I want to recommend Sitges Houses highly.

I had some bad experiences with a local Sitges agency that refused to give back a reserve after an owner pulled the contract at the last minute. I lost confidence in agencies in Sitges.

But dealing with Sitges Houses, were the complete opposite and was such a breeze; they are transparent, fast and efficient. Their listing of the property was accurate and knew lots of information about the property. They were well informed and had a fantastic relationship with the current tenant and the Landlord.

I dealt with Lucina Fearon, who quickly helped me arrange a property viewing for the following day. I met Nuria Mir, who arrived at the property a few minutes before I did. She was very professional, showed the property, and was very knowledgeable about the local area. She made the process so easy, and I felt that I could trust her.

Nuria was fast and efficient and negotiated an agreement with a local landlord who accepted our offer. She also help arrange to meet the Landlord and sat down at her office, so we were fully aware of the contract terms, allowed us to make any changes to the terms, and helped us negotiate term changes with the Landlord. We all agreed and executed the contracts.

I would highly recommend Sitges Houses.

I think it is not so easy to find an agency which is really proactive and talks to you to understand your needs. Especially in Spain. Everyone is just sitting and waiting for the customer to come.
