Excelente trato, y atención. Julián se volcó desde el primer momento en ayudarnos con todo, y se ocupó de todos los papeleos y gestiones para hacernos la vida más fácil. Pongo 5 estrellas porque no hay más. Totalmente recomendable.

Després de una transferència, feta per error a la compte de Star Prop al Banc Sabadell de LLança, no em tornen els diners. MOlt mala experiència amb Star Prop. Tot son facilitats i amabilitat a l'hora de fer un lloguer, pero fatal si tens un problema

Muchos inmuebles en cartera y te los muestran todos si ven que estan interesados en comprar mucha paciencia y atención por su parte.

Inmobiliaria sin ética.
Son varios los casos de estafa de esta inmobiliaria. Contaré mi caso personal. Mi pareja quiso comprar un piso en Llanca con ellos. Dio señal para reservarlo y firmó un documento que luego resultó ser ilegal. El resultado fue que se quedaron con la señal. Ahora mismo está denunciada, y sabemos a ciencia cierta que son varios los casos de estafa pertrechados por esta inmobiliaria. Si rebusca bien entre los comentarios se darán cuenta de que hay algunos comentarios reales. Cosas como que no responden a teléfono mail o WhatsApp. Este es el segundo comentario que pongo ya que se presentaron en mi trabajo a decirme que si no quitaba el primer comentario me denunciarán. Por eso no tienen comentarios malos. Evitar totalmente hacer tratos con ellos.

En nuestro primer viaje a europa, escribimos a varias inmobiliarias de la costa brava buscando un departamento con vistas al mar y sólo ésta inmobiliaria de llançà fue la única que nos atendió muy rápido por WhatsApp y nos sugirió un apartamento de vacaciones muy bien ubicado en la playa de llansá. UPDATE: In the 1st place they are superfriendly (i had a housevisit with a lovely intern from Amerika and one of the owners i think) but, in the end the only thing this company thinking about is money. Welcome in the real world.yes, i know, but company’s like this truly breaking down the whole housemarket with raising up the prices up so high. You can write or tell any story what you want to them but unfortanatly it’s just all about money in stead of getting a bit personally involved. For example, there was zero response when it came on to responding my email. For me things like that really count, when i speak about being human and not seeing everything in numbers. And the biggest thing for me was that they let you think they are super personal but in the end you are just a bloody number. The market is crazy in Barcelona at the moment because of these company’s. Also what they do really cleaver is asking/pushing for leaving a review after the first contact. Afterwards raising up the rent from the property you visited, the non response on a superenthousiastic and nice e-mail after for my feeling a good vibes housevisit. No, it was my first and last experience with Starprop. Don’t fall for their prices people, and the non human contact afterwards, not speaking about that lovely intern who was just starting there a few days earlier. Good luck chick!
