They are the most dishonest company I have ever come across. They misrepresented themselves and broke multiple laws. They even requested that I refuse to answer questions to law and government representatives to protect the owner who was violating rents rules. To make matter worse, they kept my entire security deposit because I was a foreigner and they knew I didn’t have time to take them to court before leaving the country.

While I ultimately did not purchase a property with Urbane, they could not have been more helpful throughout the process. Katya was always available and constantly on the hunt for properties. Living in the US, it was important to have someone in Spain to be able to scout places for us and then available to show them when we were in town for work/pleasure. Katya was a dream!
