Aprendí mucho y Toni es una profesora increíble. Realmente se toma su tiempo para explicar si no lo entiendes y realmente lo aprecio. Ahora tengo mucha más confianza para llegar más lejos en mis aventuras de repostería. Gracias

Hice el curso de pastelería vegana y sin gluten con Toni y su equipo, fue una gran experiencia. Compartió muchas cosas con nosotros y con mucha simpatía. Espero poder tomar otros cursos en la Wildslice Academy:)

Pasamos una semana verdaderamente fantástica con Toni y su increíble personal: fue una operación muy hábil. Toni claramente ha invertido mucha investigación, pruebas, trabajo duro y pasión en lo que hace. Estaba feliz de compartir sus conocimientos con nosotros. Las recetas eran deliciosas, modernas y solo espero poder recrearlas con el mismo nivel de delicadeza y aplicar la teoría aprendida a mis propias creaciones. Altamente recomendado.

Experiencia bestial para pastelería vegana.inmersión total 5 hermosos días gran competencia del Chef Tony.con la ayuda de su amable y atento personal, con un Chef excepcional para el almuerzo, su querida señora que nos deleitó con platos veganos durante 5 días, Entré a otro mundo.gracias de todo corazón

Mi experiencia en la escuela de pastelería fue excepcional en todos los aspectos. Aprendí mucho, descubrí nuevas técnicas y posibilidades. Recomiendo esta escuela a todos aquellos que deseen descubrir sus habilidades en el arte de la pastelería vegana. Agradezco a Toni Rodríguez y al personal de la escuela por brindar una experiencia tan gratificante. No puedo esperar para poner en práctica todos los conocimientos adquiridos y continuar mi camino como pastelero.

Great school. Lot's of focus on technology and properties of ingredients which makes it a very valuable experience because you learn why things work how they work. Everything is very tasty and visually stunning and there is a big focus on not making things too sweet but focus on the true flavor of products.

Frequentare il corso di Tony alla Wild slice academy dal vivo è stata un'esperienza super positiva, che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole imparare le basi della pasticceria vegana.
Tony ha condiviso la sua esperienza e il suo sapere con tutti gli studenti, cercando di darci tutti gli strumenti per poter lavorare autonomamente. Abbiamo imparato, cucinato e assaggiato dolci strepitosi!
Tutto il team dell'academy è stato gentile, d'aiuto e di grande supporto. Sara, Maria e Isabella insieme a Tony sono una squadra fantastica!
L'esperienza del corso in persona permette di confrontarsi con gli altri studenti e direttamente con Tony per qualsiasi dubbio, vedere le preparazioni dal vivo, assaggiare e sperimentare in prima persona vale ogni singolo euro!
Grazie per quello che fate, per come lo fate e per l'entusiasmo che ci mettete.

I’ve met with Chef Toni 2 years ago. During those days I was super curious about pastry but also vegan. I don't want to be trained with normal patisserie courses because of ethical reasons. When I found TR Academy, I had no idea about pastry world but just because of he said “you don’t need to be experienced but have a great passion », I jumped into the Essentiel Vegan Pastry course. After the course, I started make and sell vegan cakes in my hometown. Luckily I had a chance to attend to Contemporary Vegan Pasry this year and it was absolutely beyond my dreams. Toni is not only a great vegan chef, he is also a great teacher. He knows how to teach everyone with or without experience and never skip a part. He shares every single knowledge and experience of him so that you can create your own recipes not by a chance but knowledge. I appreciate him and his great team for giving me a chance to be able to a vegan chef following my dreams. Thank you️

Where do I start?

It's the best masterclasses you can follow, and it will change your life.
Toni Rodriguez is the nicest and kindest pastry chef you can find, and on top of that, his creation are absolutely wonderful. I saw him make everything is front of me, but I still couldn't believe I was eating vegan food.

The course is clear, very well detailed and explained with everything you need to know. You can see, smell, hear and touch the pastry to understand how to reproduce them, and all your questions will be answered.

Toni's team is as fantastic as he is. Maria and Maria are working hard and everything works smoothly and perfectly thanks to them. They are the sweetest girls and even if they work "in the shadows", they deserve a big thumb up, you are the best!

Sara, the head of the academy, is the female version of Toni, and makes everything runs. Thank you for the wonderful pictures and your hard scheduling work.

All the other students are a big motivation too, and it's fantastic to speak to them and discover new cultures and way of working.

I came to the Academy curious and full of question and I'm leaving with a new goal, new dreams and even more questions than before, the first one being: When do I start working with vegan food?

Thank you so much again, with all of my heart, it's cheesy but you really did all change my life and my aspirations. I'll be back, for sure!

Desde el punto de vista de un cocinero en proceso de ser vegano. WOW.es la única palabra que se me ocurre.súper didáctico.súper fluido.todo muy bien pensado y desarrollado.lo mejor sin duda cuando ves el resultado final y sobre todo el buen rollo.me voy un poco más sabio.contento y sano.una pasada

I absolutely loved the contemporary vegan pastry course at the TR Academy.
It’s been one of my favorite courses I’ve attended so far.
I can highly recommend the Academy and the whole team working there. A big thank you to Toni for sharing all your knowledge, it was a real pleasure learning from you.
And also a big thanks to Sara and Maria for all their help and organization as well.

This course has definitely inspired me and given me the know how and understanding to be creative in vegan Pâtisserie so thank you!

I can’t wait to attend another course from the academy.

I just came back from my 5 days intensive course at Tonis and Sarahs academy, which was truly the best pastry course ever. So much information, so much knowledge, so much fun. Toni is such a wunderbar pastry chef and probably the best one in vegan patisserie. I loved every single cake, mousse or ganache. I will take so much with me from these days, going to look on vegan pastry differently!

Also special thanks so Sarahs amazing food and the help of Lucilla and Maria.loved the time, will come back for sure, when Toni can talk more german! Xx

This was a truly wonderful experience! Gifted to me as a surprise by my family (thanks?) I wasn’t sure what to expect, but would highly recommend anyone with an interest in baking -vegan or not - to attend one of Toni’s courses. Professional, fun and delicious. Un diez, chic@s.

Outstanding! Toni is a vegan guru! Very professional! The intensive 5 days course is a paradise for everyone who wants to earn about pastry without cruelty! Everything was delicious and Beautiful! Toni and his Team are very friendly and welcome us not only with a knowledge but also with a delicious breakfast and lunch plus a tips where to go eat and buy vegan food ect. Thank you very much for doing this Toni!

Sin dudarlo repetire siempre que pueda. Hice una masterclass de pastelería vegana sin gluten y aprendí un montón, súper agradecido a Toni y a su equipo por su trabajo y sobretodo por hacernos sentir uno más. Gracias! Y que sigáis triunfando mucho más!

Es simplemente el mejor. Toni Rodríguez no sólo es un excelente pastelero vegano, sino que ha creado sus propias técnicas pata conseguir resultados asombrosos. Aprender de él es aprender de un maestro.

Amazing people, amazing place, amazing food! Totally recommended for people who want to know the secrets of cooking such tasty that even non-vegans will never understand it's vegan. Delicious!
