Aquí te tratan con actitud, son groseros e irrespetuosos. Pedimos cigarros y el joven puso los ojos en blanco y no quiso ni mover un dedo para ayudarnos. Y de repente, el otro tipo se enojó y nos mostró la puerta sin ninguna razón. Si no desea responder a las preguntas de los clientes, no abra una tienda.

Magnífica atención por parte de todos los empleados. Estupenda cava de puros. Mi estanco de referencia en Barcelona.

Uno de los mejores de España, en atención, calidad y servicio. Siempre mirando por el cliente.

Gran selección de habanos y demás puros. Muy buen trato por parte de Carlos. Cava a tener muy en cuenta en el barrio gótico.

One of the most complete and well-known cigar cellar in Barcelona. Apparently it's not a very large cellar looking from the outside, but completely floor-to-ceiling full with pretty much variety of habanos and international cigars to pick. Carlos, shop's owner and cigar specialist, is among the kindest people I've known around in Barcelona, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable person to have conversations with, everything about cigars. One person that absolutely made my recent visits the most enjoyable experience.

Está frente a la catedral de Barcelona, es bastante grande y tienes que tener el coche aparcado para ir.

Not that good. Staff not very helpful and while the selection is ok, the quality not so much. Found the cigar I got to be too dry. Better quality somewhere else where I ended buying every day.

Never seen so little professionalism and rudeness. I ask for the price of the cigars and the lady without even looking at me passes me a paper list and leaves me at the counter. Then a guy arrives who with a lot of boredom and without saying a word give me the cigars that I chose. I suggest these two people change jobs. Trade requires more. Surely they would be very good elsewhere. Maybe.
