Un desastre de gestión, como inquilino de cal ciso zona franca de la promoción que gestionan creo que tenían que ser expulsados y poner a gente cualificada para este trabajo, marginan a los clientes y los etiquetan, creo que ahí esconden su envidia y y frustración.

Estafadores. Mintieron desde el primer día. No responden llamados ni correos. Firmas contrato y te conviertes en rehén. No se me ocurre alguien peor para administrar una propiedad.

Their employees are completely inexperienced and unprofessional. They are definitely not qualified to do anything, not even send an email. I would never hire them, they only bring more problems with all the mistakes their employees make.

I am still renting an apartment here in Barcelona with this agency.not sure where to start really. Still don't have my contract in paper format, no one can find it. Everytime I call them and talk about my problem the receptionist takes a message and says someone will call me back, no one has called me back.
So 4 weekgs ago they called me to say that the apartment needs to have the boiler changed. They told me the technicians will come on Friday, they came on monday, and where surprised why I was not waiting for them. They made holes in walls and ceilings all over the apartment, made a mess all over the place and when asked to clean, they said no it's fine we will come tomorrow.and the fact that I was supposed to live in this mess while they finish did not bother them. They also did not warn me that they will leave me for 2 days with no hot water and no heating, with a 3 year old child living with in the same place.the agency did not care and again never called back. Then I was told as soon as they replace the boiler system someone will come and repair ther holes in the walls and ceilings. Well the crew that was supposed to come at least 3 times told me they would come on a certain day and at a certain time and 3 times if not more they just disappeared and no one cared that I had to cancel work and wait for them during those days.
The agency ignore all my questions about providing at least a discount for the 3 weeks that my apartment is not in a state that I rented it in.a dicount would not even compensate for all the money I personally lost from canceling work those days and for cleaning services I had to call everytime after the technicians came and made a mess.but at leas it would have been a good will gesture, but as I see this company like many others here is not client orientanted but money orientated.

No responden a los emails ni al teléfono: llamas, y el/la responsable nunca está; dejas nota, y nunca te devuelven los mensajes. Hasta que no te enfadas no consigues un mínimo de movimiento por su parte. Se escudan en su gente de front desk sin ningún tipo de escrúpulo, y los responsables nunca toman la más mínima iniciativa para nada.

Poco profesionales y deshonestos. Me han citado para ver un inmueble que estaba pendiente de firma hoy para luego cancelar la cita 10 minutos antes. Sin haberme advertido nada. Juegan con el tiempo de los demás.
