Hotel relativement petit par la taille mais grand par la qualité. Chambres très agréables, confortables et soignées, élégantes. Petit déjeuner juste parfait. Restaurant Somni excellent: plats originaux et délicieux. Et surtout, le service est exceptionnel: attentif, souriant, attentionné et prévenant, et ce, de la part de tous les membres du personnel. Un hôtel à recommander!

We booked The One Barcelona (Fri 10th - Mon 13th March) via BA Holidays with another couple to celebrate a special work anniversary and could not be more satisfied. Our room was lovely, it felt as if it had never been used. Excellent soundproofing making for a good nights sleep. Juliet balcony overlooking a bustling vibrant street. Everything in the room was to a very high standard. The roof top bar is a must, great views, all very chic. Booked the SPA twice, very relaxing and quiet, just what we needed after walking the sights all day. The concierge was outstanding, providing us with two fantastic recommendations to local restaurants. One very traditional tapas, the other was quite 'high end' - both outstanding and full of locals. Breakfast on our 3 day stay was exceptional and so was there service provided by Marcela and the rest of the waiting staff. Smoked salmon on sourdough with avocado and all the trimmings. After the first day, Marcella knew our preferences and served us extremely well. All the waiting staff were all a real credit to the H10 Group. This is well and truly a great 5* hotel, within 20 minutes or so walk of most of the top sights and attractions. We had 4 full days and 3 nights, and would have loved to stay longer. We have never stayed at a H10 Hotel before and if The One Barcelona is the typical standard, we most certainly will be looking out for others in the future. A very big thankyou to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Very impressed with my stay at the one Barcelona. Attentive staff, clean rooms with a great layout and the location can’t be beat. Be sure to spend an evening at the rooftop bar, magnificent views.

Perfect service, kindness. I went outside at 6pm, and when I got back at 10pm, my room was cleaned up again even I didn't ask it. Whenever I came back from the outside, there were chocolates and letters in my room. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for The One Barcelona, and I would definitely stay again in this fantastic hotel.

El restaurante de la terraza tiene un nivel de servicio y de comida muy bajo y unos precios desorbitadamente exagerados.

Wonderful hotel. The staff -specially the Concierge team go above & beyond to attend guests requests-. The location is amazing as it is convenient to walk around -it’s a very trendy, safe and busy neighborhood-. The room was spacious, updated and great decor -every night Housekeeping leaves a Swiss chocolate treat on the bed-. The pool and the SPA is well maintained and not busy.
Definitely recommended and will be back when in BCN.

The best worst hotel in the world they are swindler and stealers in 2018 i was there and i went with urgently to Hospital someone went to my room and stole nearly all our money i remember 4.300 $ and 800 euro i swear god

My family stayed in 2 corner rooms for 4 nights The room was spacious and easy to live in. Staff and services were spot on. We felt comfortable and at home, not in a hotel. Great location as well for visiting numerous sites in Barcelona.

5 star hotel with 5 star service. We stayed in a corner suite which was just amazing. Beautiful city views to soak in Barcelona right from our suite. Location is top notch and staff is super duper nice. Highly recommend

Staff particularly reception team deserve 5 stars. But there are disappointments with the hotel in general as I expected more from such expensive 5 stars hotel in Barcelona where everything is relatively cheap. I give this 4 stars only for the location and cleanliness otherwise I would give this place 2 stars as this place doesn’t meet qualities of 5 star hotel. The staff tried hard to live up to the 5 star service but surely the rooms are not what I expect from 5 stars. A double deluxe room offers hardly any space, the bathroom and toilet are tiny, have no windows, poor extractor fan and already smell. The whole sitting and sleeping area smelled because of this. With the window closed, it is not possible to sleep even on third floor due to the noise from a school nearby. We paid for a court yard view room but all we got was tall brick walls front of us, very depressing! The design of the room is very strange for a 5 star hotel. If you are using the wardrobe and its door is opened the other person in sleeping/sitting area is trapped inside because the opened wardrobe door blocks/closes the entry/exit to the sitting/sleeping area. The quality of the room service is not consistent. We asked to replace sleepers twice but this didn’t happen. They forgot to leave coffee capsules for the machine, didn’t replace used shower caps and threw away unopened sanitary pads that I had in my room. However, room service on our first day was much better.

I could imagine that this hotel would pass as acceptable in a 4-star hotel. In addition, the price-performance ratio is not proportional at all. Prices don’t match the service.
Also, Rooftop pool and surrounding area is very small and the bar menu is very limited and below average quality drinks/snacks. We had sangria twice there and the quality didn’t even match any average place in Barcelona yet 2-3 times more expensive.
Very disappointing!
If this hotel is 5 stars, how many stars should give to Ritz or four seasons London!

