Turó Park Medical & Aesthetic Clinics

La Dra. Anna Pedro era una doctora extremadamente tímida, conocedora y cálida. Sufro de una hernia de disco lumbar complicada que normalmente requiere de varios especialistas diferentes. Me recetaron los medicamentos que necesitaba y me orientaron sobre cómo minimizar el dolor y mejorar la calidad de vida. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar una cita con él. Es el tipo de médico que como estudiante de medicina aspiro a ser.

He llamado a pedir cita en dermatologia, al hacer la cita me preguntaron mi mutua. Cuando fui a la cita , en ningun momento me pidieron la tarjeta de la mutua. Como me parecía extraño le pregunte a la administrativa si necesitaba mi tarjeta. A ello responde que ellos trabajan con mutuas pero con reembolso. Mis comentarios: 1 - me parece muy raro que te pregunten por la mutua al hacer la cita, luego vas y supongo que si te descuidas, entras y cuando sales ya no tienes nada que hacer y te toca pagar. 2 - yo diria que no es evidente que en Barcelona asuman que tienes poliza de rembolso para no prevenir malos entendidos y asegurarse que pagas tu. 3 - Pierdes el tiempo de ida y vuelta al consultorio si sales bien librado.
Resumen: posiblemente soy un poco desconfiado pero una clinica que hace estas practicas me da que pensar. Asegurate de tener una mutua de rembolso. De los doctores no se porque hasta alli no he llegado

Llegué a esta clínica cuando me enfermé gravemente y debo decir que todo salió perfectamente y el personal es súper amable. Respondieron mis preguntas en profundidad, médicos multilingües y de fácil acceso. En general, le daría más de 5 estrellas si fuera posible. Definitivamente regresaré allí cuando necesite algo.

Recientemente visité las Clínicas Médicas y Estéticas de Turó Park buscando atención médica urgente. A pesar del énfasis de la clínica en los médicos de habla inglesa, mi consulta con la Dra. Luisana Castillo encontró barreras idiomáticas que obstaculizaron una comunicación clara. Sorprendentemente, encontré que el dominio del inglés de la recepcionista era notablemente superior al del médico, lo que acentuó la brecha de comunicación.

La principal preocupación surgió de la importante barrera del idioma encontrada durante la consulta. El dominio limitado del inglés de la Dra. Castillo obstaculizó su capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y explicar asuntos médicos de manera comprensible. Además, la utilización de terminología médica compleja planteó desafíos para comprender el diagnóstico y el plan de tratamiento que, lamentablemente, no abordaron adecuadamente mi urgente problema de salud.

Lamentablemente, el medicamento recetado no alivió mi urgente problema de salud, por lo que necesité atención adicional en otro lugar. En lugar de hacerme pruebas de laboratorio y recetarme el tratamiento correcto, el médico me recetó medicina natural cuando tengo un dolor extremo. Creo que hay margen de mejora para garantizar una comunicación eficaz y una atención integral, especialmente en situaciones de urgencia, dentro de un entorno médico de habla inglesa.

Tenía una uña encarnada grave y vi al Dr. Alberto Cuesta, quien con cuidado y sin dolor me quitó no solo la uña problemática, sino que se aseguró proactivamente de que el otro dedo fuera cortado para evitar futuros dolores encarnados.
La clínica estaba limpia, nueva, acogedora y fácil de encontrar. El personal de recepción fue extremadamente amable y servicial. No esperé más de 2 minutos antes de que me atendieran.
Recomendaría esta clínica a cualquiera que busque los más altos niveles de servicios médicos profesionales en un entorno muy moderno donde lo tratan con amabilidad y en el idioma que prefiera.

¡Una clínica médica realmente agradable! Fui a Medicina General, el Dr. Amir Safa y realmente uno de los mejores y más serios médicos que he tenido.

Mi esposa y yo programamos citas aquí para vacunarnos contra la gripe. Hermosa y eficiente clínica. Personal amable y conocedor. Buena comunicación, experiencia perfecta. Ubicación en una zona preciosa de Barcelona que no habíamos visitado antes.

Very quick appointment, consulted in my own language which was surprising (in Dutch), very friendly people and a quick fix. Really happy with the service!

