Sabàtic era un hotel excepcional tanto en estilo como en servicio. Las habitaciones eran modernas y bien equipadas. El diseñador de interiores del hotel hizo un trabajo fantástico. Lo que destacó, sin embargo, fue el servicio excepcional. Si bien todos los empleados fueron geniales, Gonzalo se destacó por ser amigable, atento y divertido. Muchas gracias a él y a todos los empleados por la estupenda estancia. Espero quedarme de nuevo.

El agua del baño estaba fría o tan caliente que ni siquiera podías acercarte, y no importaba cuánto intentabas ajustar la temperatura, todavía estaba helada o ardiendo.
Durante el desayuno me levanté a buscar un vaso de agua y cuando regresé a mi mesa, me habían quitado el plato con la comida que no había terminado y me dejaron sin desayuno porque ya se acabaron lo que estaba comiendo. Entiendo que el personal quiere preparar la sala para el almuerzo, pero si el horario del desayuno aún está en marcha, ¿cuál es la prisa por limpiar las mesas que claramente todavía estaban en uso?
Además, el servicio en la recepción es lento y el Internet para los huéspedes no funcionó.

Un hotel de 10, experiencia muy aegradable y acogedora. La habitación increíble. Mi pareja estaba de cumpleaños y no les ha faltado detalle.
Servicio muy amable y con muy buena disponibilidad especialmente de Gonzalo muy buenas recomendaciones, siempre muy puntual y simpático. Servicio de limpieza increíble. Cuidan mucho el detalle. Sinceramente volveremos a repetir esta experiencia nos ha encantado.

Que hotel…
Suites tan hermosas y unas instalaciones que se sienten como una villa privada.
Grandes ventanales, piscina, gimnasio, múltiples terrazas y excelentes vistas desde todas partes.
La calefacción de la habitación fue para mí una gran ventaja que no muchos hoteles en estas regiones más cálidas pueden ofrecer.
¡No hubo problemas con la limpieza y el personal es increíblemente amable y atento! Ayuda con cualquier inquietud.
El servicio de transporte vale mucho y me llevó del hotel a la estación de tren y de regreso muy bien. También hay un servicio de transporte más económico que el taxi que el hotel puede organizar para todos los viajes posteriores.
Lo único que recuerdo un poco negativo es el desayuno. Desafortunadamente, alrededor de las 9 de la mañana los embutidos ya estaban duros y no tenía ninguna selección sin gluten. Los huevos revueltos tampoco eran lo mío, pero ciertamente podrían haber sido diferentes después de que hablé con ellos.
¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Experiencia horrible con el personal: amenazó con llamar a la policía y nos intimidó al momento de pagar. Tuve algunos problemas en el check-in que solicité amablemente que el equipo de administración resolviera; se negaron a hacerlo y nos ignoraron durante casi 24 horas a pesar de perseguirnos en persona, en la aplicación y por teléfono. Al momento de pagar, cuando dije que no quería pagar hasta que se resolvieran, la recepcionista tomó el teléfono para llamar a la policía y reportarme por un delito (a pesar de que tenían toda la información de mi tarjeta de crédito registrada ya que soy Bonvoy Platinum).). Le mintieron y acosaron a mi pareja, lo que los angustió mucho.

La gerencia nunca se molestó en comunicarse conmigo y tuve que llevarlo a Marriott Corporate.

No volvería debido a este servicio al cliente sorprendentemente pobre.

The Sabàtic is a very elegant, calm, and beautiful addition to Sitges. The design and quality of fit-out is beautiful, as is the landscaping. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent.

Enjoyed our stay at Sabatic. Rooms were clean and had a good view of the beach (about 10-15 mins from the hotel). They provide bicycles that can be used by guests. Service was outstanding - It must also be said that we had visited during a non-peak season (February), so occupancy was low. Breakfast is decent. There are direct connections to Barcelona from Sitges train station, which is about 10 mins walk from hotel.

