Cuidado, su modelo de negocio incluye posibles estafas. A través del depósito de garantía, buscan retener sumas significativas bajo diversos pretextos. En mi caso, estoy tratando con una cantidad sustancial, pero no puedo divulgar detalles debido a un procedimiento legal en curso en su contra. Si no has finalizado un trato, mantente alejado de ellos. Si ya estás bajo contrato, ejerce extrema precaución.

Deplorable agencia, a una semana de trabajar en Barcelona me encuentro sin apartamento porque supuestamente mi expediente tardó mucho en enviarse, es un abuso total, ESPECIALMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO, y viendo las otras reseñas entiendo que nunca debí usar esta agencia. , los correos electrónicos que envié fueron una negación total. Lo encuentro inaceptable por parte de una agencia de bienes raíces, pero bueno, una vez más, las reseñas hablan por sí solas al encontrarme en esta situación, desaconsejo encarecidamente a TODOS LOS QUE ESTÁN BUSCANDO ALQUILERES.

Muy mal servicio. Alquilamos un Airbnb con ellos y anuncian que cobrarán 30€ por check-in después del cierre de sus oficinas a las 6 de la tarde (50€ si es fin de semana o festivo), pero cuando ellos no pueden hacerlo por motivos ajenos a ti, te dejan la llave en una caja en su oficina, a casi media hora de distancia de la ubicación del Airbnb. Fotos no ajustadas a la realidad (casa muy oscura). Tampoco garantizan el mobiliario básico de la casa (microondas o wifi en mal funcionamiento), incluso nos dejaron un único royo de papel higiénico para 5 días y 4 personas. Por supuesto olvídate también de algo de jabón para la ducha o alguna pastilla para la lavadora. Cuidado con alquilar residencias vacacionales con ellos.

Pasé 2 meses estupendos en un precioso apartamento en Barcelona gracias a Guillem y SHbarcelona. El proceso transcurrió sin problemas y todo quedó como se muestra en el sitio web y las fotografías. ¡Gracias!

Desastre. Reserve mediante airbnb, propiedad a nombre de alina I andrea. Mi llegada a Barcelona como turista terminó siendo una horrible experiencia por esta propiedad. Nunca aclara que es un entrepiso sin ventilacion, dice ascensor el cual para ir a este piso no lo necesitas, por ende subis escaleras. El departamento olia a humedad mosquitas en toda la bañera, muebles rotos. Nunca me respondió cuando me contacte sobre la cancelacion asi que intervino airbnb, esto siendo ya de madrugada por ende se termino de cerrar el proceso a la mañana. La mujer de la inmobiliaria vino a cobrarnos la noche y las toallas, me negué porque yo ya habia arreglado con airbnb y ademas ellos mismos t piden que no pagues nada extra sin que ellos intervengan. Me acusaron de querer aprovecharme cuando nadie quisiera aprovecharse de ese departamento en malas condiciones, ella se quiere aprovechar de los turistas que creen que somos ingenuos. OJO!

Alquilé un piso a través de Airbnb (donde aparecen como Aline y Andrea). Si llegas después de las horas de oficina te cobran 80 euros para que alguien te entregue las llaves en persona. De lo contrario, tienes que ir a otra dirección y sacar las llaves de una caja de seguridad. Cuando finalmente llegamos al apartamento nos dimos cuenta que nos habían dado las llaves equivocadas y no podíamos entrar. Avisamos al teléfono de emergencia (es una centralita, nadie de la agencia como tal) donde inicialmente nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien para ayudarnos, luego que valorarían enviar a un cerrajero y finalmente, luego de esperar 2 horas en las escaleras del edificio hasta pasada la medianoche, nos dijeron que no podían comunicarse con nadie que nos pudiera ayudar y no teníamos donde dormir esa noche. Tampoco nos ayudaron a buscar otra opción. Era la 1 de la mañana en temporada alta en Barcelona, todos los hoteles a los que llamamos estaban ocupados. Finalmente encontramos uno en el que tuvimos que pagar casi 400 euros. TOTALMENTE INACEPTABLE. A la mañana siguiente finalmente la agencia se comunicó con nosotros y envío a un empleado a darnos las llaves correctas. Han accedido a hacer un reembolso de la noche que no pudimos utilizar y 200 euros "por las molestias", que no cubren el total del hotel que tuvimos que pagar, a pesar de mis constantes reclamos. Finalmente Airbnb accedió a hacer el reembolso total, ellos NO se responsabilizaron de su error, y para terminar dejaron una evaluación diciendo que yo estaba pidiendo más de lo que había gastado. Son ineficientes y mentirosos. VERGONZOSO.

