When doing the tax refund with Global Blue, you have to be extremely careful. I asked for credit card refund and except in EUR which both my tax refund form and this receipt indicated exactly however Global Blue processed it in my credit card billing currency with an extremely low conversation rate. When I asked for what happen, they said all credit card payment would processed in billing currency not transaction currency. If that's the case, should they clarified with me instead of such misleading information. This is extremely not right to do business so if you need to refund, better take cash as the rate they do back to your card is extremely unfavorable! I hate to use this word but I really feel SCAMING!

Acá se realiza el trámite de devolución del tax free de todas las agencias. Muy buena atención. Te cobran comisión por el tramite

En esta agencia te devuelven el tax free, pero atento que te cobran comisión por darte el efectivo. La atención es impecable