Hotel molt nou a prop de l'autopista. Tant l'interior com l'exterior del mateix son impecables i de gama alta, tot molt net. Les dues piscines, meravelloses, la d'abaix amb 85cm de profunditat amb nens permesos i la de dalt només per adults amb 1m60 de profunditat. Gimnàs prou complet a la vora de la piscina superior. Els esmorzars molt correctes. No hem provat el restaurant que trobem massa simple pels preus demanats. L'únic punt que és mitjà i malauradament no es pot millorar és la ubicació, doncs està a prop d'una rotonda concorreguda i devant de les vies del tren, el que fa que sigui bastant sorollós, i està bastant lluny del mar així com del centre de la ciutat. És una zona on s'estan construint edificis i on es veuen moltes obres, així que el paisatge podria canviar radicalment en els propers anys, potser amb les vistes al mar en perill segons les decisions que prendran els propietaris dels solars que hi han al voltant. En general una bona experiència.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!

It’s still super new and I love the modern open vibes!

The rooms were extremely spacious and welcoming with everything you need.
The breakfast offered a nice selection including fresh fruit and local ham and cheese.

The pool had an extremely relaxing atmosphere and the small gym had an outdoor area perfect to enjoy the weather.

The team was extremely nice and helpful, so all in all I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my wife and our younger son at the hotel in April. Whilst booking the room online, using their website, the website seems to have thrown out the extra person. As a result, I was notified on checking in that I would have to pay 75 EUR extra for my son and as a result that it might be advisable to upgrade to a double-bedroom apartment, which I did. I stayed for two nights but my wife and son for the whole time. On checkout, my wife discovered that we had both been charged for the upgrade and 75 EUR extra for my son. Looking at the hotel bill afterwards we also noticed that we had been charged three nights for the use of the garage (3x18). I also purchased one day access to the hotel highspeed internet on the second day, because the open internet that the hotel offered was so bad. I was charged three times for that one day as if I had used it three time on the second day (12X3).

Things like this can happen, but when you notify the hotel you expect to get a response which is logical. What I at the mimimum expected was:

a. The hotel would reverse the charge for extra person for the last night
b. A refund for the garage
c. A refund for the internet which was charged three time instead of once.

The response we got back from the front desk manager was simply bizarre. He simply focused on the charge for the extra person, claiming that he had himself, seen me off on the last day, when the hotel systems will show that the hotel arrange a pickup for the airport for me at 5: 20 am the morning before, and he completely ignored the rest of our request for refund. Despite sending them repeated emails afterwards we have not received a response.

The hotel itself and the rooms are attractive. The service has a long way to go before being acceptable and it is well below the standard of Marriott.

Eating on the terrace is nice but the service is not up to the standard that is tied to the price of the dishes.friendly that's for sure, but no European standard service.

Extraordinario en todos los sentidos, instalaciones, servicio, restaurante, … absolutamente especial. Te sientes en modo sabático!

Hotel de 10 para descansar y salir un poco de la rutina. Trato excelente por parte del personal. Hemos ido en invierno, pero estoy seguro que en verano repetiremos para disfrutar de las piscinas.

Ubicado en su sitio tranquilo y a unos 20 minutos de la playa caminando.
Cómo es nuevo todos los detalles están perfectos y quizás también por ese motivo el personal quizás es demasiado justo.
Las vistas son buenas aunque no espectaculares.
Yo que vivo en Sitges, puedo decir que ahora mismo es el mejor hotel dentro de lo que sería el casco urbano.
Piscina para niños y otra para adultos, con zonas separadas.
Gym con todo lo necesario.
No hay SPA.
Tiene parking propio.

We stayed here 29th of December and although not summer months the hotel is brand spanking new & we LOVED it! The room we had, hada. Yoga mat + excercise bands! The breakfast was insane and then everything was new, new, new and gorgeous. The gym is awesome; half outside half inside and the two pools; one for 14+ and the other for families, brilliant.
The only negative is that the amazing bookshelves have books taken out of their covers… that is sad. We need to respect ALL books and not change their shape or format.