Very comfortable hotel.
Excellent location where it very easy to go everywhere without being close to the crowded.
The best in the hotel is the staff as they are so friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the One Barcelona hotel for four nights, from May 11 to May 15. The service at this hotel is outstanding. Concierges, porters, and room attendants did everything they could to make us feel at home while we were staying at One Barcelona. I like to especially thank Enrique and Omar for providing helpful advice about historical sites in Barcelona and reserving tickets for these sites. I also like to thank Domingo, Michael, and other porters for fetching taxis for us when needed. I am absolutely pleased with the level of service we received while at the One Barcelona hotel.

Currently staying here with my wife and daughter in a junior suite. Room and hotel is very good. Breakfast and service is excellent. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is good.

We spent the first night of our honeymoon at The One and were happy with the warm hospitality we received. Location was also superb. We booked a Cosy room - it was clean, modern, luxurious and had everything we needed (the bedroom slippers were extremely comfortable!). Our only gripe is that the door opens into the toilet area before you access the bedroom - it was still okay though.

First time staying at The One. Good experience. Easy check in. Centrally located, walking distance to all the attractions, food and shopping areas. New facilities. Well equipped. Friendly and attentive concierge who got me taxis to all the places I want to go despite my lack of Spanish language skills. Price is reasonable for this level though I would prefer if the room is slightly bigger. Definitely staying here again if I come back to Barcelona.

P. S.if you’re into sci fi utopia novels, do check out the book on last picture which is available on Amazon. Highly recommended read if you can’t sleep with all the excitement Barcelona has to offer.

Come for dinner only. The hotel its self is nice and staff friendly. The restaurant its self was a bit if a disappointment. We came for the fondue menu as it is something my partner enjoys and found the meal to be very average. The cost was far from average and I expected a much better experience. Cocktails are pricey but I enjoyed them. Over all I found that the restaurant did not meet expectations and I would prefer to go to one of the many places near by.

Value for money. Clean rooms, service and concierge were very attentive. Beautiful infrastructure, mostly marble. Breastfast was quite rich and had so many options. Not monotonous.

Todo bien. Strano entrare dal bagno. Mi è piaciuta l’idea all’inizio ma poco pratica per l’abitabilità della camera. Un altro aspetto che ha contribuito ad una recensione quasi sufficiente è che un hotel di questo livello non può avere una connessione internet così scarsa in una città quasi interamente cablata

Stay few nights. Beyond the 3 hotels we have stayed in Barcelona this period (ABaC Hotel, The One Barcelona and Monument Hotel), frankly speaking The One Barcelona is my #1 best hotel in Barcelona in all aspects. Once stepped into the entrance, a very big guy Bellboy (sorry forgot to ask for his name) had made us the very first impression from his very helpful manners until the last minutes we left the hotel. The Concierge was very helpful finding us Michelin Restaurants and table reservations. Room Service is another compliment I’d like to point out. During her cleaning time, she always opened the windows to have the air flow within the room, which is one of the must-dos during this Covid-19 situation, plus her neatly cleaning. Food and coffee here are very good. Car parking at the front of hotel is extremely convenient!

Après avoir fait pratiquement tous les hôtels de cette ville, c'est sur le The One que nous nous arrêterons! Service de l'hôtel irréprochable! Très bien situé, insonorisé. Personnel très professionnel, attentif et le petit + avec le major d'homme qui parle français!
Une très jolie suite avec un beau panorama! Nous avons également aimé le restaurant. Room service super!
Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu le temps de passer au spa, mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Nous, qui venons souvent à Barcelone, sommes ravies d'avoir enfin trouvé un hôtel où y séjourner!

Booking made on Booking.com for the one hotel. Booked two rooms same price with breakfast, however for some reason one of the room was reserved without breakfast. Hotel didn't try and fix the issue and kept claiming its booking.com fault. I agree it was an issue from booking.com but hotel should be helping their clients especially when they booked 2 rooms at same time same price and one came with breakfast and one not.

We are currently staying in the one Barcelona and it is amazing! The breakfast is sensational, it is a la carte and you are served professionally with a fruit salad, a basket of croissants and bread and a menu where you can pick anything you like! The rooms are exceptional. It's made out of a lot of marble. Service is amazing and the technology within the hotel is very modernised. There is also a spar in the basement with a 24 hour gym which is very modern. The spa has a section where there is a beautiful jacuzzi/pool with water shoots! Also it has a sauna which is a nice addition. Overall the hotel is amazing and the only thing I would change is if the jacuzzi could be slightly warmer as it is only 30C! Also the location is very good!

Great place to grab a snack or a rooftop drink! I stopped here for an early dinner when I was travelling in Barcelona. The rooftop is very nice and quiet, and the service was friendly. I had the tomato toast and a salad- both were delicious!

