Great new design studio full of all amenities! We enjoyed tremendously our stay in this absolutely charming property!
Being in the heart of this incredible city just made our vacation close to perfection! And not to mention the exquisite customer service we got. The manager Alejandro made our stay tremendously easy and very comfortable. We received all sorts of maps and suggestions on where to go and eat!
The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment is located in a very quiet part of the building.
Very efficient heating and great sound system for the TV.

Fantástico! Genial! Ubicado en pleno centro de Barcelona y con muy buena comunicación de transportes es ideal para pasar unos días y disfrutar de Barcelona. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y decorado con un gusto exquisito, no le faltaba detalle. Agradezco al propietario su gran amabilidad puesto que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Si vuelvo a Barcelona, sin ninguna duda volveré a contactar con él y, por supuesto, sí si que lo recomiendo.

La ubicación del apartamento ha sido perfecta para explorar la ciudad, la limpieza en tiempos de COVID cumplió con todas las expectativas, un trato impecable por parte del anfitrión, tuvimos que cambiar las fechas por una cancelación de vuelo y la propiedad se adaptó sin problema alguno. Súper recomendable para quien quiera venir y disfrutar de Barcelona.

Sitios extraordinarios donde no solo comimos lo más típico sino que fue una experiencia visual fantástica. La ubicación inmejorable. Al lado de las más importantes atracciones y lugares turísticos que la ciudad ofrece. Un lugar10! Estuvimos como en casa! Hola, mi estancia comenzó con un pequeño inconveniente, se estropeó el calentador y no había agua caliente, la atención y el esfuerzo de Alejandro en arreglarlo cuanto antes a pesar de ser domingo, fue máxima, me ofrecía la posibilidad de realojamiento, pero la casa me pareció tan confortable y en un lugar tan céntrico que decidí esperar a qué arreglaran la avería, acierto pleno, me compensaron económicamente por las molestias, además el sitio es súper silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro, también muy valida la información qué me dio Alejandro de sitios para comer. Cuando vuelva a Barcelona ya sé dónde quiero alojarme

Soy un fan de la ciudad de Barcelona y me encanta probar lugares nuevos, mi estancia en el apartamento de Alejandro con diferencia ha sido uno de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido mi pareja y yo de todas las que hemos vivido en la ciudad condal.

Alejandro ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado a descubrir sitios nuevos que no salen en las guías de Barcelona.

Además el apartamento estaba impecable y después de los largos días descansábamos sin ningún tipo de ruido y lo mejor es la ubicación y las buenas comunicaciones del mismo, rodeado de todo tipo de servicios.

Upon arrival, when Alejandro met me at the entrance for the check in, I already felt really welcomed. He has been so helpful with everything. Has helped me keeping my bags since I arrived early in the day so I could go enjoy the beaches of Barcelona. When I checked in, he took his time to give me advise about the city, restaurants, attractions and other nearby places in town to visit. Explained me every detail of the apartment. He was really friendly and helpful with other things throughout my stay.
The property itself is amazing and modern. Very functional. The amenities are superb. You can find a lot of helpful tools in the drawers that you need as a tourist. Power socket converters which are usually not present in properties. The bathroom is amazing. The bed is really comfortable. The apartment is extremely quiet.
The location was perfect. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Every interesting place at walking distance. True heart of the city.
I would definitely stay at this property if I travel again to Barcelona!

Stay away from these people, this is the best recommendation you can get. I took 30 apartments in Barcelona for my wedding. Following the change in the date of the wedding I had to change all the apartments I took in Barcelona to the new wedding date. 29 apartments were very happy to help us except the owner of this apartment who did not agree to change the date and did not even return 1 euro from the reservation. It should be noted that the flights of such wedding guests have been canceled.

Unfortunately the owner continues to lie to potential customers that he was willing to change the order dates. So I will upload as proof the email I received from them.

As you may observe, we were ofered a recommendation of obtaining a travel insurance next time and it was very clearly stated that no refunding was going to be performed.

Edit after the owner response NOT A PLACE FOR COVID TIMES. We never asked for a refund since we understand the situation and still today we believe we will be in Barcelona at some point having a celebration. We just asked to move the dates and it was not accepted. It was made very clear that it was not a flexible rate and therefore no other dates were going to be available and of course neither a refund. Therefore, please do not fall for the owner sensationalist speech.

Si vais a reservar este hotel en tiempos de Covid, personalmente no os lo recomendaría ya que no muestran ningún tipo de flexibilidad ante los imprevistos que ocurren en esta pandemia.

Me casaba el 12 de octubre en Barcelona y mi marido es extranjero y teníamos reservados 30 hoteles en Barcelona. Los nacionales del país de mi futuro marido tienen actualmente la entrada prohibida a España por lo que les resulta materialmente  imposible llegar a Barcelona. Por dicho motivo no nos ha quedado otra opción que aplazar la boda y por lo tanto aplazar todas las reservas de los hoteles.

De los 30 hoteles que teníamos reservados todos se han mostrado comprensivos y han aceptado cambiar el mismo número de noches a otra fecha. (Sin tener reservadas tarifas flexibles en ningún caso, porque, que íbamos a saber hace casi un año que llegaría esta pandemia).

