¡Ojalá Valerie practique en Londres! Conocí Skin Lab en marzo de 2023 en un viaje de negocios. Quería reservar una hora pero al final no funcionó. Tuve la oportunidad de regresar a Girona en junio y finalmente tuve la oportunidad de probar el tratamiento facial avanzado. ¡No decepcionó! Toda la experiencia fue genial, Valerie se tomó el tiempo para consultar y explicar el tratamiento. El masaje de cara y pies estaba fuera del mundo. Literalmente me quedé dormido un par de veces. Me sentí muy seguro de todo lo que hizo, ya que antes analizamos los problemas de la piel y cuál es el mejor curso de acción. Valerie fue súper profesional y también me envió un correo electrónico de seguimiento para recomendar productos. Muchos lugares venderían productos después de un tratamiento, pero Skin Lab es diferente. El enfoque está muy centrado en el cliente y orientado a resultados. Mis poros son visiblemente más pequeños que antes del tratamiento. ¡Si pudiera, sería un cliente habitual, pero estoy en un país diferente y estoy absolutamente destrozado!

Valerie ha sido increíble. Desde cambiar completamente mi comprensión de mi piel en un tratamiento hasta realizar un seguimiento constante incluso meses después para verificar y cambiar el plan según sea necesario, estoy muy agradecida de haberla encontrado. The products she recommended for my daily routine have made such a difference to my skin. I had several micro needling treatments with her to remove acne scarring and saw such amazing improvements in dark spots and texture of my skin, as well as in her follow up treatments. I’m so happy I was treated by Valerie at Skin Lab. I followed her socials for a while and thought I should give it a try and asked for an appointment for one of her Bespoke facial treatments. And I loved every second of it!
After a thorough skin diagnostic I laid on a comfy bed and completely relaxed. Time had flown by while Valerie was cleansing, massaging, nurturing my skin - not only on my face but also my neck and chest. I also got a head massage and a feet rub!
I went out with my face muscles completely relaxed and my skin so toned and glowing, I couldn’t believe that only one session could make such an effect!
It’s been already a couple of weeks and I feel gorgeous. Looking forward to try micro needling at Skin Lab!

I'm not even sure where to start. When I came to Valerie my complexion was dry, I was having a ton of breakouts, and I had no idea how to actually care for my skin. I had just gotten off hormonal birth control and went from never really having skin problems to having a TON of them.

I booked a facial, hoping that it would somehow make me feel better about my "new skin" and give me a little relief. Instead, I got a new skincare regiment that seriously changed EVERYTHING.

When I came in, Valerie looked at my skin and gave me a detailed treatment plan. Yes, the facial was incredible (and it included a foot massage!) but the most valuable part of my appointment was the long-term care that she provided.

It has been probably. 5 months now? And I seriously don't know the last time I had a zit. My skin is hydrated. I look years younger. I love that Valerie was able to give me the knowledge and education and - most importantly - the medically-backed skincare products that I needed to care for myself.

Needless to say: I can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Valerie! You're amazing.
