Llegue a THC por recomendación y me encanto! Hice un pedido vegano y estaba riquísimo, tenía muchísimo sabor! y las barritas son lo máximo!
Lo hice el mismo día y me llego perfecto Lo recomiendo 100% ! Ya me lo he repetido varias veces !

Este es el lugar donde pido cada semana mi almuerzo. Sabores y siempre diferentes de un día a otro también te brinda opciones para controlar la cantidad de ingredientes (carbohidratos y proteínas) que necesitas para tu enraizamiento diario. Prueba que nunca lo dejarás!

The Healthiest Choice es mi opción preferida cuando se trata de comer saludable. Hasta ahora mi favorito es el Thai Peanut Curry, aunque tienen una amplia variedad de platos exquisitos. Además, el servicio es excelente!

Estoy muy contenta con The Healthiest Choice, llevo muchos años con ellos, la comida es muy buena, nunca me han fallado y el trato es exquisito. Ya lo he recomendado a mis conocidos. En navidades, además hacen un menú de primera!

¡Hago pedidos regularmente y la comida siempre está bien preparada, es saludable y deliciosa! ¡Definitivamente recomendado como una alternativa fácil para el almuerzo en lugar de cocinarlo usted mismo!

Pedí catering para equipos de diferentes tamaños durante una semana para el almuerzo de trabajo en nuestra oficina. ¡Todos quedaron muy contentos con la comida! Por fin algo realmente sabroso y no nuestra aburrida cantina. Para los grupos más pequeños elegí los menús de bowl saludable (con deliciosos postres y bebidas), para los grupos más grandes almorzamos estilo buffet. Siempre se ofrecieron excelentes opciones vegetarianas/veganas. Recomiendo ampliamente The Healthiest Choice y no puedo esperar a la próxima ocasión para probar su comida. ¡Gracias!

2 semanas después de la entrega de preparación de comidas, comida sabrosa y saludable. Exactamente lo que estaba buscando. Las porciones medianas no fueron suficientes para mí, pero soy un hombre que hace ejercicio a diario, así que me decidí por las grandes. Definitivamente continuaré usándolos. Se los he recomendado a mi novia, quien encarga el mediano y está contenta.

2 small dry vegetable patties is what we got instead of "jackfruit pulled pork" with some mushrooms and potatoes. We even paid an extra supplement for the vegan jackfruit version of the pulled pork. €20.90 for something you didn't even order. Insulting. Will never order from them again.

They replied to my email, basically saying, "we didn't have anymore and you won't get your money back, have a nice day"

Awesome food. I eat here most days and absolutely love it. There's always such variety to the food, it's incredibly healthy and delicious! After eating 3 meals a day there, most days for a couple of weeks I felt more energised, focused and happy. Couldn't recommend enough! Thank you!

Excelente restaurante tanto para desayunar como para un Brunch o comer. Gran calidad en la materia prima con sabores internacionales muy bien balanceados. Siempre te llevas sorpresas positivas. También tienen comida diaria que te llevan hasta tu domicilio con una gran variedad a un precio sin competencia. 100% recomendable

I have bought from this place through the app "Too good to go" but as this app doesn't support reviews I'm writing here. I'm not going to talk about the value (although half a plate of pasta and a bit of rice for "original price" of 12€?) but both the pasta and the rice were severely undercooked, crunching under my teeth. The pasta had a bit od sauce on it which I initially thought was pesto but had no flavor whatsoever. If this is what they serve to regular customers then this is hands down the worst restaurant i have ever eaten at.

Acabo de pagar 8 euros por 200gr de arroz y un trazo de carne. Pusieron en un plato grande pero cuando mueves la comida a un lado eso es la cantidad de comida me mandaron por 8 euros. Acaba en 3-4 cucharas. La porción más pequeña he visto en mi vida. (

Comida muy deliciosa, se nota que los ingredientes son de muy buena calidad. El sabor está buenísimo y las combinaciones son siempre acertadas.
El servicio es muy muy top! Se adaptan a cambios y están siempre dispuestos a ayudarte!

I normally like to cook my own food as much as possible but when I can't I always use THC, the food is so good, the ingredients are always fresh and have very high quality. It really tastes like fresh and homemade food. Nothing sold in the area around my workplace is even comparable to the quality of THC food!
Plus ordering it online and receiving it a my work place without even have to leave my office is insuperable.

