Santa Clara International School has been a great school and a great introduction to Barcelona life for my children. They have gone to great lengths to accommodate our needs with additional Spanish language classes. Thanks again for the warm welcome, great teachers and fun, SC!

SANTA CLARA
OS recomiendo SANTA CLARA. Buen ambiente y buen profesorado. Muy buen nivel de inglés y los niños van encantados. Familiar y trato perfecto de coordinadoras y profesoras. El colegio Santa Clara International School es una escuela internacional que da la bienvenida a cualquier alumno. En esta escuela ponen mucho énfasis en la enseñanza personalizada, adaptándose a las necesidades de cada alumno. Esta escuela también lleva en activo desde 1968, donde las fundadoras consideraron el inglés como un factor clave dentro del aprendizaje infantil. Cuenta con programas educativos propios donde fomentan la creatividad y la implicación del alumno en el sistema educativo, lo que permite a su alumnado mantenerse apasionados sobre el aprendizaje continuo.

My son's learning progressed remarkably during his three years at Santa Clara, most of which I attribute to the highly personalised attention given him by teachers and staff. We are proud and satisfied parents. Thank you, Santa Clara!

Having worked in the Child Care sector for over ten years as a trainer and manager for childrens homes looking after troubled children with Challenging behaviour requiring assistance in problems dealing with mental health and suicide. Inclusive of this I worked as a maths and english teacher in the poverty stricken Ashanti region of Ghana. I came to Santa Clara excited about the new opportunity offered to me. I have not been disappointed.
The school offers a warm and caring welcome to both students, parents and teachers. I was made (and still am) to feel valued and welcome for my efforts and services to a position i much care about. The children that i teach are enthused and focused in a positive working environment. The management of the school offer face to face time whenever needed and are constantly pushing the staff to train whilst offering their help and support in their development. Santa Clara has education at its fore front and does this with a sense of ease. I am proud to be part of its fast development and its strive for excellence.
The start of the new academic year has seen several new students welcomed to the school from our successful summer camp. They have settled in well and been made to feel welcome by both students and the staffing team.
The effort of the staff is wonderful to see. They (including myself) go above and beyond with a want to see the success of the students by holding extra classes before and after school to ensure they achieve their much deserved best.
In a decade of working in care homes for traumatised children, training companies for adult in social services, Primary schools in Wales UK and a secondary school in Ghana. I have not come across a school with such an inclusive family feeling that Santa Clara holds. For me to see the older more mature students help and support the Primary school children is a testament to the upbringing from their parents and is fully supported by the teaching staff and management.who says you can´t teach manners!

Pocos colegios existen como Santa Clara International School, la calidez humana, el profesionalismo y métodos de enseñanza son únicos. La atención y personalización que se le da a cada alumno es excepcional. Castellano, Catalán e Inglés. Lo aconsejo y recomiendo ampliamente.

Nuestra hija Clara, tiene 10 años y desde los 3 años que va a este centro.
Lo que más valoramos es el entusiasmo y alegría que sigue teniendo por ir al colegio, las ganas de aprender, de superarse, de pasarlo bien.
Como hay pocos alumnos por clase los profesores pueden prestar una atención mucho más personalizada que en otros colegios y animan siempre a sus alumnos reconociendo sus progresos, lo cual hace que el alumno se sienta más motivado para seguir esforzándose.
Lo que más valoramos es el entusiasmo y alegría que sigue teniendo por ir al colegio, las ganas de aprender, de superarse, de pasarlo bien.

Santa Clara International School, under the careful supervision of its directive team, works to maximise the potential of each student. What makes this school special is not only the limited number of students per class (six or seven) but also its way of looking at education: If the student is not doing his/her best, the School is doing something wrong. The objective of the school is to help the students develop an inner motivation to learn and to do better. With my son they are succeeding.

We are absolutely delighted with Santa Clara International school. Small groups, personal attention paired with the objective to maximize individual potential of students by positive motivation has been doing wonders for our son. He has been at different international schools and spent a couple of years abroad. He is now is his second and final year at Santa Clara and preparing for “Baccalaureate & Selectividad” with * excellent * prospect to finish with great marks. All staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm, it’s really like a large family and because of the size everybody knows everybody else. From day one in Santa Clara, my son had it really clear that he is going to school to learn, the school and staff picked that up and motivated him to study as we have not witnessed before. Kudos for the school, leadership team and staff.

Our family is delighted with this school.
Coming from a big international school, we appreciated the difference straight away: small groups, personalized attention focused on each child’s individuality. Our kids are really happy going to school, and we can see that on their results. Warm & friendly staff, and professional management. Highly recommended.

Fui profesora durante un curso allí y me pareció horrible como centro educativo, tratan a los profesores como si fuera una dictadura, a escondidas gritan a los alumnos de forma grosera, tienen profesores allí de por vida que son ineptos en sus materias como la profesora de historia e historia del arte, que decía que allí había jerarquías entre el profesorado pero luego los alumnos venían a mi clase para que les explicara y así poder entender los temas de historia que ella mal explicaba. No llevaría a mis hijos allí ni loca.

Trabajando en este centro se puede observar el trato indivdualizado que se les ofrece a los alumnos, dándoles la oportunidad de mejorar su rendimiento y potenciar al máximo las capacidades de cada uno. Equipo docente más que preparado con años de experiencia e implicación en todos los sentidos. Tanto a la hora de dar clases, donde se puede evidenciar como disfrutan enseñando el temario que dominan, como en el hecho de atender y preocuparse de la parte emocional de cada alumno. 50 años avalan este colegio y a su directiva, donde los alumnos salen académicamente preparados, educados y comprometidos en el mundo en el que vivimos.

Santa Clara International School, es la escuela de nuestro hijo desde los 3 años.
Acompañan a nuestro hijo en los diferentes cursos que ya ha estudiado en este centro no solamente formándole de forma trilingüe y metodología avanzada, sino que lo hacen de forma personalizada. Le ayudan en aquello que se defiende bien fomentándolo y le impulsan en las materias que no se le dan tan bien consiguiendo que las supere y las acepte tanto o más que las que tiene talento.
Son ya 7 años en los que nuestro hijo acude motivado y feliz y nos transmite una tranquilidad excepcional.
Nuestro hijo con los conocimientos que adquiere en la escuela no es del montón, ya que no hay persona ni país en la que pase por alto lo culto que es, cómo se expresa y todo lo que sabe por su edad.
Entre niños de su misma edad enseguida reconocen que él sabe más y lo mejor es el saber estar y el conocimiento en valores que les transmiten sus profesores, en que les hacen mostrarse a sí mismos con humildad.
Una dirección que ama lo que hacen y se cala en todo el profesorado.
Para nosotros la mejor opción en Barcelona.

My two daughters and I are from France and we arrived in BCN two months ago.
Santa Clara International School was recommended to us by one of the student parents. I contacted the school during the summer vacation, but surprisingly was replied almost immediately.
I finally chose this school for my girls because I appreciate the educational goal of Santa Clara, which is to help children to discover and develop their potentiels to maximum.
Now two weeks have passed, my daughters are comfortable and happy to go to school, the staffs have always been available for communications and exchanges, student reports are sending every school day and they give me confidence about Santa Clara.

Classes peu nombreuses, professeurs qualifiés. Mais les emplois du temps sont instables durant toute l'année. Il y manque de la discipline.