I stayed at The One Barcelona for 5 days. My experience was incredible, and our Suite was amazing. The hotel is a boutique style hotel, but definitely is a 5 star hotel. All the staff are friendly and welcoming their visitors. The Guest Relations Manager Meryem went above and beyond for my partners birthday. She was very accommodating to all my request before the trip, and when I arrived she truly made our experience something we will remember. I’ve stayed at many top chain hotels, but our experience at The One was truly unbeatable.
We also had massages, and I would recommend to check out the spa. My massage therapist was Patricia, and she was amazing! If you can try to book a massage with her, it’s definitely worth it.

Me ha decepcionado muchisimo el bar de la terraza de este hotel. He salido con la sensacion de como si me hubieran faltado el Soy una persona a la que le gusta frecuentar sitio de moda en Barcelona y que lo hace amenudo. Hemos ordenado un citello tonatto para picar y dos copas de cava. Vitello tonato 18 euros, para mi precio normal para hotel 5 estrellas. Estaba bien preparado y esto ya es una alegria. Cual fue mi sopresa al ver el precio de las copas de cava! 11 euros por copa. Este precio amigos, es inverosimil para Barcelona. Y claro, me he preguntado que clase de cava me han servido que podria ascender a tanto la copa. Pues amigos mios, me han servido uno de los mas baratos: Gran Claustro de Perelada de 2016 para vuestra y mi sorpresa! Botella a 13 euros en el mercado! Pues si señores, a 11 euros la copa. No daba credito. Que me ha dicho la camarera ante mi sopresa? - Esto es un hotel de 5 estrellas! Jajjajaja. Estaba indignada. Como si no hubiera ido a ninguno en mi vida. Bueno, tomadura de pelo tan rastrera que deberian de quitar una estrella a este hotel. Saludos amigos.

The rooftop dining was incredible. Food was great, staff wonderful, and the perfect spot to see fireworks.

This review refers to the rooftop bar only. Not at all what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. When we could finally order our beers after sitting there for 10+ minutes it took them another 15 minutes to actually serve the beers (nothing fancy, just a beer from a bottle. €9, -) the waiter accidentally dropped one beer which spilled all over the table and my bag (no problem, can happen) but then he didn't even cleaned the table nor my bag!? , took them another 10 minutes to replace the spilled beer. I don't mind paying a bit more for a drink if the setting and service are worth it.this place doesn't justify the steep prices at all!

Usually I come there for "beer-meetings" and I have to say the employees are really good and the managers also.i meet them for one problem we had outside the hotel and they really helped us. Xgood people in a good place becomes better ;)

La terraza es fantástica para tomar un buen cóctel con unas vistas estupendas y los camareros son muy atentos, ¡sin duda volveré.

Llaman a una emisora de taxis para ganarse los botones 8 € sin embargo en la parada de taxi en frente, hay taxistas que llevan horas haciendo su cola y no lo respetan. Lo único que quieren sacar 8 € y muy maleducados por cierto porque en cuanto les quieres tocar el dinero que están robando los clientes se enfadan, deberían tratar mejor a los clientes y a los taxistas que están ofreciendo el servicio legal no a los piratas que vienen a robar a los clientes porque les llaman los botones. El responsable de los botones el peor, habrá que llamar a la policía más de una vez.

I really liked the experience of the hotel, the meet and greet to checking out. Very professional. Although I was dressed appropriately casual I was not treated any different. Dining at the hotel is very recommended. Although not mega inspired, there's great vegan and vegetarian options they will serve if you let them know. The staff were knowledgeable and I have no problem recommending this place. I'm hyper critical and I rarely give a five as you have to earn it. They went one extra.so they got it. Well done!

Bien sûr ça reste du haut vol mais pourtant perfectible, accueil à l'arrivée, traitement des bagages, de la voiture parfait, check in très bien, présentation de la chambre bien par contre pas de précision sur le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain, ou et de quelle heure à quelle heure, mais précisé pour l'horaire dans les documents laissés à disposition dans la chambre.
Imprécision sur les horaires d'ouverture du bar restaurant de la terrasse qui donne un panorama magnifique sur la ville quand on peut y accéder.
Quand on a une mobilité réduite, le lève personne ne peut être utilisé seul, dommage.
Pour le petit déjeuner, sur deux jours, deux demandes apparemment notées puis non honorées, une erreur de commande assez rapidement corrigée.
Deux détails, retrouver une enveloppe ouverte de sucre dans la corbeille de viennoiserie, ce n'est pas palace, des fruits abîmés ou pas mûrs dans les fruits frais même si les autres sont délicieux, ce n'est pas non plus palace.
Bon, malgré tout, la gentillesse globale du personnel, la qualité du service de chambre, ou celle du Spa qui est excellente, bien que les installations du spa soient moins bonnes que celles d'un quatre étoiles près du port olympique, font qu'on reste sur une très bonne impression mais donc le rapport qualité prestation prix reste à améliorer.
