Limpieza y seguridad, además de muy buena ubicación, una zona muy tranquila y con el Mercadona al lado

El apartamento es correcto, pero en fotos da mucho más el pego. Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento y está dejado. Pero tiene muchos desperfectos. A parte de eso, no tenía ni un trapo de cocina, ni un limpiador de fregadera, y faltaba una bombilla de la sala clave para estar, y se les pidió, peero dijeron que LO ANOTABAN y CASO OMISO.
La insonorización NO EXISTE. Oyes miccionar al vecino, todos los pasos, la cisterna, y cuando salen de la puerta del apartamento de al lado, parece que han entrado en la casa.
Gritos a la mañana, y a la noche, de cuadrillas alojadas, jóvenes extrangeros aporreando las puertas, tocando los interfonos y el timbre durante TODA LA NOCHE. Y si das aviso al teléfono de contacto, te dicenm que se hacen cargo pero se desentienden, o te dicen que llames a la policía si quieres.
Evidentemente NO VUELVO Y NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Después de un fin de semana de TERROR, ha aparecido el portal lleno de basura, meaos, y de todo.
Los responsables ni te avisan donde dejar la llave para el check out y eso, que me pidieron para poder entrar y después de haber pagado, una franquicia de 300 euros que me negué. UNA ILEGALIDAD.
Tras todo este cambalache, los responsables han sido descorteses, maleducados y nada profesionales. CUIDADO CON ALQUILAR NADA EN ESTA EMPRESA, SLEEP STAY DE CUALQUIER CALLE DE BARCELONA.

Appartamentino fornito di tutti i comfort in ottima zona di Barcellona. L' appartamento era composto da cucina e salone unico con bagno e camera da letto, piu ripostiglio con tutti gli accessori per lavare ed asciugare i panni e fare le faccende domestiche. Dal balcone si vede la cima della sagrada familia.

After months they have not yet returned the money from the deposit. I will have to proceed with a legal complaint.book elsewhere, HERE IS A SCAM.

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN THROW YOU OUT.

We payed £5832 to stay in this apartment from 27th August to 17th December. My girlfriend suffers from mental health and had an episode. They called the police and kicked us out on the street. Now my girlfriend has harmed herself.
They also took the last month payment one month early, because THEY ARE CLEARLY THIEVES.
They lied to police and said domestic violence, even though me and my girlfriend said nothing like that happened.
Disgusting illegal behaviour, and have contacted solicitors and air bnb.
This has to be stopped, before someone else with mental health gets really hurt.

Después de finalizar mi contrato de estancia por 8 meses, esperé casi 3 meses para que devolvieran la fianza (a pesar de que el contrato dice que son 30 días) llamando insistentemente, ya que ni siquiera contestan los correos ni mensajes por whatsapp. Peor servicio al cliente y al día de hoy, después de 4 meses sigo esperando a que me envíen las facturas de los servicios por mi estancia pero evidentemente no las han enviado.

The flat was clean enough but it has such bizarre requirements for something we booked on airbnb. Signing random contracts that have someone living in Madrid as the landlord? Bizarre. This place also did not answer us when we landed even though we had told them the date, so the first night was spent in a hotel.
This business appears to be the definition of what plagues the Barcelona housing market.some rich woman perhaps living in Madrid who has bought these buildings and rents them out as short term rentals through airbnb. This is too professional a setup, and I feel that airbnb should ban them from the platform.

Awful management and terrible service. We were renting a king term apartment from them. It’s been already 2 months since they were supposed to return the deposit of almost 1,5k euro. Never got back to us with explanations, and still haven’t paid the money back, even though the apartment was returned in the finest condition.
When we checked in the apartment it looked very worn out, smell of smoke everywhere, kitchen chairs, table, freezer broken.
No more comments.

Terrible service! Don't go there! My flight was canceled (not my fault) and that was 3 days before. They didn't have understanding for us and they kept all money. I'm a student and I need every euro. Sleep peacefully robbers.
