Serennia Apartamentos Arc de Triomf

En general, el apartamento era cómodo y limpio, pero la habitación pequeña tenía una sensación de suciedad, pintura descascarada en cada rincón y las cortinas estaban rotas y solo servían para cubrir las ventanas.
Estaba al costado de la carretera, por lo que podía escuchar claramente el ruido del auto, pero mi sueño se vio perturbado por el fuerte ruido proveniente de la carretera desde temprano en la mañana.

Toalla mojada dentro de la bañera. Sábanas con pelos. Mal mantenimiento de enchufes. Mancha en puerta de dormitorio. Calidad de camas y cabeceras terrible.

Bonito apartamento, céntrico y limpio como en las fotos. En los alrededores hay bares y tiendas. Puedes llegar fácilmente al centro. Tanto Albert como Filippo fueron muy amables con nosotros, volveremos.

Excelente departamento, limpio y cómodo. Equipado con lavadora, lavavajillas y cocina.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de paradas de metro y otros medios de transporte. Buenas instalaciones en el apartamento. El personal fue muy servicial y amable. Cerca de tiendas, pubs y restaurantes. Volvería a visitar

Realmente hermoso y tienes todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. Y Albert es un tipo increíble. Realmente servicial y buena persona.

HIGH THEFT & SAFETY RISK: Came back to the unit, and had all of our passports stolen! Multiple units were broken into the same night in a coordinated fashion. After the fact, staff tells us it's easy to break in by popping the lock. This information was not passed on to us in a timely manner. On top of that staff explicitly told us to not use the safe. My wife is now terrified. Thanks for the stay!

Chambre prévue pour 2 lits initialement pour nos ado.
C’est à vous de sortir le 2 eme lit du sous le premier.
Ils sont absolument inconfortables.
Les coffres forts ne fonctionnent pas.
Deux fenêtre ne se ferment pas.
Bref à fuir absolument.

We stayed there for one week. The host is a very nice person, very welcoming and explaining all the questions we had. The apartment is in a very good area, close to parks and walking distance from many landmarks and attractions. We barely used the metro. Barcelona is a brilliant place for walking especially if you have little kids, as we do. There is an elevator in the building, central heating, all the amenities to cook and eat homemade meals. For me the only thing that "ruined" it was the cleaning. The apartment should be much cleaner. The sink in the toilet was not draining the water, causing a very dirty sight of it, even when washing hands; we wanted to use the washer/dryer, but it was not clean (full of remains from other users before, like hair, etc), these are all things that lower the value of the apartment, and don't do it justice; however we did get a good price for it, considering the location. I think I am fair in saying that I would be willing to stay there again if it was cleaner.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 3-year olds) stayed in Serennia apartment building at the end of November. The location is great. Coffee shop, small cafe with drinks, 3 supermarkets and pharmacy are all a minute away. 5 minutes from subway. Very close to attractions. The building has an elevator.
I knew that i booked a budget option when i chose the price but expected something better. Apartment is small. Efficient Ikea style and furniture. Everything is pretty old and falling apart. Door handles stay in your hand, towel hanger is crooked and broken, microwave plastic frame literally fell on my head. Bathroom walls look super old and dirty. Artificial flowers in the bathroom look dirty and at least 10 year old. Floors are also dirty. My kids are small and crowl under beds while playing so they would get up from the floor all dusty and dirty. We couldn't sleep together as their big bed was 2 separate twins that wouldn't stay together. The second bedroom is small and you cant close the door when you use 2 beds there. My husband was walking around the first couple of days trying to fix things but then he gave up. We told the check in guy some of the problems, they thanked us and it ended up at that.
Apartment has safe box, basic kit with shower gel, shampoo, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 laundry pod, dishwasher liquid (small bottle), iron, old hair dryer, towels, safe box. They say that they have washer dryer but they only have washer. You use hanger rack to dry clothes.

We lived in the place for 10 days and got used to all imperfections but they should really invest some money into maintenance. And i do prefer clean over fancy but that wasn't it.

Bonito apartamento y muy bien ubicado. Esta muy limpio y dispone de todas las necesidades básicas para una familia. Albert es muy simpático y te explica todo al detalle. Repetiremos!

Appartamenti vicini all' Arc De Triomf, in zona vicina a molti punti d'interesse e a poche fermate della Metro. Il nostro appartamento, situato vicino a diversi supermercati, panetterie e bar. All'arrivo era pulito e accogliente. Per una coppia c'è tutto il necessario, anche attrezzi di cucina utili come il frullatore a immersione, tostapane, bollitore, padelle di varie dimensioni ecc. Inoltre, È presente la lavatrice, lavastoviglie, lo stendipanni, l'asse e il ferro da stiro. Insomma ben fornito! Il proprietario Albert è molto disponibile e gentile.
