Experiencia muy agradable! Pasamos un buen rato con seres queridos y más gente que no conocíamos, los dueños muy simpáticos y agradables!
Lo único que cambiaría sería el precio, lo vi un poquito caro pero recomendable como experiencia!

Ya fuimos a cinco clases con Ros: Cocina española, ceviches, tapas de primavera, tapas de otoño y comida peruana. Nos encantó cada una! Aprendimos mucho. Ros es muy buena chef con mucha experiencia y sabe explicar súper bien. Cada clase nos gusta más que la anterior. Ros siempre logra sorprendernos con trucos e inspiraciones nuevas.Todo el ambiente fue excelente, nos lo pasamos genial y nos reimos mucho. Y claro, comimos riquísimo. Además, el espacio es moderno y te hace sentirte como si fueras a casa de unos amigos. Todas las clases son 100% recomendables y ya tenemos planeada la siguiente!

¡Increíble clase de cocina! No sólo aprendimos mucho, sino que también lo pasamos muy bien. Ros sabe mucho y definitivamente es una maestra increíble. Muchas gracias !

Esta reseña tiene algunos años de retraso, pero estaba recordando cuánto disfrutamos esta experiencia y me di cuenta de que nunca escribí una reseña. Encontramos esta clase de cocina cerca de donde nos alojamos durante nuestra luna de miel en Barcelona. Disfrutamos muchísimo. Todavía conservamos las recetas y desde entonces hacemos paella en casa. Fueron encantadores, dulces, acogedores y el precio valió la pena. Fue una experiencia romántica y creo que a partir de ahora, cuando viajemos, reservaremos una clase de cocina para aprender un plato local.

I’m Spanish organised this Teambuilding for my teammates that are not… and surprisingly I had an incredible and delicious good time! The gastronomic experience is really good. I am a food lover, cook a lot at home and this is definitely not a not-so-real tourist experience. If you love Spanish gastronomy and want to have good good, trust Ros?

We had the most wonderful experience cooking with Ros. We had a group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and we learned so much in such a short time. I would definitely recommend this particular cooking class and I hope to go back one day and learn some more dishes!

Es una súper experiencia: el cocinar en sí, la cena, el conocer personas. El ambiente que se genera es único. Ros, la chef, explica las recetas detalladamente, y aunque puedan parecer difíciles, hace que sean todo lo contrario. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

This was a genuinely fun experience. I learnt so much and the food was really delicious. There are definitely a few recipes we tried that we will be trying again at home. Also, the whole lesson was run in both Spanish and English which was great for those of us with only a little Spanish.

I got this cooking class as a birthday present for my boyfriend’s birthday. We love cooking and have been to a few cooking classes in the past - this one was fantastic. Ros and her husband were great and so accommodating of our various dietary requirements. The class was fun, interactive and educational, the food itself was amazing and the wine was free flowing and delicious. We can’t recommend this enough!

I had a wonderful time at Te Quiero Cocinar - we made Seafood Paella, meatballs & mushroom appetizer, Spanish Tortilla, and Crema Catalan! Everything was truly incredible - the process was enjoyable and the final feast was delicious! Ros (Roselyn) is an excellent teacher, explains clearly and is very patient with everyone. She gave us all turns at each of the tasks and we helped make everything - Ros helped us focus on the experience of cooking and making everything together. The location is quite lovely, clean, modern and feels like cooking and dining with friends. I feel like I can make it for my friends and family back home, can’t wait! I highly recommend this class to everyone, you’ll love it!

The definitive cooking experience in Barcelona!
I attended the Spanish cuisine cooking class, and loved every minute of it.

The space is big, filled with natural light, and includes all of the most professional appliances and tools. On top of that, it still retains a coziness that will make you fill at home.

Ros is not only a great cook and instructor, but also very easygoing and extremely passionate about her work. She was so kind to adapt the menu for me to include all vegetarian dishes.

During the class, I learned how to cook the most iconic Spanish recipes but also learned a lot of cooking tricks that I have already applied in my everyday cooking at home.

Last but not least, at the end of the class you will eat all of the delicious dishes cooked together along with very good local wine!

I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Seriously some of the best cookies I've ever had. Perfectly moist, not over sweet, and absolutely delightful. You really should take a class here. Ros is so patient and such a great teacher. I'll be back for sure!

Pues el nombre de Te Quiero Cocinar me resultó un poco intimidante porque no me quedaba claro si al llegar íbamos a caer en una trampa y nos iban a cocinar a Nosotros.

Nada más lejos de la realidad. No hubo nada de canibalismo sino que preparamos una tortilla por la que te deberían dar la nacionalidad española.

