Cada uno hace lo que quiere, sobre todo si hay un indio, y la empresa no interfiere, todo lo que ves es hermoso solo en el sitio y en realidad es otra cosa.

Evite esta empresa. Las habitaciones no son como en las fotos, ¡te hacen pagar por adelantado y nunca te devuelven el dinero! Te hacen fantasmas.
Usted dice que tiene derecho a quedarse con 1 mes de alquiler y un mes de alquiler como tarifa INCLUSO si el producto que propuso NO es cierto. Estaba sucio, la ducha rota, sin limpieza en 2 meses, polvo por todos lados y cancelamos el momento en que lo vimos. Ni siquiera vivía allí. Fácil ganó 1460 euros. Smart Rental Living = Spotahome = Bienvenido Madrid Experiences = Ideal Youth Hostel =. ¿Cuántas empresas están bajo tu control? ¡Nunca firmé con SpotaHome! Firmé con una empresa que luego se convirtió en SmartRentalLiving y que a su vez se convirtió en WelcomeMadrid Experiences.y luego me engañó. Como tienes que pagar el alquiler por adelantado, pagas en función de las fotos. Fotos falsas. Y te quedas con el dinero.
Segunda actualización: tomó mucho más tiempo pero recibí mi depósito. Recibí 80 euros menos que mi depósito original. Supongo que tienen un servicio de limpieza muy caro ya que la habitación tenía unos 13m2.
Actualización: han pasado casi 8 semanas y no he recibido mi depósito. Intenté comunicarme con SmartLiving pero me ignoran. ¡Por favor responde a mis mensajes!
Karen siempre se aseguró de que el departamento de Penedides 8 estuviera muy limpio. Sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza semanal que pagas no es semanal. A veces simplemente se saltan una semana.
Actualmente vivo en un apartamento de 5 habitaciones con una lavadora rota (desde hace 2 semanas). Nos hemos puesto en contacto a través de su "portal de emergencia" varias veces. Para otras pequeñas incidencias como microondas roto, o problemas con la caldera, siempre la reparan en el plazo de un día. Pero ante problemas importantes como una lavadora, recibimos 0 respuesta. Es una pena…
La señora de la limpieza Karen hizo un excelente trabajo limpiando el departamento, entre todos los que vinieron a limpiar definitivamente es la mejor.
Gracias a Alba de Smart Living Madrid por sus excelentes atenciones. Me contesto rapido, me oriento en todo momento para poder rentar la habitacion que quede cerca de donde voy a estudiar. Muy agradecida de su servicio!
I have stayed in Smart Living apartment from March and about to move out in few days, because I'm off to summer break. From the beginning the booking process was very quick and smooth. The manager was in touch with me and very helpful. I chose Smart Living because the location of my apartment was perfect. It is 20 minute walking distance to my university. The area is best in Barcelona. It's away from city centre, which makes it clean, not crowded and most importantly - safe. I would also like to mention that i have met great people. I was lucky with my flatmates:)
I'm going to book again with Smart Living after my summer break! Thank you!
Big bright room, clean apartment and professional staff.
The thing that really stuck out the most was when I got my things stolen including the keys to my apartment in Barcelona and they were very kind and responsive. I called first thing in the morning and within 30 minutes they were able to get it sorted out including a new set of keys. They were very patient and understanding throughout the whole process and even helped me book a taxi to go back to my apartment safely. I really appreciate this kind gesture during one of my most difficult and stressful moments.
Also whenever I need something or there is a maintenance issue they always responded quickly. The cleaner that comes to our apartment is also very clean.

