos muy ricos la croqueta de pollo al curry muy cremosa, los calamares andaluza con la fritura muy limpia y una salsa tartara casera muy acertada!
El ceviche un 11 sobre 10!
Los huevos rotos con jamon bien jugositos y el jamon bueno!
La tarta de idiazabal muy buena de sabor!
Salimos a unos 20e por persona asi que yo es uno de los sitios que recomendaria.

Sehr lecker! Riesige Portionen, wir konnten gar nicht aufessen, und alles hat einen eigenen Touch, z. B.die Aubergine mit Honig und Limette. Köstlich!

The waitress today during lunch time was ultra rude to my friend and I, she said u cannot sit here without ordering some food and we said we will order tapas and drinks but she declined and told us to leave.seriously unexpected attitude! Bad feeling

La comida y carta justita. El sitio bonito. Lo mejor El servicio la chica y el chico compensan por su amabilidad.

My wife and I, visited this place back in 2015. We discovered it by chance and after wandering in Barri Gotic. We didn't read any review or consulted any tour guide. So as "tourists" we lowered our expectations. But we were wrong! The overall experience was so surprisingly good!
The food was excellent. Fresh vegetables and wellcooked dishes. I can still remember those wonderfull patatas bravas (and it was just potatoes!) and chicken wings.
The prices were fair enough.
Special thanks to the waiter who was so friendly and happy to explain the menu and made us feel as real locals. I'm really sorry i didn't ask his name to mention him, hope you're still there!
Palosanto is definetly the best tapas bar in the city and I'll visit it again whenever i'll be in town again.

Excelente adorei comida espectacular, sabores muitooo bons, comida tradicional, preparada ao momento, boas tapas muito muito bom, pessoal simpático música ao vivo muito boa, ambiente tranquilo e agradável situado numa zona antiga de Barcelona. Voltarei de certeza

Lunch at the Palosanto. Delicious, good prices, excellent service, there were a group of acoustic rockers playing music but don't wanna say the words as they were playing it with children behind them in the play area.

Para ser un local tan céntrico tiene unos precios más o menos razonables. La comida está buena aunque las raciones son un poco pequeñas. El ambiente interior es tranquilo, entre moderno y vintage. Bastante acogedor. La terraza de fuera invita al vermuteo.

Food and service is good, except it’s in an area that get super sketchy past sun down. At dusk, they come begging for money and steal your cellphone and then disappear into the maze of alleyways. Watch out!

Very delicious. Prices are average. Waitress was not very nice. Waiter was good! They Also have a Japanese menu.

Nous étions venus l'année dernière, nous en sommes ressortis enchantés, en le classant comme valeur sûre. Cette année on y retourne confiants, et là, patatra! La grande déception, plats médiocre, service très mauvais, aucune attention envers nous (alors que nous étions 7 pour manger). Inutile de pŕéciser que j'ai viré ce resto de mes valeurs sûre de Barcelone.

Quizá uno de los mejores restaurantes de Ciutat Vella ubicado en la Plaza George Orwell. Muy bueno, muy buena calidad y un personal muy amable. Creo que es visita obligada para la gente que vive o visita el barrio. 100% recomendable.

Très bon plats et tapas, très bien dressés et avec des accords gustatifs inédits et très bien équilibrés. Serveuse super sympa. L'un des meilleurs restaurant du quartier et certainement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. J'y retourne à chaque passage à Barcelone. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésitation vous ne serez pas déçu.

Muy buena comida y precioso lugar, aunque las raciones muy escasas en relación calidad/precio. Los baños están muy bien cuidados y como curiosidad tienen crema de manos.

Sitio de mezcla de platos japoneses y tapas peruanas.

Acudí con mi pareja, y pedimos distintos platos, siendo los siguientes:
- Ceviche de Corvina: Nos pareció bastante bueno, en comparación a otros que habíamos probado anteriormente.
- Ensalada de quinoa: estaba también bien.
- Maki butterfish: estaba regular, ya que tenía demasiada salsa de bote que ocultaba el sabor del pescado, así como demasiado arroz.
- Anguila futomaki: lo mismo que el anterior, el pescado apenas se apreciaba.

En conclusión, no creo que volvamos a este sitio. Tampoco tenía un precio muy económico.

Mind blowing!

George Orwell square considering how central it is is not so touristy and at Palosanto you ca sit outside and enjoy some exceptional food.

We had squid, white fish ceviche and tuna ceviche. The tuna was absolutely incredible.

And the waiting staff were excellent. It’s not cheap but considering the quality I’d say it’s good value.

The first time I came to this place it was good, second time the food was good but me and my boyfriend ordered the ceviche and it gave us diarrea not so impressed now.

I had a good cuisine experience in Barcelona. Palosanto is probably my top choice. The food was outstanding, very helpful and polite staff, nice and comfortable atmosphere. We were satisfied with the food, wine and service. We drank, we laughed and were all happy:)

Mon resto préféré de Barcelone, bien qu'un peu cher. Je recommande leur joue de porc qui est un pur délice!
En photo mon kiff solo de jambon ibérique et pain à la tomate, puis la fameuse joue de porc 36h.
