Suites Center Barcelona

Parece una buena ubicación y buena gente, pero. Estoy bastante decepcionado, el tipo de habitación que me anunciaron tenía capacidad para 4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 niños.
Al abrir el sofá cama, no solo es muy pequeño, sino extremadamente endeble. los niños casi se caen. Cuando finalmente alguien vino a vernos 1 hora después, cuando preguntamos por alguien, nos dijo que teníamos que poner la mesa de café debajo para que fuera un poco más estable. ¡Lo hizo y todavía todo se movía sobre la mesa! Ridículo ! Al ir a la recepción por la mañana después de que los niños tuvieron una noche terrible, todo lo que me ofrecieron fue abrir permanentemente el sofá, lo que hará que la habitación sea ridículamente pequeña, o pagar otros casi 200 $ adicionales cada noche durante la duración de nuestra estadía. ¡Consigue otro tipo de habitación que ofrezca una cama individual extra!
Muy decepcionante ! ¡Ahora estamos estancados o simplemente tendremos que mudarnos de hotel! ¡Parecen comprensivos desde el exterior pero no están dispuestos a ayudar realmente! ¡Es cierto que podríamos haber reservado este tipo de habitación cuando reservamos inicialmente por una diferencia mucho menor!
También les pregunté si podían conseguirnos al menos una cama extra, ¡pero la respuesta fue no!
Además, la cama principal principal es pequeña y muy ruidosa…. Entonces, si está buscando una buena noche de sueño después de caminar mucho, ¡puede que ese no sea su hotel!

muy buena habitación excelente restaurante excelente servicio, pero el lavavajillas de la habitación no era bueno.

Tendría 5 estrellas si la cama fuera más cómoda y el servicio fuera un poco más atento. No reemplazaron los baños vacíos.
Deberían ofrecer una opción de desayuno más económica que el hotel hermano…

Great location, great accommodation, great value and great service.

We just got back from Barcelona and I must say staying here was a great decision.
The Suites Center is located in one of the most wonderful neighborhoods in Barcelona, within walking distance from great local restaurants, tourist attractions, and cafes.

The suite itself is well designed and was perfect for our family—a bit small compared to apartments in the US but generous by European standards.

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly; and the cleaning staff was very diligent and attentive.

Since we were traveling with our 2 small children, having a kitchenette and laundry machine in the unit was a huge plus.

I highly recommend this place to any guest visiting Barcelona.

Fiquei no flat. Muito bom. Serviço excelente. Ótima acomodação e a localização é excelente. Voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

The Suites Center is serviced by a five star hotel - meaning they own it but you are not getting the five star experience. You would not know that through the booking process. It was an ok experience. We had issues with the hot water and service was ok. It was nice enough though for the price and is in a good location.

Muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo. Céntrico, tranquilo. El servicio y la atencion de primera. 100% recomendado.

If you are after a light, airy apartment with great views then this is probably not for you. However, if you are happy with a slightly compact apartment that is spotlessly clean, well equipped in a very convenient location, with very helpful door staff from the attached hotel, at what we thought was a very good price for a major European city centre then this will fit the bill. (If you are using the kitchen facilities there is a supermarket about 200yards up from the suites on the left.)

Fuimos un fin de semana con la estancia pagada desde la agencia, al llegar allí nos piden el impuesto del turista que son 2,5€ por persona, por ser turista de fuera de Cataluña. Si es poco dinero pero ya no me van a ver el pelo más lo siento eso se avisa, lamentable!

Very good place: unbeatable location, good services and equipment. Super recommendable. The room is very clean and the hotel is very quiet, you can not hear anything and I like that I do not get disturbed when I'm in the room.