La peor empresa de administración de fincas en Barcelona. EVITAR a toda costa. No se preocupan por los inquilinos solo por los propietarios. Las personas abandonan la empresa con frecuencia y no hacen ningún traspaso, por lo que usan eso como una forma de no cumplir con su palabra. Si tiene una emergencia, no obtendrá una respuesta durante más de un día. Tienes que seguir llamando, enviando mensajes de texto y enviando correos electrónicos hasta que alguien haga algo. En serio, EVITAR.

Increíblemente inútiles y acaparadores de dinero. Alójate en un hotel - al menos te dan papel higiénico y toallas limpias

Mi marido y yo alquilamos un apartamento durante 6 meses con ShBarcelona y fue lo más fácil que hemos hecho (y viajamos mucho). Simplemente vaya al sitio web, elija sus fechas, elija un apartamento y listo. Instrucciones claras sobre cuáles son los pasos y cómo completar la reserva. Ni siquiera tuvimos que decir una noche en un hotel para arreglarlo todo. ¡Volamos, fuimos a la oficina y recibimos las llaves el sábado! Las fotos reflejan el estado de los apartamentos, así que no hay sorpresas. Cualquier problema que tuvimos durante nuestra estadía fue abordado "en el acto" (reparación de lavavajillas). Personal amable, no es necesario saber español, inglés perfecto. Definitivamente regresaremos y recomendaremos ShBarcelona a cualquiera que quiera visitar esta hermosa ciudad.

Booked an apartment online and secured it within 24 hours. Our agent was very communicative and quick. Highly recommend if you don’t wanna struggle with the Spanish bureaucracy.

L. E: apart from the first person we discussed with which was actually incredible, everyone else is lacking any customer care skills.
We have asked to see the property before moving in and because we booked it online our request was declined with these exact words:

“ You booked the Apartment online so it’s not possible to do a viewing. The comercial team priorizes people who don’t have an Apartment yet. ”
I had to argue this decision and we’re now able to see the property TWO days before moving in.

Also based on the information on the website you only start paying utilities on month two and since we’re moving in on July 31st one day earlier than anticipated, we already have to pay for the month of August (why am I paying for something I haven’t used yet?) and an extra fee for picking up the keys on a weekend (30euros).

The agency fee was 1,195 euros (one month rent) + 21% VAT which came to a total of around 1,455 euros. Any normal human would expect a class service for this amount of money.

All of this and we haven’t even moved in, yet.

E: We were not able to move in due to the lack of natural light and windows but mainly due to having a random wood shop situated literally under our balcony/terrace which would’ve been hell for my asthmatic boyfriend. They were however kind enough to refund 100% of the amounts paid 3 days after the tenancy ended in our previous place!

Rip off! WAY overpriced (around 3 times the cost of what you would pay if you booked somewhere directly). Furthermore, for what we were being charged (a few thousand euros for a month short rental), we expected so much better. When we arrived, the apartment did not look like the photo. It was old, falling apart, broken cupboards/doors, mouldy doors, and basically gross. I’m not sure if it has even been cleaned. Not to mention, various things in the apartment were not working (despite being advertised as working). To be fair to the agents, they were nice and prompt in responding and trying to get things resolved as best and as quickly as they could. (That is why I didn’t give it just one star).

But I would avoid this place, nonetheless. Whatever you will pay, will not reflect on what you will get. Don’t go by the photos or videos as they seem to film/edit it in a way that is quite misleading.

It is the best agency to rent from in Barcelona, they helped me move into the apartment smoothly with everything set, couldn't have asked for better service and welcoming.

They are very helpful, understanding and considerate. I still have 1 more year in Barcelona and I will continue using their services and hopefully if I do my masters as well, I am sure it will be with them as well.

