Reservé un traslado desde el aeropuerto de Ezeiza a un hotel en el centro de la ciudad. El proceso fue fácil, recibió una respuesta oportuna y funcionó sin problemas. Recomendaría la empresa.

Teddy nuestro conductor fue cortés y muy servicial. Nuestro avión llegó tarde, pero no estaba preocupado. Recomendaría altamente este servicio.

- Al aterrizar en Heathrow recibí acoso por parte del conductor para que pagara cargos extra (al hablar con Suntransfers me confirmaron que no se aplicaban cargos extra). El conductor continuó acosándonos para pedir dinero extra durante las 2 horas de viaje a casa desde el aeropuerto.
- No me facilitaron la silla infantil que reservé y pagué.
- Las maletas estaban tan amontonadas en el maletero del coche que el conductor no podía ver por la ventanilla trasera y cada vez que frenaba las maletas se deslizaban hacia nuestras cabezas en el asiento trasero.
- Mi marido tuvo que pedirle al conductor que dejara de enviar mensajes de texto durante el viaje.

Actualmente estoy en el taxi mientras escribo. Ha sido una experiencia bastante horrible hasta ahora. Después de un viaje de 30 horas con mis hijos desde Australia, tan pronto como aterrizamos, me asaltaron mensajes y llamadas del conductor que decía que teníamos que salir del aeropuerto lo antes posible ya que se estaban agregando cargos adicionales por el tiempo de espera. Le expliqué que no podía hacer nada, ya que eran todos procesos de rutina los que tenía que seguir después del aterrizaje. Cuando llegamos al auto, descubrimos que solo había un asiento elevado y no los 2 que había reservado y pagado. No tuve más remedio que arriesgar la seguridad de mi hija con el cinturón de seguridad a la altura del cuello. Apiló las maletas tan alto en la parte trasera que tuvimos que detenernos porque se deslizaban y no era seguro para nosotros. El colmo fue cuando mi esposo tuvo que decirle al conductor que dejara de enviar mensajes de texto en su teléfono mientras conducía.

Experiencia desagradable. No utilices esta empresa. Reservamos un coche privado con mucha antelación y después de volar durante 10 horas a Barcelona, ​​nos emocionó saber que un coche nos estaba esperando. Este no fue el caso, había varias personas esperando sus vehículos reservados y el personal de Suntransfers fue poco servicial y grosero. Nos llevó más de una hora conseguir nuestro vehículo. A nuestro regreso, completé la revisión que la compañía envió por correo electrónico y solicité un reembolso. No hemos sabido nada de ellos.

No utilices esta empresa, no aparecen. Cuando los llamas para preguntar dónde está el conductor, te dicen que lo encontrarán y te devolverán la llamada, pero nunca nos devolvieron la llamada. Después de perder más de una hora en el aeropuerto y de muchas llamadas telefónicas, nos dijeron que tomáramos nuestro propio taxi.
Les pedí que se aseguraran de que nuestro viaje de regreso al aeropuerto estuviera planeado y dijeron que sí. Entonces, cuando llegó el viaje de regreso al aeropuerto, esperaba que llegaran a tiempo después de no presentarse en el traslado desde el aeropuerto. Al menos esta empresa es consistente, ¡¡¡no se presenta en el hotel!
Después de muchas llamadas telefónicas preguntando dónde estaba nuestro conductor y de que nos dijeran mentira tras mentira nuevamente, le pedimos a la recepcionista del hotel que nos consiguiera un taxi. El taxi del hotel fue genial, apareció después de diez minutos y hizo todo lo posible para llevarnos al aeropuerto.
Llegamos al mostrador de facturación justo a tiempo y nos dijeron que si llegábamos un minuto más tarde habríamos perdido el vuelo.
Esta empresa es muy poco confiable, dice mentira tras mentira. Y era más barato usar el taxi, su precio.

Empresa confiable! Servicio de reserva muy fácil. Los conductores fueron educados, amables y llegaron a tiempo. Experiencia sin complicaciones. Muy recomendable.

Horrible Experience. We paid for a taxi from the airport to our hotel - with gold insurance. Gold insurance says if your flight changes they will reschedule your taxi according to your flight changes. They even ask for your flight number. Got to the airport and our taxi was not there and did not show up. They told us on the phone we would be reimbursed because we had the gold insurance but are now refusing to refund us. A lot of people on our same flight (whose flight changed) also lost all their taxi money. This company is making tones on flights being cancelled.

I recently made a booking with SunTransfers and I was so impressed with their service. I unfortunately booked the wrong date for the transfer and my colleagues were waiting in Alicante airport at 10pm so I phoned the help line and spoke to a lovely member of staff named Ignacio who reassured me that he would try his best to help me. Much to my surprise, within 20 minutes they had sent a driver to pick my colleagues up which I was so grateful for. Highly recommend and will be booking again in future.