Este hotel se ha limitato a decir que no era posible y recomendar que la próxima vez pagaran una tarifa flexible o reclamaran a su aseguradora de viaje.

Es inaceptable moralmente.  Una imagen que sinceramente no refleja la hospitalidad y la amabilidad que tenemos en este país. Conozco ya 29 lugares mejor que este en Barcelona.

Poor service. Poor communication. Inconsiderate and unthoughtful. The owner is one of the few that takes advantage of the corona virus and will not provide its costumers any minimal substitute that is considered fair. Will not recommend.

We are very disappointed. We booked rooms for a one week and wanted to cancel following the Covid-19. There was no one to talk to just annoying and not fair

Regardless of the corona condition, no bud to fly and arrive. We were ready to move the order date and encountered opacity and incorrectness.

My family made a reservation for a wedding celebration, that was forced to postpone due to COVID. The owner refused to make any changes, leaving us with no money and no answers. Very disappointing, be aware.

The owner is inconsiderate of COVID-19 regulations. As an invitee to a wedding in Barcelona, who is not allowed entry to Spain, I am disappointed in the stubbornness and insensitivity of the owner, especially during these days of global crisis.

I am so disappointed from the behavior of this hotel. As a student who ordered a room for my friend's wedding, I was pretty excited from the pictures of the hotel and its location. Furthermore I was sure that I've found the jackpot for my stay in the city.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID epidemic, I had to change the date and postpone it. After explaining the circumstances politely and calmly, I faced a negative attitude and their refusal to change my dates of the anticipated stay. Even with showing proof of my cancelled flight and my friend's wedding new date - they decided to refuse again and not even take into consideration that it is because we are in a global situation which affects as all. Poor performance by the hotel staff so far. If I could vote 0, then I would have done it already.

Poor service without any consideration by the property owners during these corona days. Stay away.

The worst communication I ever had. The owner won't refund or change the booking following covid-19 airbnb instructions. Myself and my friends can not fly to BCN during this time (flisht cancelled) for non of our fault, therefore, I expected less greediness and more humanity in this time of crisis.

The owner of the property isn’t sensitive for the COVID-19. He has disagreed to change date for a reservation, although we can’t make it on the original date due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Facing heartless hospitality owner as this one is not something that crossed my ways before, a world pandemic is on the go and people are getting hurt in many ways. After being unable to get on the flight and reach Barcelona we tried to contact the land lord and got zero cooperation. Hope to never meet a miss caring and understanding of a situation as this one.wont recommend!

The place does not consider the guests in the constraints of the corona. Guests do not get an answer even after many attempts so you recommend staying away.

The apartment, we chose, was cozy and comfortable. One of the utmost importance for us was location, and it was in the center of the city, it took us about a 10-15 min.walk to get to almost every place we’d like. And our trip wouldn't be filled with such unforgettable and titillating memories without our well informed and caring host, he gave us advice on the places we should visit, "secret" incredible places to eat and helped with everything we needed. So he was one who made our trip so amazing. Air conditioner worked fine. Extremely clean and ultra comfortable bed. Best Wi-FI. Appreciated having a washing machine and dishwasher which we used frequently. Quiet location. Used the shutters at night to keep out the street lights. Thank you!

La ubicación del apartamento sin duda es su mayor ventaja! Muy céntrico y cercano a los lugares de mayor interés turístico: Plaza Catalunya, Barrio Gotico, Las Ramblas y la impresionante Sagrada Familia. El apartamento excelente, con todo lo necesario. Detalles de primera calidad y todo el equipamiento muy nuevo. La lavadora y secadora nos ayudó mucho, especialmente por los niños. Cocina súper equipada! La cuidadosa limpieza y el orden es para destacar!
La comodidad de las camas, excelente! El anfitrión súper amable y respondiendo siempre atento a todas nuestras consultas. Nos ayudó muchísimo, muy buena predisposición e interés por nuestra comodidad. Y sus valiosas recomendaciones de lugares "secretos" donde ir, transporte y mejores restaurantes extremadamente útiles. Nos entusiasmó comer en "LA FLAUTA" con las mejores tapas de Barcelona y el emblemático y espectacular "EL NACIONAL". Y el mejor helado en "DE LA CREM". Todo al lado de nuestro alojamiento! Volveremos sin duda! SÚPER recomendable!

Lo malo es que no tiene persianas y tienes el foco de la farola de la calle encendido y no deja dormir bien. A parte del ruido de la calle Aragó, no está insonorizado. No puedes pagar con visa, sólo efectivo.

It was more than a hotel room which we found really helpful. Had a washer and dryer making getting clothes cleaned easy. With a separate lounge area gave us space to relax, not that we were in the room a lot. The bed in the loft caused us no problems however if you were uncomfortable with that there is the option to have the pull down bed in lounge. So all covered. Very close to all the action and some great restaurants with traditional food. Our host was amazing. We arrived at 1.30 am in the morning and he was there within minutes to let us in. Filled us in with all the details we needed to know which was so helpful. We hope to come back and will definitely stay here.
