Personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones limpias y precios asequibles. Excelente posición

Bonito hotel con una excelente ubicación.
Pero sorprendentemente la piscina es pequeña, así que no importaba porque no planeaba nadar.
Aparte de eso, el hotel es genial.

El personal és amable però hauria de parlar català, si més no entendre'l. Bona relació qualitat preu però ambient fred a la recepció. Bona opció de parking a 22 euros per un dia i mig

Esta fue nuestra primera vez en Barcelona. El personal que habla inglés fue extremadamente servicial. El hotel es una obra de arte al igual que nuestra habitación. Compramos el desayuno buffet todos los días. Lo encontramos extenso, bien atendido y bien preparado. La ubicación no estaba cerca de nada que quisiéramos visitar, pero está a unas pocas cuadras a pie del tren o de los autobuses y nunca tuvimos problemas para conseguir un taxi. Nos pareció una buena relación calidad-precio y nos alojaríamos de nuevo si estuviéramos en la zona.

Alojamiento correcto, recepción muy amable, en 5 días tuvimos que reprogramar la tarjeta de la habitación 4 veces porque no pudimos entrar a la habitación varias veces. Desayuno bien

Muy buena estancia: La cama es perfecta y el baño también, la habitación es sencilla, un poco ruidosa.

Buen hotel sólido. Muy limpio. Sin embargo, no es muy central y la piscina junto al arroyo está a pleno sol y es muy pequeña.

El trato desde la reserva fue genial. Instalaciones en perfecto estado, buena ubicación y personal excepcional. Muchas Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. ENHORABUENA!

Excellent service! Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Staff were profesional, helpful and friendly. Central in the main tourist areas.
20 minutes drive to the airport.
We have stayed twice and our next trip already booked in this hotel.

Super atentos y cordiales muy buena conserjería. Todo está inmaculado de limpio. El desayuno está muy bien, aunque la bollería no tanto. La ubicación está bien, tiene muchísimos lugares para comer o tomar algo en los alrededores

Service is good by the lady, but a guy often looks grumpy even when I greeted him. Rooms are spacious and clean, do smell the room filled with dettol on the very first day. Comfy stay though.

Your hotel and the room was very clean. Very well situated near the center of Barcelona.
And above all the woman at the receptiondesk was extremely friendly by nature. We could park our car next to the hotel, that was very convenient. The staff took well care of our little dog. Water and a small bed was in the room for her when we arrived. Also the room we booked was very spacious for three persons.

Me parece que hay muchos detalles como el mobiliario que está antiguo y algo estropeado en las habitaciones, la ropa de cama, concretamente una manta, super vieja y el desayuno lamentable, todo súper industrial. Los frutos secos, rancios, los yogures poquísima variedad, la bolleria y el pan muy industrial!
El embutido mediocre, concretamente el jamón serrano salado.
Sinceramente, para nada un 4 estrellas! Lo único bueno, la ubicación y la limpieza!

Excelente trato del personal. Habitaciones bien. Buena localización.
Mejorable: Amenities escasos, no hay agua en el mini bar, parking con plazas pequeñas y caro.

The hotel is quite good, the personal is welcoming, the room was clean and quiet. As it was my husband’s birthday we’ve got a bottle of champagne Thank you it was a nice gesture of you The breakfast was fresh and tasty BUT every day the same, and no vegetables? At all This was the only “not so good” thing. The terrace with the pool is very nice and comfortable. So, generally we liked it ;-)

Visited this hotel for a long weekend city break with my partner and was met with excellent customer service and such a lovely atmosphere within the hotel (for such a reasonable price too!). It is excellently situated close to a few shops and restuarants, whilst also being a short walk to a metro stop. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a centrally located hotel, with helpful, friendly staff and a very clean, modern hotel!

Des prix très élevés qui ne se justifient pas! Une déco basique, une rue bruyante, une salle de bains pas vraiment digne d'un 4 étoiles

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, sobre todo Tamara, que nos hizo el check in y nos indicó restaurantes muy buenos cerca. También agradecer la atención de Silvia de pisos y el chico de Room Service, ambos atentos y muy eficientes. Si algún día volvemos a Barcelona, este hotel será la opción número uno.

Hotel bien situado, trato del personal muy amable, muy buen desayuno y muy limpio. Además tiene un pequeño gym para aprovechar un hacer un poco de deporte en tu estancia en Barcelona

Great Hotel and wonderful staff i felt really at home. All the staff. Its a bit far from the tour bus stops but well worth it i got to walk and see the city. I really recommend!

Great hotel, staff very friendly and attentive. Only issue is the swimming pool is more like a large bath, great if theres no one else in it

Lovely hotel and staff. Their rooms were very nice and cosy with a nice view of the city. Room service was reasonable priced so we ordered some dessert.

Bed was very comfy. Only downside was the AC not working which led us to open the window with the noise from outside but it wasn't too bad.

El hotel está de lo más cuidado. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. Lo único malo de este hotel, que cuenta con un gimnasio de lo más básico, es el personal que es bastante borde y desagradable.
Las paredes de las habitaciones parecen papel de fumar, y se oye absolutamente todo.
Yo me quejé de que el inquilino de al lado ponía la radio a todo volumen a las 6am y nadie me hizo ni caso.
El hotel está bien ubicado.

Esta decorado con gusto, la cama un 10, el desayuno completo y saludable, un pero, mucho calor en la habitación incluso sin poner el aire, aún así dormimos como angelitos. Muy bien ubicado

Todo muy cuidado. Las habitaciones muy limpias y buen situado en el centro de Barcelona. El trato fue perfecto y la decoración preciosa. Tiene una agradable terraza/pub.

Nos quedamos alojados por seis días, el hotel es confortable y lá atención por lá recepción de la Tamara muy amables. Gracias Tamara.

The wood floor was dirty, but they didn't provide slippers. After they cleaned the bathroom, still had a lot of hair inside the bathtub. The didn't refill the body soap so often. Don't trust the photos on website, they didn't upkeep most of the stuffs inside the room. The location is not convenience, not too many choice of transportation around this area.

Great podition near the train station, great for walk throught the Barcelona, hotel offers better standard room and bed, so, I recommend it, the price could be cheaper little bit ;-)
