I was very disappointed with Studio Gatto. I went there 1 month ago, my appointment was delayed by 1 hour, which was still OK. Then I spent 2 hours talking about how our kitchen should look like, but the moment we hit budget, suddently not so much interest. I understand that our budget may not suit all the businesses and I am OK to hear a rejection, but we were promised a quote and design anyway and never heard back since. I prefer transparent communication and honesty knowing their materials are too expensive to fit my budget, then being ghosted and waste my time. Plus, they say kitchens for any budget.not quite.
