If you want to have incredibly gorgeous photographs showcasing the love you have for your partner - hire Veronica Hansen! We are thrilled with our engagement/pre-wedding photos - each photo is a work of art. We are currently working on our Save the Date postcards and we have too many favorite photos to choose from (which isn't a bad problem to have)!
If you live outside of Spain and are concerned about hiring someone you haven't met, my hope is you'll put those concerns at ease because Veronica is the real deal. My fiance and I live in Washington, DC but had a trip planned to Barcelona and we thought it would be special to have our engagement photos done in Spain. He gets credit for finding Veronica through a google search and after our initial email to her, we had a thorough Skype call to talk through the details. Once we decided to move forward, she planned our session beautifully, with each location timed to have the best lighting for that part of the day. She even coordinated my hair and make-up to be done in my hotel room the morning of the shoot. Not only did the day go incredibly smoothly, we had SO MUCH FUN! Veronica is so talented, but also knows how to have fun. It was our second day in Barcelona, but our 5-hour shoot turned into an incredible tour of the city. Veronica had a way of making us feel like we had the city to ourselves during our shoot.
She was willing to do just about anything to get a great shot - she was climbing into bushes just to frame our photos beautifully! You don't have to worry about knowing how to pose; she directs everything and all you have to do is smile.
We just had our engagement party in our home in DC and had our photos scrolling through our smart TV during the party. My girlfriends could not decide on their favorites; for each photo, someone would exclaim, "that one is my favorite! No, THAT one is my favorite! " They are all so beautiful and as I said, it's tough to determine which ones are the best because each one is just so special!
It might sound like I'm gushing, because I am - we loved our day with Veronica and could not be happier with all of our photos. Plus, you want to have fun on your engagement shoot, right? With Veronica, you'll have an awesome day that doesn't feel like work. Don't bother searching for other photographers. If you've come across Veronica's website, your search is done!

If you are looking for a smooth worry-free travel and photo shooting experience, look nowhere else. Give Veronica a call and you can basically tick all the boxes. Veronica will guide you through and help you with everything, even give the best local restaurant recommendations. Not to mention that she is absolutely a pro in manipulating lights and shadows and totally an artist. Lastly, she's super friendly!

Veronica was absolutely AMAZING. Me and my fiance did a 3-hour engagement shoot through Barcelona and I could not imagine having any other photographer other than Veronica. She made the time fly and the photographs are incredible. I would recommend her to everyone<3 Thank you Veronica!

Veronica was an amazing photographer and knew instantly what my fiancé and I were looking for. Working with her was very natural, and she brought out the best side of both of us for some really candid pictures. She is super creative in finding the right places, right angles - I will always remember how she cleared out Park Guell just for the 2 of us! Aside from that, be sure to ask for her recommended list of things to do / places to eat in Barcelona!

We had an amazing photo shoot, wedding and incredible day thanks to Veronica! She made our experience with her attention to detail and patience very comforting. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for an incredibly smooth and amazing experience.

We had an amazing time with Veronica. She is a great photographer and she really makes us feel comfortable which lead to beautiful pictures as result. We will definately recommend her to our friends and family, for sure! Once again, thank you for the great pictures and we will meet soon again:)

We booked Veronica for our pre-wedding Photoshoot in Nov 16 and we were glad we did! From the start, she was very patient in answering our questions. When we met, Veronica was very friendly and she made the Photoshoot really fun and casual! Her photos were awesome and we love it!
