Preciosa tienda en Paseo de Gracia, pero lo más importante y por lo que gana valor, la atención y el trato de las empleadas

No me hicieron el formulario Tax free, la vendedora emitió la boleta sin el formulario y no hay donde reclamar

Los artículos son una maravilla pero aún más el personal que tienen. El trato es de lo mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo. Se ha convertido en mi tienda de referencia. Pienso que todos los dependientes tendrían que aprender de vosotros. Mil gracias por vuestra ayuda, consejo y trato. UNOde50 es la elegancia y la originalidad hecha realidad

Una acogida muy agradable, las dependientas prueban el francés, pero prefieren el inglés. Y las joyas son realmente bonitas y asequibles.

Mala gestión y comunicación entre los empleados de la marca. Tengo bastantes cosas de esta marca, salgo muy decepcionada. Me llamaron diciéndome una cosa sobre el arreglo de una pulsera y después fue otra cosa.
Como ocurre en esta ciudad no cuidan a la gente de Barcelona.

Mala calidad del metal.no hay devolución de productos (lo cual es muy extraño para una marca europea y protección del comprador) tenga en cuenta

Gorgeous shop. I was taking two bracelets in for repair and got excellent service. I also bought a new one, sadly the men’s selection is not as extensive as it used to be, but they still have a few nice pieces for men. Loads for women.

Lo Store di Via Lagrange, mi ha proposto l'acquisto di un nuovo braccialetto con uno scontro del 50%, Uno de 50, di spedirgli il bracciale, e loro mi avrebbero inviato un preventivo per la riparazione, con spese di spedizione a mio carico. Ovviamente, non acquisterò più nulla con questo marchio

Compré un par de joyas y la atención recibida por la comercial fue absolutamente satisfactoria, al sacar el producto de su emboltorio observe un pequeño defecto, me acerque de nuevo y otra señorita me atendió igual de satisfactoriamente, un establecimiento con auténticas maravillas y una atención esquisita, totalmente recomendable!

Personal muy servicial conoce perfectamente el procucto en venta. Aunque los precios un poco altos para los bolsillos de los currantes. Es un tanto selecto.

I've just been visiting Barcelona and wanted to get presents for friends and myself from the Gaudi building, La Pedrera's gift shop. I got sidetracked when I saw the wonderful stylish UNOde50 shop next door.
Easily distracted by beautiful things in beautiful settings and helpful staff, I came out with 3 stunning pieces. Lucky I was on a short timeline as I had relatives with me wanting to go next door or I may have purchased more.
I bought and have been wearing the bracelet 'Your Excuse' in black leather and and extra one in brown leather as a gift.
I also bought my daughter (26 years old) the 'Shackled' bracelet which I gave to her this morning, which is what reminded me to find out a bit more about UNOde50 as I had no idea who, what it is other than from Madrid and made in Spain, from the obliging assistant.
My daughter owns and rides horses, hence 'Shackled' has that equestrian hardware look to it. She loves it. She also loves my buckled bracelet so I'll have to keep a look out for it or it may disappear!
I checked online prices with those I paid and it's much better value buying in the shop itself. Not sure why, thought it would be the opposite, not so. Oh well just might have to go back to Barcelona to buy some more of their beautiful jewellery. Good excuse.
