Experiencia 5 estrellas gracias a todo el equipo de Samsonite.

Brenda y Mary se encargaron de recoger mi maleta Samsonite, que tenía la cremallera rota.

Se ocuparon de todo el proceso, me mantuvieron informado en todo momento y recibí un correo electrónico informándome de la actualización del estado.

Gracias a su cuidado y buen hacer, ¡mi maleta ahora parece nueva!

Samsonite de buena calidad, pero los precios están increíblemente inflados. Los vendedores solo dijeron que tiene una garantía de 5 años, nada más sobre por qué es más que Samsonite en cualquier otro lugar. Decepcionante…,

¡Son un salvavidas! Olvidé la combinación de mi bolso y pudieron abrirme gratis. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente estas bolsas y esta tienda!

Las dependientas de la tiendan prestan un servicio excepcional y son muy amables. Y la marca, como siempre, muy buena calidad.

GRACIAS. Había viajado desde Toronto con una bolsa de equipaje Samsonite nueva, desafortunadamente mi hermana había establecido un código de acceso que no recordaba, no pude abrir la bolsa. Después de aterrizar, lo llevé a la tienda Samsonite y lo abrieron de inmediato y pudieron decirme el código de acceso en un período de tiempo tan corto. Estoy muy agradecida por su excelente servicio al cliente y asistencia, hicieron mi viaje y no sé qué hubiera hecho sin ellos

Compro un maletín y al cabo de 4 meses se rompe la cremallera. Voy a que me la cambien y me dicen que tardan 5 semanas, ¡qué verguenza! Te dan una alternativa para que lleves tu el producto a un taller en la otra punta de la ciudad. ¿Qué tipo de servicio de atención al cliente es este? Pésima experiencia de un fiel cliente hasta el día de hoy.
Está claro que NO tenéis un servicio de posventa de gran calidad cuando el cliente tiene que buscarse la vida para reparar los defectos de su compra si no quiere esperar más de un mes a que se repare.

One of the ladies should not work facing clients, I asked something, and one was super serious and even with a sour face at the end when I said goodbye; the other was super nice.

La mejor atención en Barcelona. Muy atentas y amables, buscaron la mejor solución para lo que yo buscaba. Gracias!

I normally use Tumi aluminum, however after shopping too much in Barcelona I needed a third check in bag that could fit onto the rolling aluminum cabin luggage. Tumi didn’t have anything that was quite right. Next door, the sister company, was Samsonite. I travel a lot and tend to go through 3 or 4 pieces of Samsonite for one piece of Tumi.

Either way, the staff in both stores were very helpful. I was tempted to add another large aluminium case but, really…. Too much. Samsonite had a compact 55 liter bag that would fit on the handle of my cabin luggage perfectly and may survive a few flights.

Either way, the staff brought out lots of options both stores and really helped me get the right option. I can be quite particular. However, I had absolutely no need to connect to my inner Karen and all was good. Enjoy.

Both the girls helping me at the Paseo de Garcia store on November 7,2020 at 17: 26 PM checkout time were so sweet and helpful! So sorry I did not get their names but they both were great! My fiancé loves his laptop briefcase! Thank you so much!

Excelente servicio! Me arreglaron de manera gratuita y rápida una maleta que tenia un problema con el candado. Los recomiendo al 100%

La colección proxi increíble y el servicio de atención excelente. Olvidé personalizar las maletas que compre, visite la tienda y las personalizaron en menos de 5 minutos.

Brenda, and the Chinese staff member with the team are absolutely amazing. So kind with my almost non existent spanish as well as when i made a mistake with my suitcase size! They saved my trip!

We had a horrible experience here. We were just comparing luggage with the full intent to buy and then the 2 ladies - both Spanish (the Filipina (Asian looking, we cld be mistaken re: her nationality) lady was great, her service was good as she had served us the day before and we told her we would come back to check the new stock), we're extremely rude and condescending to us. The treatment was so bad that we walked out immediately even though we were prepared to buy the bag because there was NO WAY that we were going to contribute to her sales kpi with that level of horrible service. I'm an avid reviewer of both retail and dining places. Check my other reviews. Trust me when I say that I got offended enough by their obvious racism to walk out even though I wanted the product. Keep away!

Edit after the store's response: Granted we may have gotten the nationality of the staff wrong but that does not make our experience any less terrible. Also what a distasteful response by a business to try to shift the blame to the customer as if we went to the wrong store. After my countless reviews, would you think that I'd be careless enough to do such a thing? And the insults continue. Do yourself a favour and go to the store in Corte Inglés dept store instead. That lady was wonderful and we ended up purchasing a bag happily there

En voyage sur Barcelone avec mon compagnon, nous décidons d’aller chez S le lundi 8 août vers 14h.
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, pas un bonjour, on nous a regardé limite de la tête au pied.
Alors que nous comptions acheter 1 valise cabine, 1 vanity et 1 pochette de PC.
Le côté touriste habillé en short et notre couleur de peau aurait elle fait mauvaise impression auprès des vendeuses?
Tout ça pour dire que l’habit ne fait pas le moine et que c’est à cause de personnel que celui ci que des magasins manque des ventes.