Update: not the best anymore when it’s time to leave the flat! So unorganised and inconsiderate even after spending 3 years with them. Honestly, they’re good when u move in, however after you pay everything you’ll have to chase them for everything! So I’m conclusion, most agency are like this, but specifically Shbarcelona as most of my friends this happened to them.

Stayed 1 year in Barcelona with SH. The apartment was as described online and I was very happy with the quick and effective responses to any issues in the apartment that we had. Our contact person Miguel Angel was always helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Barcelona.

Una muy buena atención de todos los trabajadores, sobretodo de Bérenger que fue quien nos lo gestiono todo. Rápidos y profesionales

Globalement bonne agence, mais chère. Les contrats sont clairs et ils sont honnêtes. Par contre il ne font jamais d'inventaire d'entrée ou de sortie. Pour le reste, tout depend de l'appartement et de votre Key Account Manager. J'ai loué 3 appartements. Deux étaient biens, un était épouvantable (cafards, pannes). Sur le troisième appartement, les Key Account Manager était réactifs. Sur le premier, il était un peu plus impliqué. Sur le second, celui où il y avait des problèmes, il a fallu que j'insiste pour faire venir un désinsectiseur et un électricien plus compétent.

El piso estaba bien, pero tardaron más de 30 días en devolver la fianza, además de no alertar de que la potencia contratada era desproporcionada (14kW) lo que ha provocado unos gastos mensuales de luz por encima de lo necesario y no nos han notificado hasta el momento de devolver la fianza.

He usado está agencia varias veces tanto para compra como para venta y la verdad me han parecido muy profesionales

Wonderful work. Professional. I would recommend their services. They are updated to the regulations, aware of the job that needs to be done and with a very polite. One of the things I appreciate the most is to be informed regularly and to see that they take care.

Although I haven't booked my apartment with SH Barcelona, their customer service, and especially Ricard's, is simply outstanding. For instance, he helped me getting an internet provider for a short-term rent. If I should ever move to Barcelona again, SH Barcelona will be my real estate agency!

Extremely high fees, and no service provided. Their "customer service" people are unresponsive, useless, and take every opportunity to blame the tenant and use the contract against you.

I'm sure that whoever responds to this review will have many excuses, as they have done on all other negative reviews.

Tuve una estadía de 2 meses: El pago en un principio no solo lo liquidaron mal, sino que se demoraron mas de 30 días en la devolución de la fianza, y sin recargo alguno. Algo que deberían corregir con urgencia porque si yo demorara en pagar el alquiler, me cobran un interés, ustedes se demoran en devolver la fianza y no responden por ello. No solo eso, sino que también 4 veces tuve que comunicarme para realizar el reclamo, porque nadie se comunicaba conmigo para resolverlo. A parte de que alquilamos un piso con aire acondicionado y el mismo no funcionaba. Tardaron un mes en cambiarlo (tampoco hubo descuento por pasar pleno verano sin aire acondicionado, cuando el piso que pagamos contaba supuestamente con ello). Así que no lo recomendaría. Es mas viable un airbnb por el precio.

Gracias SH Barcelona por todo, el trato que nos dieron desde el inicio fue con mucha empatía, servicio y mucho cariño, nos encontraron el piso que necesitábamos en ese momento, en un excelente lugar donde estaba al alcance absolutamente todo, el piso muy bueno, lleno de luz y de donde nos llevamos mi hija y yo lindos recuerdos. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle y nos apoyaron en todo hasta lo último. Gracias Valentí y gracias Marc, Dios los bendiga.

Una lacra. Zulos a precio de oro y alquileres de temporada que perjudican a todo inquiino en Barcelona, espero que una pronta regulacion les haga cambiar de modelo de negocio

I was renting the same apartment for 3 years. I left my apartment and the country 1.5 months ago and have been trying to receive my final electricity bill and my deposit back but I’ve had zero response from the management at SH. They are terrible at customer service and although they have nice apartments, they are one of the worst rental companies to deal with. I do not recommend and I warn all future customers to be careful. They are very helpful and friendly when trying to find an apartment but once that is done their service is atrocious. I have spoken to 3 different people who have been unable to provide ANY information other than 5 days ago when I was informed that they had not even requested the electricity bill yet (more than a month after I have moved out) from the energy company.