First time user. All we expected from a private transfer service - but hardly ever received - we had on this trip. Same car with the same cheerful driver was a pleasant experience.

An excellent experience. Our flight was delayed for two hours, and our driver was waiting for us politely, whisked us to our car and onto the hotel without any problems. A premium experience, I fully recommend suntransfers if this is the level of service given to all clients.

Malta airport - Sliema. Everything was OK despite our plane was an hour late. Quick transfer, polite driver.

Be aware: 1. Their shared transfers could involve 2-3 hours of extra waiting on the bus to pick up other people, but they won't tell you this till 24 hours before the pickup 2. Their site offers a cancellation guarantee for an extra fee, but their agents will tell you afterwards it doesn't apply to your case (and refuse to refund the fee). If their service works for you, good. I wrote off the money I paid to them without getting any service.

I booked a taxi for five in the morning to the airport. The driver did not arrive. They did not send any contact details with him. Their "live chat" button does not work, just an unlinked link, (attached screenshot). After half an hour of terrible tension we managed to stop another taxi and delivered the flight as soon as after the last. Just do not come near, run away from them

Lamentable, en mi opinión son poco menos que estafadores.

Contraté un servicio de recogida en hotel y traslado al aeropuerto en un traslado compartido con más clientes, con salida desde Morro Jable (Fuerteventura) y con llegada al Aeropuerto de Fuerteventura el día 12 de agosto para coger un vuelo a las 9.35am. Se realizó acuse de recibo de la reserva, el cobro de la misma y, con posterioridad, esta fue confirmada de forma expresa por la compañía. El día 11 de agosto a las 10.32am, a menos de 24h de la salida soy contactado por email informando que cancelan mi reserva porque no pueden realizar el servicio. Me comunico con ellos por teléfono y email en ese momento, para exigir una solución que no implique un coste adicional, pues con esta antelación no hay posibilidad de contratar otro servicio. Se me ofrece traslado en coche privado con un sobrecoste aproximado de 70€ que rechazo. Esto pone de manifiesto la posibilidad de la compañía de haber encontrado una solución sin coste adicional conforme su política de cancelación, que es sensiblemente mas perjudicial para el consumidor (para el cliente no existe la opción de reembolso con cancelaciones con menos de 48h de antelación). Os incluyo el extracto de su política de cancelación por parte de la compañía: "CAMBIOS Y CANCELACIONES POR NUESTRA PARTE Si el operador de transporte se ve obligado a realizar algún cambio significativo en las condiciones del servicio, o a cancelar el servicio, le informaremos a la mayor brevedad posible. Haremos todo lo posible para respetar tus preferencias acerca del vehículo escogido; sin embargo puede que el vehículo sea sustituido por uno de mayor capacidad o múltiples vehículos dependiendo de la disponibilidad. Si el cambio supone una rebaja en la categoría o en el tamaño del vehículo para los cuales disponemos de una tarifa más económica, la diferencia de precio le será reembolsada. En casos extraordinarios podemos vernos en la necesidad de cancelar su reserva. Se le reembolsará el importe íntegro de la reserva y este reembolso cubrirá todas las obligaciones hacia el cliente derivadas de dicha cancelación. En todo caso, haremos los esfuerzos necesarios para encontrar alternativas viables a cualquier reserva confirmada que debamos cancelar"

Como solución de emergencia me vi obligado a ir en taxi al aeropuerto, soportando una factura de 97,20€. Traté de gestionar de forma amistosa la devolución de la diferencia entre el precio del traslado que contraté con la compañía y el precio del taxi sin éxito.

En definitiva, no contratéis un servicio con estos impresentables.

All went well, flight was delayed and they made arrangements to change the pickup time to suit us. Would prefer a bit more reassurance that the taxi is on time, an app to track the car or a text letting me know the driver is on his way with a number to call would be the only thing I’d change.

I have used Sun Transfers a few times now. The cost of airport taxis are astronomical in most countries. So I have made a considerable amount of savings by using Sun Transfers. Also there is the ace of mind that arrangement ls have been made both to and from the Hotels ahead of getting to your destinations. The service has been exceptional as Driver waiting on arrivals with my name clear to see. Also return pick up had to be amended and was simple enough to do through the email link. Would definitely use again

The drivers were great and on time. Vehicles were clean. The problem was the booking process. First, it is only in Euros. Ok, no problem, the bank will handle. They would not accept any of my credit cards. I had to ask my friend, who recommended them, to book it for me and I would just pay her. BTW, these were the same credit cards I used in Mexico. If they can address this portion of the booking process, I have no problem using them. Incidentally, please also clear up the Suntransfers/Lomas Transportation - it could get confusing for travelers

Used Suntransfers for the first time on 14 November for a transfer from Lisbon cruise terminal to the airport. The booking process was easy. Our driver was exactly on time at 06: 45. His vehicle was clean and in good shape. He was very helpful, courteous and professional. With this being my first experience with Suntransfers I would not hesitate to use Suntransfers again for any future needs in Lisbon.

