Quiero agradecer al personal de recepción que me atendió esta mañana por su amabilidad y educación.
Y muy especialmente a Daniela que tubo un detalle muy especial conmigo y que ademas me dejo mi crema Nail Brightness para pulir mis uñas que dejan un brillo natural perfecto. Lo recomiendo 100x100.

I had a wonderful massage there, therapist was very friendly and listened well to my needs. The waiting room is comfy but nothing out of the ordinary. And hence the 3 stars and not 5. This is Mandarin Oriental and unfortunately my expectations climb with this type of hotels, especially the normally flawless MO, and their higher prices. And well, it is nice but that’s about it. The pool is awfully small and claustrophobic, the waiting lounge is nothing particular, the tea selection is small, the nibbles as well, it all feels like an afterthought and to crown it all the sauna was not working that day and they only have one.
Would have been 5 stars at a 4 star hotel or a day spa, but this is MO and they did not live up to my standards.