Nosotros intentamos ver un piso en la zona de sagrada familia en febrero. Tuvimos una mala experiencia, porque primero nos dijeron que no podia ser porque el propietario lo iba a vender, luego descubrimos que al final no lo vendió y cuando lo intentamos alquilar ya se lo habían alquilado a otro, sin que nos hubieran llamado por si nos interesaba. La persona con la que hablamos fue Jose Luis.
Positivo: la web, el trato personal, te atienden rápido para irlo a visitar
Negativo: descoordinación con los clientes cuando se van de vacaciones, dificultad para gestionar errores provocados por ellos mismo

Ha sido un placer alquilar el piso con ellos! Lo alquilamos por el periodo máximo de 11 meses ante la incertidumbre de la rápida o lenta publicación de mi concurso de traslados, así cualquier rumor que había de publicación o de cambio, se lo comunicábamos a Elisa Bodó y ella hacía las gestiones pertinentes para que no tuviéramos que pagar indemnización alguna. Todo han sido facilidades por su parte. El piso que alquilamos estaba genial, súper limpio, con todo el menaje y todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir directamente. Destacar de nuevo el trabajo de Elisa, siempre a nuestra disposición para todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar

I lived for 6 months in Barcelona with a friend for a Master's at UPC university. The house was very nice, full furnished and we had great time during our staying.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the energy distribution company. We paid higher bills for several months (due to a malfunctioning) with the promise to get back the money after the issue would have been fixed. We ended our staying in January 2021, since then we did not get any communication. Neither our emails found a reply from ShBarcelona.

What a pity. Nice city and staying but profesionality is important! Always!

I moved to Barcelona in August 2019 and found a house with SH Barcelona. It’s been an interesting ride through a pandemic but the SH Barcelona team has been wonderful - very receptive, able to send someone whenever we had any issue (replacing intercom and increasing wifi speed) and providing lots of support when needed.

I would like to make a special shout out to our account manager, Alex Eguiguren. He has been a champion for us. As an indication, I signed a 12mth lease in August 2019 and I am still in the house now in July 2021! I definitely recommend Alex as a contact - plus he speaks perfect English!

We stayed 2.5 months for remote working in May-July 2021, and we had a great time!

The place is fully furnished and well equipped, it has the charm of the traditional buildings and the modern confort. Also very well located, at the center of everything. The neighborhood is very young, diverse and dynamic, there's a lot of great bars and restaurants around. But don't stay there if you are looking for a peaceful noise-free stay.

The staff was extremely reactive and clear in their communication.

Per mi deixen bastant que desitjar, en especial al moment de deixar el pis, quasi 10 dies d'endarreriment per a tornar la fiança (despres de reclamar varies vegades) S'inventen càrregs que no existeixen, i el que és pitjor, no els justifiquen. Tan sols per renovar el contracte em volien cobrar un mes com a comissió seva (I NI TAN SOLS HAVIEN D'ENSENAYR-ME EL PIS, JA PORTAVA 6 ANYS VIVINT) El meu consell, empresa a evitar de totes totes.

I relocated from London to Barcelona about 6 months ago to work and live here, I was looking for a flat and I came across Sh Barcelona. Whenever something was wrong they were always super quick for getting it resolved, normally they would try and send someone out on the same day which was great. My account manager (Valenti) was always very fair and really helpful too which made my experience better. My contract for my current flat is expiring and I've recently just signed up for another flat with Sh Barcelona for 11 months because I know they have great support.

I've got to say that SH Barcelona is a great entity. They are reliable and quick! Most important, efficient. I had the opportunity to work with Jorge Martin during my rent and, he was the best realtor you can ever get. He is on top of every issue that might appear during your stay and most important he will call you or send you an email to see how you are doing with your flat. They are a bit expensive but their service is worth it.

Had a great experience with ShBarcelona. We were hesitant with the process at first but the apartment was just as described on the site. It is difficult to get a viewing because it is dependent on the tenants but the staff will try their best. Quico was always responsive and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend ShBarcelona.

Don't waste your time registering with these scammers or thet will harrass you on a daily basis. Terrible apartments for tourist prices and the worst sales people i have dealt with.