Life-saver! Our cafeteria practically has shut down for the Covid restrictions, and healthiestchoice has been a great source for lunch. I really enjoy the choices (most of the time)!

En general nos gustó todo pero quizas echamos en falta mas platos de brunch. El camarero no hablaba muy bien castellano y también costó entenderse en ese sentido.

Excellent dining experience. We arrived with a large group of STARVING people and we left very well fed. You can see the dished being prepared right there in the kitchen! Helpful staff & great menu.

The only problem is that it's a little difficult to find. Walk into the restaurant Cavalla Canalla (ground floor) and simply walk upstairs! Well worth the visit.

Gran servicio y comida muy buena, la ambientación del restaurante y localización son geniales. Las raciones muy generosas y deliciosas realmente, nosotros pedimos el plato chilaquiles y la hamburguesa vegana para compartir entre dos y realmente acabamos muy llenos y con un muy buen sabor de boca final. Definitivamente quiero volver para probar los huevos benedict o los açaí bowls entre otros!

El local es muy tranquilo y agradable, con una decoración actual con toques de madera y luz cálida que sin duda mejoran el ambiente y atmósfera del restaurante. La comida estaba bastante buena y las cantidades aceptables. No obstante los postres dejan un poco que desear, además de que solo tenían disponible uno o 2 de toda la carta. El servicio fue atento pero poco eficiente, ya que estaban un poco perdidos y dudaron en varias ocasiones con las comandas y el descuento que nos tenían que hacer por reservar a través de El Tenedor. En fin, concepto muy bueno pero falta bastante desarrollo en el servicio y variedad en los platos.

Como si fuesen las notas del cole: el brunch necesita mejorar.

Quizás en otra ciudad tendría más nota, pero en una ciudad como Barcelona con la oferta de brunch que hay no. Quizá cojan mejor pulso con el tiempo, creo que cuando fui llevaban una o dos semanas abiertos.
La comida no es mala, pero tampoco destaca por nada. Los huevos con hash browns correctos; los chilaquiles ok, quitando las tortillas que estaban blandas y sin gracia; los patacones al horno y las patatas ok.
Puede que mejoren y que consigan ser "diferentes" como publicitan, por ahora, un brunch más en Barcelona.

Have been ordering the daily meals online for quite some time and went to the restaurant for the first time last Saturday. We had the eggs and the burger with some delicious shakes! As expected the food is amazing and a really nice relaxed vibe. In short; a winner, will be back!

Wow, what a find. I will say it was difficult to find at first - it's upstairs from a different restaurant in the plaza. But I'm glad I found it, because I've come back a few times and every time the food is absolutely stellar. It tastes fresh and absolutely delicious, and you don't feel weighed down after - but you feel full forever! The staff is also quite attentive, which can be hard to find.
My one other complaint is on the drinks. I ordered a red wine and not only was it not very good, but it came cold. Red wine should be room temperature.
Overall though, it is worth the search to find this place. It's in my list of favorites in Barcelona:)

I had lunch there and where do we start.

Firstly was given the wrong menus, 2 different ones and the one I had didn’t have the item I wanted which considering how small the menu was it was the only thing I fancied.
Then after I got given the new menu we picked 2 items. First item was reasonable, the salmon salad, a bit expensive considering how small the portion was, but in regards to taste was fine.
As for the second dish where do I start!
We ordered the eggs to taste with hash browns.
This dish was inedible, completely.
The eggs where very strange for poached, the hasbrowns raw on the inside drizzled with oil, was super greasy.
Considering this is labelled as a healthy restaurant, by far this dish was not healthy.
To top it off they forgot the avocado in the dish.
All in all was not a pleasant experience in this place.

Tasty healthy interesting food in a clean spacious interior and middle of barceloneta. Recommended!

Very atmospheric and relaxes restaurant. I've been there in the morning to do some laptop work. WiFi available, tasty crossaints, good coffee and fresh juice made it a nice start into the day.

Everything was tasty and beautiful in the plate. I’ve got The Pancakes, The Egg Benedict, and Açaí: delicious!

Absolutely delicious food. We shared the eggs Benedict with sweet potato and perfect poached eggs, pulled pork patacones, mouth watering overnight oats with homemade peanut butter and a pitaya bowl. Everything was perfect! The staff were attentive and friendly, would thoroughly recommend to everyone!
