Zara es increíble y la clase fue muy divertida. Hice esto en un viaje reciente a Barcelona durante Navidad y recomendaría de todo corazón reservar usted mismo.

¡Pasamos una noche increíble con Zara! ¡¡Hacer paella y beber sangría fue muy divertido y delicioso también! Papilas gustativas verdaderamente felices! ¡¡¡Imprescindible en cualquier viaje a Barcelona!

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos la clase de cocina de paella más maravillosa con Zara. Ella es encantadora y tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en todas las etapas de la preparación de la Paella. Yo lo haría todo de nuevo

Tuvimos una comida de acción de gracias aquí con Zara y su personal. Cuando eres un expatriado que vive fuera, las vacaciones son difíciles, pero Zara nos hizo sentir como en familia con una excelente comida casera. Lo que hizo que esta experiencia fuera diferente de otras que podrías vivir en Barcelona es el hecho de que se trataba de una reunión íntima. Se trataba de un grupo de 14 personas sentadas en una mesa larga comiendo juntas. Zara empezó con algunas aplicaciones al principio, que nos permitieron conocernos, luego tuvo preguntas para romper el hielo sobre la mesa. Y, por supuesto, la comida consistió en tres platos, todos acompañados de vinos increíbles.

Si se encuentra en el área para el Día de Acción de Gracias, le recomiendo este u otros eventos que organiza.

Tuvimos una clase de cocina increíble con ella, fue muy amable y amigable y realmente explicó las cosas muy bien. Hicimos la paella y ella pudo hacerla vegana. Y no lo esperábamos, pero también nos trajo sangría, que estuvo increíble. Definitivamente recomiendo a cualquiera que venga a Barcelona.

Hace 2 semanas tuvimos el placer de tener un gran team building en casa de Zara:) todos nos divertimos mucho, algunos de nosotros estábamos cocinando por primera vez en la vida, ¡así que hubo muchas risas! ¡Ingredientes de gran calidad y una paella deliciosa! Recomendamos esa experiencia a cualquier amigo o equipo que quiera pasar un buen rato juntos:)

¡Visitamos para un evento de equipo y fue genial! Desde los pequeños bocados hasta la sangría casera y los infinitos consejos e información sobre cómo hacer una verdadera paella, Zara fue tan generosa con su conocimiento al explicar cada paso para que cualquier nivel de conocimiento culinario pudiera aprender algo nuevo. ¡Nuestro grupo se divirtió mucho y además aprendimos a hacer una deliciosa paella! Gracias Zara!

Si hay una clase de paella a la que asistir, ¡es ésta! Se sintió íntimo, como si conociéramos a Zara desde hace años, y por eso estuvimos totalmente relajados desde el momento en que llegamos. Ella fue muy generosa tanto con las golosinas previas a la cena como con el suministro interminable de sangría y vinos. ¡Nuestros adolescentes, jóvenes adultos y nosotros mismos ahora sabemos cómo hacer paella y tuvimos una experiencia de aprendizaje muy divertida!

Hoy nos divertimos mucho aprendiendo el arte de Sabrage con Zara. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente para una despedida de soltera o una fiesta de cumpleaños. ¡Gracias Zara!

Acabo de terminar una clase de sabraje de cava IMPRESIONANTE con once personas en una despedida de soltera. Zara es una excelente anfitriona, realmente cálida, atractiva y conocedora. Fue una gran maestra, mostró y explicó la técnica correcta y animó a todos en el grupo. Luego nos ayudó a convertir nuestros corchos de cava en recuerdos únicos para llevar a casa. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que busque una actividad divertida en Barcelona.

My friend got me the paella making class as a gift for christmas and I LOVED it. Zaras venue feels so cosy and special. It felt very professional and well organised while also making me feel very comfortable, like I was cooking in somebodies home. It's not often that I can pay attention but I loved listening to Zara, she clearly knows her stuff. I seriously cannot wait to cook paella for my friends with the recipe I learnt! Thank you!

One of the best experiences we had in Spain. The paella we made was better than any of the paella we had in restaurants and Zara was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for how to do it at home. Learning about the science behind the cava sabrage was fascinating as well and it really translates into the technique for how you do it. All in all, great experience and highly recommend!

A friend and I attended the paella cooking and cava Sabre class with Zara at Savour Academy while on vacation in Barcelona and absolutely loved it! The cooking class is hands on (although she said if we didn’t want to be hands on it could be more of a demo). The paella was fun to make and was delicious! She also taught us how to Sabre a champagne bottle and we were able to keep the cork and received a certificate, and of course drink the champagne. Zara was an absolute pleasure, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about cooking, champagne, Spain etc. I highly recommend and plan on booking another class the next time I come back!

Superbe expérience de tapas et sangria avec Zara qui nous a partagé son savoir et sa bonne humeur. Mention spéciale pour sa gentillesse, elle a adapté l’atelier pour que je puisse y participer pleinement, bien qu’enceinte ️ C’était un cadeau de la part de notre famille qui n’était pas encore au courant!

Savour academy is the absolute best! My 3 girlfriends and I were visiting Barcelona and stumbled across this sangria making class and it did not disappoint. We got to make pitchers of sangria from early Roman era & a modern day version. In addition, we got to enjoy amazing tapas as well. Zara is the instructor and you’ll learn everything there is to know about sangria including it’s history! I would recommend this class to everyone it’s perfect for visitors, locals, date night, bachelorette trips, etc! My girlfriends and I all agreed that this was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks Zara & savour academy for a fun night of giggles and great sangria <3

Wow! Well who knew what fun could be had by chopping the top of a bottle of Cava with a blooming great sword. LOTS.
Superb atmosphere, VERY patient host Zara, great company and a good time had by all. It was certainly worth waiting the 2 years from booking to event. Thank you Zara.

Hicimos una cata en grupo y a pesar de no ser muy fan del vino, fue una experiencia magnífica. Zara, la dueña, transmite muy bien su pasión por el vino. En las aprox. 2 horas que dura la clase es capaz de enseñarte muchísimo. Si te gusta el vino, sin duda recomiendo la experiencia.

We had a wonderful evening learning to make gyozo and wine pairing. Zara and Tien were wonderful. We'll definitely be trying to make them at home. We highly recommend joining uncorked academy events.

Fantastic place to enjoy wine pairing events. The location is lovely and full of character while Zara will delight you with her wine knowledge. I've had the pleasure to attend some of the various events that are held and haven't been disappointed. We came for the Vietnamese dinner cooked by Tien. It came very close to home for me. We had a lovely dinner with good conversations. The space is cozy and inviting. Would recommend!

Myself and two others attended Zara's authentic Vietnamese food and wine pairing event. The venue is bursting with charm and personality and we felt really relaxed and comfortable due to its homely feel. Zara picked the most incredible organic wines which paired perfectly with the food. She was very knowledgeable about each wine and we discovered some interesting things. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone who has a love for wine or good company. Additionally, Zara runs different events which are unique and suitable to different tastes.
Looking forward to attending more events at Uncorked Academy in the future!

We absolutely loved our Catalan wine tasting afternoon which was held just for us. Zara is super knowledgable and the format was perfect, informal but super informative and fun! Ah could have spent all day there! Delicious selection of wines and cava! Highly recommended!