We have used Suntransfers in Madeira for our last 3 trips and have found them to be faultless. Great drivers who are courteous, friendly, professional and always on time. The cars are excellent and customer service fantastic.

They were easy to book online. Our flight was delayed so we were late arriving, then it took extra time thru passport control and the Covid stations. Yet, our driver waited for us and kept in contact by calling me on the phone. We were thankful that he did. On the morning of our return flight home our driver was right on time. What a relief for us that we didn’t have to worry This was a smooth process to book, good value for us as we had several people with several suitcases, clean and Were large vehicles. We booked a premium vehicle If there was a negative it was a language barrier, but we communicated well enough to get said what we needed to. The reservation also contained the details too. I would recommend this company and use them again.

I used Suntransfers for my airport transfers to and from Faro airport to my AirBnB in an Algarve town. Booking was straightforward, and they advised my pick-up time for my return journey based on my flight details so I didn't even need to calculate that. A confirmation email with full details and instructions was sent immediately after booking.

Both drivers were there on time and were professional and pleasant. The cars were a good size (actually larger than was needed), and in a good and clean condition. The service was everything I needed at a reasonable price.

The transfer I ordered from this company simply didn’t show up to pick me up at the Alicante airport! Had a lot of stress and trouble finding out who’s in charge of that and what to do at that moment. I was eventually promised a refund for the alternative transfer that I would have to arrange myself. But according to their policy, they declined a refund of their own absent bus transfer!
It took almost two months and lots of e-mails to finally get that partial refund. Definitely not the experience I was looking for when booking with this company!

Always use Suntransfers wherever they're available and have never had anything other than excellent service. Most recently used them in Madeira and were met at the airport in premium car. On time (even though we were quick through airport and Covid test due to assistance for disabled friends in party), clean car and lovely female driver. Return journey was just as good. Early for pickup, clean car and lovely male driver. Their prices are very competitive, send text messages the day before each journey and were excellent when I had to re-arrange twice due to travel restrictions, with nothing extra to pay. Good to know they're not trying to take advantage of these uncertain times by raising prices and ripping off the public. I always use with complete confidence.

Excellent as always, had to change pick up time on both outward and inward and both perfect (all late changes to original booking) remote chat a bit of a pain but both ended with satisfaction, drivers very professional and efficient. Have used these many times and would 100% recommend.

Minibus transfer from Olbia airport and back again from a different hotel. Driver was on time and helpful both ways. The office staff were helpful when the dates changed because of C19. All in all, very good, professional service.

Obviously this is all very dependant on the local providers but we've used Suntransfers on all our recent trips where we needed an airport taxi and wouldn't use any other company. Highly recommend.

I really wish I was making this up. On Aug 14th, around 10am, I booked a taxi to collect my sister from the airport in Murcia to take her to the hospital in Cartagena. She was due to arrive around 4pm. My father was dying and I did not want to leave his side. The taxi was a last minute thing, I paid extra in case i needed to cancel but unfortunately at 12pm he had passed away.

I informed SunTransfers that I no longer needed the service and that I can now pick my sister up, after asking for a refund as the service was not used, i was not issued one. When making the booking I had stated the reason why I needed one and why it was all so last minute. They did not care.

I had the booking for all of 3 hours or so, the taxi driver would definitely had not traveled to the airport yet, so i would have thought a refund would be a very kind thing to offer.but not for this company.

I never did receive the refund, they just didn't care at all. The final sign off email was "I understand that in our previous email we did not reflect the outcome you had hoped for, but having reconsidered our response, i believe it was appropriate and fair. Unless we receive significant new information, we will not be revising your case"

I'm not bothered about what a "company policy" states.its not the law, its just a guideline to protect themselves, whilst not honoring customers. At the end of the day, there needs to be compassion in business decisions, and this company chose to have none on this occasion.

(Update) I have just had a call from a lovely nice lady over there and although they did follow their company policy, the humanity of it all has shown through, and a credit note is being issued. A kind gesture, thank you very much.

Edit - I was contacted directly by the customer services team, who apologised for my experience, refunded the cost of phone calls to resolve the lost bag and offered a 10% discount for future bookings. I accepted all of this and am happy to edit my review accordingly.

A disastrous transfer from Dalaman to Kaš. The driver got lost and insisted I found directions to our villa. On arrival the people carrier had smoke pouring out of it and the driver refused to allow me to check the luggage compartment was empty before driving off with one of my cases. Took 5 phone calls and 2 days for our case to return (left in the street). Customer services then claimed that none of this happened. Seriously.
