Sagrada Família Short Stay Group / Montserrat Apartments by gaiarooms

Super emplacement avec vue sur la Sagrada Familia. Métro et Carrefour express à 1 minutes à pieds.
Nous y avons passé une semaine entre mère et filles.
Logement refait à neuf récemment, climatisé, bonne connexion wifi, bons mobiliers et bonne literie. Arrivée autonome impeccable. On recommande vivement ce logement!

Pas de lumière sur la terrasse. Attention au manque de vaisselle ; pas de cendrier, une carafe et quelques verres en plus ne serait de trop. Prévoir un dégivrage du frigo.
Il n’y a pas de réception comme on peut le voir sur les photo.
La pommeau de douche mérite d’être plus grande et qualitative, pas pratique pour les cheveux longs…

La empresa tiene que avisar y repetir a sus inquilinos que NO pueden hacer fiesta y gritar en la terraza a las 3h de la madrugada, que varios vecinos les hemos mandado a callar varias veces y no hacen caso, llamamos 2 veces a la empresa y nos dice que ¨no pueden hacer nada¨. Tenemos bebé con fiebre en casa! Passatge Simó 3,15 de noviembre noche, la terraza de la esquina norte/mar.

Buen lugar para quedarse y conocer el centro de barcelona

We arrived early morning at 10 AM, at first the communication with receptionist was without any problems. We had to wait few minutes for receptionist, but then we handled everything easily. They allowed us to early check-in without any additional payment. The reception is nearby La Rambla, but the accommodation is nearby Sagrada Familia, so you must travel by metro or other way (we knew about that before, so it was no problem for us). The apartment is located few steps from Sagrada Familia and from Carrefour and several restaurants and bakeries. The apartment itself was clean but quite dark, with only one window. There were enough towels and all toiletries (shampoos, shower gels etc.) but only one toilet paper for whole week and 4 people. The pretty unpleasant surprise was the sofa bed. It was damaged. It was unrealistic to make the couch from sofa bed and we were unable to sleep on it. Also, the wardrobe was damaged - the sliding doors almost fall out from wardrobe, when we tried to open it. We contacted the reception immediately by e-mail. They replied, that we had to stuff the pillows from sofa under the bed, so it made shape. Only after that, we were able to sleep on the bed. They wrote us that they have contacted maintenance man, but nobody showed up whole week. We contacted them repeatedly by email and personally. They told us that they already have known about the problems, but they were waiting for metal pieces needed to repair wardrobe and bed. They did not offer us any discount or change of the room for our inconveniences. We contacted Agoda and they were very willing to help us, but the Shot stay group company refused to offer any kind of compensation. The place was fine, but the communication and willingness to solve any kind of problem was terrible, because of that I do not recommend this apartment.

Limpieza mejorable y mantenimiento de baño necesario.

Olvidé un reloj, llamé para reportarlo, pero nada. El chek in debes hacerlo en un lugar lejano al de hospedaje.

A very nice and spacious place with everything you need for a stay for a few days.