I am super happy with the fast and friendly service I have recieved from the agency. Gian has helped me multiple times with varies issues, and the communication has happened easily on whatsapp!
Poorly maintained rooms and general maintenance, poor hygiene within the kitchen and equipment. But very friendly staff and other tenants, amazing events and parties at the roof.
Una pésima experiencia. Se promete un mantenimiento el cual no hemos visto ni yo ni ninguno de mis compañeros.
Para lo único que son efectivos es para el cobro del alquiler, cualquier otra petición, por necesaria que sea, te será denegada por su maravilloso servicio técnico.
Cualquier otra alternativa, por mala que os parezca, será mejor que esta estafa.
He estado viviendo allí durante 6 meses, ya que tenia que ir a Barcelona a trabajar de forma temporal, y he estado de lujo!
El responsable es un chaval andaluz muy majo (Santi) que al principio me ayudó mucho en la llegada, y cualquier problema que hemos tenido en el piso nos lo han solucionado super rápido.
Tengo que agradecer tanto a Santiago como a Gianfranco por la rapidez con la que me consiguieron una habitación, no es fácil empezar una etapa nueva fuera de tu ciudad y encontrar una habitación rapido. Todo estaba limpísimo y fueron muy profesionales, lo recomendaría una y otra vez sin pensarlo.
Habitación en L' Hospitalet.sucia. No pasó nadie en un mes a limpiar y eso que nos cobraron la limpieza semanal. Sigo esperando mi fianza y nadie dice nada ni saben nada de nada. Se pasan la pelota unos a otros.
NO HOT WATER OR HEATING FOR A MONTH. Without compensation despite it being ridiculously overpriced. I had to shower in a friends house everyday. Maintenance people would wake us up early every morning but fix nothing.
The 'cleaners' were either non-existent or incredibly bad at cleaning.
They advertised on Spotahome facilities that weren't in the house and when I tried to ask why they weren't there, they sent me a link to an advert for a completely different floor and tried to convince me I was mistaken, even though I had proof in the form of screenshots of what I was saying. Things I reported as faulty on day 1 were never fixed/replaced.
They go into your private room when you're not home without permission or warning.
The experience of living in this dark, dirty, foul-smelling floor made my eczema so severe I had to go to the hospital.

I would like to let you know about my experience with GV Living Barcelona. Generally speaking, my journey in Barcelona was not bad but in some aspect the agency was definitely not fair and was unable to fixed problems.
Indeed, they made me pay rent for the entire month of January, when I arrived in Barcelona on the 26th. They told me that it was part of the contract but as you might know, it was not clearly mentioned and in the end no solution was found. The contract also included a weekly cleaning service but that was not the case. Cleaning service was coming randomly and sometimes didn't come at all. Finally, the boiler broke down once a month. Therefore, for at least 2 days we didn't have anymore hot water and heating system.
I made a decision to go for half year internship in Barcelona and I remember how stressfull is was to choose a room.
I found a room located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and the photos looked great. The price was high but I thought it was worth it.
I booked the room through Spotahome without problems but after being connected to Welcomemad, all the problems started.
There was a lack of professionalism with this agency right from the start. First of all I was lost for an hour trying to find their "work space/office” where I was supposed to meet them and pay my deposit, because they had giving me the incorrect address. However I didn't know the worst was yet to come.
As soon as I got inside my room I found noticed that it hadn’t been cleaned. Dust was swept under the bed and the mattress was completely brown.
Also it was August and we were in the middle of a heat wave, which made Barcelona a living hell on earth. However Welcomemad did not seem to care about this, because they did not provide us with air conditionings or even a vent. We asked for help several times because the temperature was unbearable, but they never replied.
My roommates and I went through very difficult times and I even fainted.
Another thing to add, is that in the contract it was said that a cleaning lady would come and clean the common areas of the apartment once a week, however for several weeks she came just to sign her name and then left WITHOUT CLEANING ANYTHING! Bedbugs began to appear inside the rooms (I have pictures), which was a result of the lack of cleaning. We were bitten at night and could not get rid of them!
In October it started to rain a lot and my room had a very large terrace (it was the most expensive of the apartment for that reason) and whenever it rained, the terrace flooded and I had to take all the water out with a bucket in the middle of the night. I contacted Welcomemad to go unclog the terrace, but of course they never came.
After all the times Welcomemad failed to live up to the contract, I decided to not pay my rent for the last month. Simply it wasn’t fair to pay them more money living in a place like that. I told them to take the money from my deposit, as a months rent, because I didn’t trust them with the deposit anyway. (*They do not give you your deposit back after 5 weeks as the state in the contract*)
However, to my surprise they did not accept this and told me to leave or pay right away. I did not think twice and left as soon as I could.
I booked a hostel for my last weeks in Barcelona, and as incredible as it may sound, I am much more comfortable now then i was in my overpriced room.
*Stay away from this mad agency! They only cares about money! *