Brand new hotel, top notch product. Not directly by the beach but more than makes up for it with the great service and wonderful rooms. Fabulous breakfast as well. If you want to kick back and relax, it’s a great place

What an incredible stay we had at the Sabàtic, Sitges Autograph Collection! We switched our hotel for Barcelona last minute after we found out this Autograph Collection had just opened in the summer. The hotel is just a 10 min walk to the beaches in Sitges and 30-40 min drive from Barcelona. We got a car rental for €35 for a whole week.

The photos online don’t do it justice — it’s a gorgeous property with so many personal touches. The theme of the hotel is all about self-care and they really go out of their way to provide you with a mini sabbatical: yoga mat, curated sleep playlist, telescope, etc. We loved all those little elements.

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite with ocean view, which also had the most amazing sunset views. The balcony was so spacious!

The hotel staff was accommodating and always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was buffet style, but so worth it as everything was absolutely delicious. All in all, another amazing stay with Marriott/Autograph Collection.

Hoy, día de Navidad, un grupo familiar de diez personas hemos comido en vuestro hotel. Estamos encantados con el servicio y con la comida. Los platos han sido de excelente calidad y abundantes. Sabàtic Sitges is a brand new property and may be the best kept secret (for now) in the Marriott portfolio in terms of hotels near Barcelona. Let's start with the good:
1. Amazing breakfast, if you're looking for an American Breakfast you may be disappointed, but this is Spain so live it up with all of the Spanish food you want: Tortilla, jamon serrano, pan y pan dulces (seriously, there is a full table).
2. The hotel is stunning, rooms are large, light and have amazing balconies with very comfortable lounges. The bed/shower were great and there was plenty of room to work and relax.
3. Its right on top of a grocery store. That's a huge plus in my book because I was able to easily grab lunch, snacks, sundries, etc.without ever really "leaving"
4. It's a quick walk to the beach, train station (you can easily take the regional R train to Barcelona).
5. The staff are super helpful and kind
6. It's amazingly quiet, no rowdy Barcelona behaviour to be found here, you can relax in peace.

Now I'll review the bad: really there wasn't anything wrong with my stay. I can't think of a single negative and I'm pretty picky.

Enough said, I'll be staying here again

Lovely hotel at a convenient location in Sitges. Room was nicely designed and you could link the room TV to your mobile phone.

The staffs were friendly and knowledgeable too. There's even a large supermarket within the same location for any grocery needs.

It’s a hidden gem. The hotel made our stay at Sitges memorable. Brand new building with cozy suites and modern interior decor. Not to mention the wonderful staff - especially accommodating, providing us with shuttles and bike to rent. Front desk very gracious. Will return.

Comimos los langostinos para compartir y una lubina a la brasa riquísima!

Lugar espectacular, comida muy buena y servicio excelente, en particular a Lorenzo que nos atendió y fue muy atento, Tambien en general todo el staff muy buen servicio. Somos clientes y muy feliz de poder disfrutar de sus magníficas instalaciónes.

Hotel nuevo de trinca!
Es un hotelazo, todo suites, y nos trataron fenomenal. La decoración es de madera un poco estilo nórdico. Todo nuevo y muy cómodo.
Dos piscinas al aire libre con mucho espacio alrededor para relajarse.
El desayuno buenísimo.
Tienen shuttle para ir al centro de Sitges pero sinceramente son menos de 10 minutos a pie para una persona sin problemas de movilidad, para mi incluso prefiero esta ubicación más tranquila. La duda es si será ruidoso si empiezan a construir en los solares contiguos…
Por el momento gran experiencia y deseando volver pronto!

Our favourite stay in Spain. Beautiful interior design with so much light and space. There is enough space for coworking. Breakfast was really diverse and fulsome. We had grilled fish and octopus at lunch which was 10/10 - very light and beautiful. The seating areas outside and in are stylish and comfortable. The rooms are super large and we had a balcony and sea view with a kitchen area and dining table. Finally, the staff were very professional and super attentive. Loved it here and would definitely come back again.