Fui con mi equipo a hacer un team outing y la verdad es que hacer software se nos da casi tan bien como cocinar. Si pagara mejor, capaz montábamos un restaurante.

Recomendado. Ross es una gran chef y profesora.

El pasado domingo hice la segunda clase de postres y las clases de Ros me encantan aún más!
Todo es muy sencillo y extremamente sabroso!
Las clases son tranquilas, podemos participar de las preparaciones y la Chef explica todo muy bien.

A really great experience! Very friendly and accomodating. We went for a team building and I wasn't expecting to actually learn to cook, but I did learn a lot! They explained clearly the steps and tips for preparing the food and we went to our stations to prep the food while we drank wine and chatted. A very nice evening. I will be back to bring people visiting us in Barcelona.

Viaje de Roma a Barcelona para asistir a una Máster Class de Pastelería Moderna con el Chef Pastelero Francisco Broccolo fue una maravillosa experiencia, amables, organizados, un sitio acogedor, disponibles para orientarte en lo que necesites. Sin duda alguna volvería a Barcelona para asistir a otro curso en Te Quiero Cocinar. Recomendado 100%.

I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars! My partner booked a pastry cooking class for my birthday and it was brilliant. The class is very well-structured so you make several things at once and always have something to do. The space is gorgeous, all of the materials used are top of the line, as are the ingredients. Most importantly, Ros is a brilliant chef and very patient teacher, she and Rufo are super welcoming. Could not recommend this enough!

Tenía tiempo buscando la mejor tortilla española en Barcelona, hasta que asistí al curso de cocina española que da Ros en su escuela de cocina.

Y no solo la tortilla, la paella y la crema catalana, de muerte.

La escuela es preciosa, súper limpia y entra un montón de luz natural.

Absolutely amazing morning with Rosa! She was so attentive, clear with instruction, friendly and creative with the selection of tapas we made. I would go back without hesitation, the style of the venue was beautiful and she taught us some valuable technical skills to go along with the beautiful food. A great way to celebrate my partners birthday, or any occasion really. When you think about what you might spend on a meal in a restaurant with no guarantee of service or quality; I'd much rather book a class here with a guarantee of outstanding food and great company.

We (my husband and I) absolutely loved this place and Ross! Before we only used to go see places and eat out but now, the fact that r got the chance to take this class with Ross and learn how to cook some Spanish classes l, we got to experience Barcelona at fullest. Fantástico. El espacio y los profesionales que lo dirigen hacen que te sientas como en casa. He asistido a una sesión de cocina venezolana y ha sido inmejorable. Cocinamos, comimos lo que elaboramos y sobre todo, degustamos entre risas y con amigos.

A destacar lo bien equipada que esta la cocina y la amabilidad y trato de quienes lo gestionan.

EspectacularEscogimos el menú 2 de tapas y nos ha quedado todo delicioso. Son una pareja encantadora, se nota que la cocina es su pasión!

Una experiencia inolvidable! Hemos aprendido a cocinar tres tapas (mejillones en salsa de cítricos, albóndigas de butifarra con portobellos, romero y reducción de oporto, arroz cremoso de gambas y calamares) y un milhojas con crema pastelera. Todo buenísimo! El ambiente muy cuidado: decoración, música.además nos hemos sentido como en casa! Volveremos!

Aquest diumenge vaig fer una classe de pà amb massa mare, i he sortit a més d'emocionada, amb una mica de massa mare per endurme a casa i una massa per fornejar. Demà començo a fer pà a casa desde zero! Molt recomenable! Hi tornarè!

An authentic and brilliant way to literally create and enjoy a taste of Spain. For an unforgettable experience book an evening cooking and eating a meal with Ros in her beautiful kitchen. We had friends come to visit recently and we all went as two families and couldn't have had a better evening. Ros and her husband had everything prepared and ready for us to dive into and cook upon our arrival. She showed us how to prepare all the Spanish dishes we then helped make. Our group included children from age 7 up to ages 70+. Ros could not have been more wonderful including everyone and ensuring anyone who wanted to could partake. Some simply enjoyed sipping wine and watching the action. The result was sitting down to a fabulous home cooked meal among friends and family in an intimate environment where all our needs were catered for. If you find yourself in Barcelona, this is really a must do for anyone interested in the food of Spain and a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

Ros and Rufo, were incredible, and make the cooking class experience simply unforgettable. It was amazing, I learned how to prepare very tasty tapas, and the chef make it easy for us. The space was so well prepared for the moment, perfect music, the lights, everything was full of details. I enjoyed a lot the time there, I felt like at home, cooking with friends, enjoying a glass of wine, having very delicious food. I am looking forward to going to another class!