Fantastic experience overall, i had a root canal surgery done recently and would be fair to say I was nervous as this was my first surgery in a couple of years. Dr. Sansalvador did a brilliant job in making me feel at ease & comfortable throughout the procedure. Would highly recommend Turó Park for any health/Dental related issues you acquire!

I booked a last minute same day Appt for my roommate this week. We suspected we had a contagious skin condition and were going on a trip the very next day! The doctor (I think his name was Luis) did a very thorough review and gave us two different prescriptions and treatment options for the condition to make sure we could get it before our flight. Thank you so much! Was a huge help to not be stressed.

I cannot recommend Turo Park Medical Centre highly enough. We’re visiting Barcelona for a month and had to seek medical attention for our 4 month old son.
Our appointment was with Dr Guimerá who could not have been more caring and kind. Not only did he immediately refer us to the hospital but he took the time on a Friday evening to contact the doctors at the hospital to make sure our son was being seen and was getting the care that he needed.
He also followed up with us personally to check that our son was doing okay. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been seen by Dr Guimerá and would not hesitate to recommend Turo Park Medical Centre.

I have been to otolaryngologist in this clinic and I’m not going to come back for sure. The doctor spoke to me very rudely and he didn’t explain what my problem is. Also clinic told me that the price for appointment and endoscopic examination will cost 140e, but in the end they took from me 200e. Good business:)

Turó Park was a great experience from my first consultation through my post-op appointments. Everyone cares and it shows. It was comforting to have English-speaking staff and nurses—and especially, the wonderful expertise and genuine concern of Dr. Rob van der Veen—to guide me through my surgery and recovery. Highly recommended.

Dr Berta Esteban is a very nice and kind doctor, she explain everything and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend her! Thanks a lot

I have been going to Turo Park Medical for 2 years now and I have always been happy with the service and facilities. But just recently I suffered a 2nd degree burn that became infected and the care I received was above and beyond. I came every day for a check up and to have my burn dressed and the staff at reception always welcomed me with a smile, remembering my name and face each time. Dr. Pedro and the wonderful nurse Marta were attentive and caring every time I saw them. They were genuinely invested in ensuring I was healing and took my injury seriously. They provided me care every day until they were confident I was improving and even then reminded me to contact them if I had any concerns. Honestly, I will not use another doctors practice. They are the best! Thank you so much for everything Dr. Pedro and Marta!

Had appointment with dr.herreria and she said to the gadget addicted kid who have problems with night sleep, that blue light from gadgets are not affect night sleep at all. Never met such a dangerous unprofessionalism before. Now we have even bigger problems.
I do not recommend this clinic.

Pedí cita el mismo día para venir a tratar un vértigo/mareó. La Dra. Raquel Fernández me alivió el vértigo con unos cuantos movimientos y series de ejercicios, y lo más importante me explicó el vértigo VPPB y por qué se produce. El personal es muy amable.

I like that I can walk in and get a lab test. But then “7-10 days” for results? Why does that take soooo long?

Je suis venue sans réservation pour un test antigénique covid19. J'ai été très bien accueilli. Petit plus, la secrétaire médicale parle français.
Il a fallu en moyenne 15 minutes entre chaque patients.
NE VENEZ PAS A LA DERNIÈRE MINUTE SI VOUS VOYAGEZ Les résultats sont à priori disponible sur internet 2h après le test, j'ai eu les résultats 10h après.

Got a rapid covid test. They advertised on their website that we would have our results in 30 minutes later. They told us in person we would have our results in 3 hours maximum. Had to come back the next day 3 hours before my flight boarded for my result because they had not yet posted it on their website. The young man at the front was very helpful. Other than that, i would not recommend getting covid tested here if you are in a time crunch.

Fabulous location for the new Turo Park medical center which will open in April 2022 with a wide range of Medical specialities and treatments.

I booked an appointment online at this medical center, but due to a problem on their website the booking did not take place but the money was deducted from my credit card. I have called many times and sent many emails but after a month I am still waiting for the refund. Ridiculous

An amazing space where I can get all of my treatments with professionnal and kind doctors and specialists. I'm an international foreigner and they are speaking my language! I recommend 100% ;)
