Nefasto, horrible experiencia, te hacen ir al aeropuerto 5 horas antes de que tu vuelo salga, ademas, cuando llamas para preguntar (porque hay dos ubicaciones en nuestro hotel de posible recogida) llamaron al conductor para preguntarle dónde estaba, como este estaba llegando en cuanto nos subimos empezó a hablarnos fatal y a decirnos de todo, por ejemplo nos dijo; POR QUÉ HABÉIS LLAMADO, etc como recriminándonos que preguntásemos. NO nos quejamos de su tardanza en ningún momento sólo queríamos asegurarnos de nos habernos equivocado de sitio de recogida. Y nos hablo chillando y faltando el respeto. HORRIBLE.

Cuidado con esta compañía! Es un timo! Nos dejaron tirados en el aeropuerto y encima muy difícil contactar con ellos! CUIDADO!

They will take your money, won't show up and won't refund, they will claim that the contract is between you and the bus driver as they are only brokers, and steal your money, scam at it's best!

My family was scammed and then humiliated by this company. We prepaid 150 euros for a ride from Barcelona Airport to Salou for private van. Needless to say, the van didn't show up. We began calling the contact numbers they gave us including the 24 hour contact number. This went for an hour with no replies. We sent e-mails, texts, posted messages on their website, no replies. Finally we gave up and took a taxi.
When we tried to get a refund, they told us about a 28 day review process they have to go through. In the end, they say we lied to them and that the driver was there the entire time, that they were trying to contact us, and we never contact them. We sent them records of our phones showing the all the times we tried to reach them and the obvious lack of incoming calls. It was all to no avail. They kept our money leaving me no choice but to write about my experience with them.
Shuttle Direct is owned by Viajes Alameda. You should avoid this company at all costs. If they do manage to scam you, don't even bother with their customer service. It's a joke.

Very rude voice at the other end of the phone. When he informed me there were no available bookings today he'd already hung up as I was asking for recommendations for another group.