I had a great experience at Tequierococinar. You feel that Ros is passionate about cooking and teaching, she is super nice and welcoming and a great host!

Genial actividad de grupo. Hicimos un evento de equipo con ellos y la experiencia fue inmejorable.

El trato fue muy cercano desde el principio, incluso la chef adaptó algunas recetas para aquellos alérgicos a ciertos alimentos.

La actividad en sí es muy divertida (cocinamos tapas españolas), todo el mundo llega a ensuciarse un poco las manos y a la misma vez hay bastante tiempo para conversar y estar un rato tranquilo tomando el vino que se incluye con la actividad. No hay que ser un maestro de la cocina para disfrutar de la actividad, y sin duda que todo el mundo aprenderá algo, incluyendo las deliciosas recetas que quedaron!

Totalmente recomendable y no me cabe duda de que volveré por ahí, sea con el equipo o a clases.

Queríamos hacer algo diferente para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y nos lanzamos a probar la experiencia de "cocina española" en Te Quiero Cocinar. Sobrepasó nuestras expectativas: Ros fue encantadora y una gran profesora. Nos llevamos aprendizaje real con técnicas que usaremos en casa (no volveremos a llorar con una cebolla!). El producto era increíble, el resultado delicioso y el sitio es precioso. Volveremos para hacer el taller de tapas!

I had a great time with Ross at Te Quiero Cocinar. Even though I was the only person who signed up for a particular time slot, she still held the class, so I had her all to myself!

First, she is bilingual, so you can take the class in English! Next, it comes with wine! Then you get to cook an incredible paella! I also cooked a tortilla española, meatballs and crema Catalana (complete with a blow torch)! The food was great and the facility is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach so you can burn off those calories!

I highly recommend this class as a unique way to experience Barcelona. I’m just sorry my schedule didn’t allow for me to take more classes!

Bunch of colleagues had a team building experience we greatly enjoyed the experience. The food we prepared was pretty good (seasoned with white and red wine), but what makes the real difference is how comfortable and welcoming the staff makes you feel. I truly recommend it.

This class is not to be missed! Right when you step into her cooking studio you can immediately feel the love and care that she has poured out to create the beautiful space. It’s unique and feels very cozy. I’m so glad I signed up for this cooking class. Ross is such an amazing teacher with so much knowledge. She explains all the directions very well and teaches us techniques that I have not learned before. We cooked a couple dishes with the paella as the main. We cooked while sipping on wine and listening to a lovely playlist. Her cooking school is very easy to access as it’s only a short 6 min walk from the metro. Will definitely be back again to learn more recipes next time I’m in Barecelona:)

We went for seafood paella, which is not easy to find in Spain. The quality of the food, the ingredients was top, no compromises. It’s hard to find this level of cooking and focus in touristy Barcelona. I’ve come to visit many times and almost never had a great experience without the hefty price tag.

It’s easy to see the great attention to detail Roselyn has, she cared about every little thing. I think you can get a sense to this when you enter then place, the design is spotless.

It’s a fun cooking lesson mixed with amazing dinner. Hard to beat!

Fabulous experience! Ross is a great host and teacher, who made us feel like we were friends from the start. She was very welcoming and offered excellent tips about the preparation of the ingredients and what to look for in the cooking of the delicious dishes. We chatted like old friends, so it was a fun and enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend. Ha sido una experiencia muy divertida. Aprendes a cocinar y la "teacher" es muy cercana, amable y profesional, te hace sentir como en familia. Además el lugar es nuevo y acogedor, los ingredientes de calidad y los instrumentos óptimos. Una excelente experiencia.

Ros was a wonderful instructor, she was super friendly and helpful to me and my sister. It is clear that she loves cooking from the delicious dishes she helped us make. We learnt how to cook traditional Spanish dishes in a beautiful kitchen with fresh ingredients. Now I can cook lovely Spanish food at home in the UK. I would highly recommend the class for anyone at any level who is interested in Spanish cuisine.

I had a pleasure to attend a Spanish cuisine workshop by Ross. The 3h with Ross in the kitchen were a amazing time, when I learned all the basic about preparing the see food and understanding the importance of the timing by paella. In between the we talked about Spanish and Italian cuisine, since Ross has very long traditions in both cuisines. I was surprised how easy it is to learn cooking with Ross. Even for someone like me, who is not practicing much.
Thank you Ross, for all the tricks and the great time.
I can highly recommend taking one or if you like more workshops.
