Sagrada Familia Office - Visit Europa Today

I was not able to participate in this tour due to necessary cancellation of our trip. However, I would like people to know that administratively this tour company is not responsive and did not fulfill commitment to provide refund with 24 hours or more cancellation notice. Email requests have been ignored and attempts to call unsuccessful due to phone numbers no longer valid.

Carles was a fantastic guide when our family of 4 from Sydney visited Sagrada Familia back in July. He eased the stress of being a tourist at one of the most visited sites in Europe and we really learnt a lot and enjoyed our experience.

Booked a tour, via Get your Guide! One week before I received a email canceling the tour. I answered trying to get informations and alternatives. The response was rude and insufficent. Very bad customer service

I booked my tickets online via Viator only to discover that I would not receive digital tickets and would have to collect physical tickets from their local agent first.
Their local agent 'visit Europa today' were a disaster. They were responsible for delivering an audio tour. The audio tour relied on a headphone set connected to the microphone of the guide but the devices failed. Most of our group made their own way after entering the parc/park as it was impossible to follow what the guide was saying. We then ended up missing some of the Gaudi exhibits and when we raised our concerns with the tour operators 'visit Europa today' they were completely unhelpful.
For the record it is FREE to enter the parc/park and if you wish to visit the main Gaudi exhibits you should purchase a ticket on the parc.

Tour canceled without e-mail or phone contact and notification. Unacceptable. Agent erroneously blamed Sagrada Família and Get Your Guide when Visit Europa Today was the responsible party. Would NOT recommend.

J'avais réservé le 27 avril une visite de la Sagrada familia pour le 15 mai à 10 heures. Le 12 mai Visit Europa Today de Barcelone a annulé la réservation prétextant une panne d'ordinateur. Ils ont replanifier une visite à 18h00 moins intéressante car l'éclairage dans cette cathédrale est très important surtout suivant l'heure d'arrivée! A 18h00 nous avions un guide en anglais donc obligés de replanifier pour le lendemain à 13h00.très mauvaise expérience, pas d'excuses. Honteux

We booked a tour for Siena Chianti at Sunset in March. The tour was on the website. We paid. May comes around. We arrive at the meeting point 45 mins in advance. No one showed up. Then it was supposedly cancelled. Still waiting on a refund from the company.

Marta was our tour guide. She was funny and made learning about Sagrada Família very interesting. The tour was the perfect length of time; the information she included was exactly what I wanted to know and more. I would highly recommend taking a tour and using this company - ask for Marta if you can!

Marta was a fantastic tour guide. She was funny and informative and perfectly paced the tour. We were lucky to get into her group. I wish we had time for her to give us a full tour of Barcelona!
