Tapas & Wine Tour Experience Barcelona

Their customer service is horrendous. Fabio B from TripAdvisor (member since May 2015) told me that "karma exists" and that is why I missed my tour. The tour guide was unreachable and made no effort to find us for our tour of Park Guell. There was no easy way to find our guide, we had no name, no contact information, no "look for the red umbrella". I lost $200 on this tour because the guide had our tickets to the park and we could therefore not enter the park. I expressed my concerns in the TripAdvisor review where their "customer service" person responded with "my life moves on and karma exists" What a joke and a TERRIBLE customer service experience. Do not waste your time or money.
