¡TENER CUIDADO! Alimentos etiquetados incorrectamente o no etiquetados en absoluto. Tengo alergia a las nueces y pensé que estaba comiendo un "wrap de espinacas": tenía nueces picadas en su interior. La mayoría de los platos en el área del buffet están completamente mal etiquetados, en todo caso. ¡Podría haber muerto!

Esto fue 30 minutos antes de que mi vuelo comenzara a abordar y, por supuesto, no hay farmacia en Gates D & E.

Tenga cuidado al comer aquí si tiene alergias.

Excelente salón con tarjeta Priority Pass. Está ubicado en el área de las puertas D de la Terminal 1. Las cápsulas de relajación individuales son tranquilas y cómodas, e incluso hay un área de trabajo conjunto. Con un poco de planificación previa, ¡incluso puedes darte una ducha!

Disfruté muchísimo de mi visita a la Sala VIP Joan Miró del Aeropuerto de Barcelona. El salón es moderno y espacioso, con muchos asientos disponibles, así como estaciones de trabajo si necesita ponerse al día con sus correos electrónicos.

Hay una amplia selección de opciones de comida, desde snacks para acompañar una bebida hasta platos principales. También había una enorme selección de sándwiches, embutidos y mucho más. También hubo algunos dulces estupendos.

Si buscas algo para beber, había mucho para elegir. La oferta incluía cervezas, vinos y licores, así como una variedad de refrescos y cafés.

En general, disfruté mucho de mi visita y definitivamente es una de las mejores salas VIP de aeropuerto que he visitado en los últimos años. Es el lugar perfecto para refrescarse y repostar antes de un vuelo.

Pagué boletos de Asiana en clase ejecutiva a precio completo para un viaje de regreso entre Sydney y Barcelona solo para que me negaran la entrada a la sala VIP porque llegué 45 minutos antes de la hora de salida permitida. Imagínese a una persona que viaja de Sitges al aeropuerto de Barcelona dejando un buen margen de tráfico solo para que se le niegue la entrada a la sala VIP con estas reglas tan rígidas.

La comida que se sirve en este salón es la peor comida de todas. Pan seco, no comida real, solo sándwiches secos y vacíos. No entiendo. ¿Cómo puede la aerolínea emirates ser parte de este salón?

Sorprendido con los malos reviews, soy miembro emerald oneworld y visite muchos lounges. Este lounge no estaría en el top pero sigue siendo bueno con bastante selección de comida y mucho espacio.

Bueno, la oferta de comida fue terrible. El salón era bastante cómodo y con mucho espacio. La recepcionista fue muy agradable y servicial, sin intentar apresurar mi check-in. Baños limpios. Un poco difícil de encontrar ya que la señalización de dirección BCN es mala.

Deplorable comparado con Alemani, Francia, Italia.

One of the best lounges that I've ever been in! They have so many seating spaces and even office spaces so that you can get work done! The food is also incredible and they have a wide selection of sandwiches and even a salad bar!

Es una pena que no sirvan a la verdadera comida mexicana, lo que creo que sería perfecto para este tipo de clientela. Fue realmente bueno ver la variedad de platos ofrecidos y volveré nuevamente lo antes posible.

Great area to wait for a flight. Lots of food and drink options, but could be added a few warm items. The setup is good with few different seating options depending if you’d like to eat by the table or comfortably sit in soft chairs.
The only downside is that it could use a bit more maintenance as there were dirty plates left on almost every single table around.

Todo muy bonito pero el horario tendría que ser de 24h para los viajeros que hacemos transbordo y tenemos que esperar 5h y la sala VIP esta cerrada

Excelente lugar para la espera del vuelo, muy buena atención y mucho menos oferta de comidas que en otros tiempos, pero igualmente alcanza para pasar ese momento de espera, muy limpio todos los salones.

The lounge is clean and spacious, but could use more chairs as most were already taken on a Wednesday afternoon. The buffet has a good variety of tapas, sandwich, salad, baked goods and drinks. Nothing was exceptional but it is still a decent lounge, especially considering that it is close to the D and E international gates that’s beyond the passport checks.

Really nice lounge, when I was there it had a fully stocked bar, food and soft drinks, tea and coffee. A shower, quiet room and alot of space for relaxing.

Te cobran un horror por entrar, la comida escasa y malísima, realmente es un descaro el trato que uno recibe…. Se hacen llamar sala VIP. Para comenzar una cola larga para entrar, una sola persona atendiendo y con mala cara… que te está haciendo un favor vamos…. Luego quieres comer algo y todo vacío y ni pensar en reponer rápido…. Encima hora de comer…. NADA RECOMENDABLE

This was one of the bigger lounges i have been to in a while with plenty of comfortable seating, a variety of meals and drinks. I would rate what i ate (octopus paella and angel hair in broth that they called Ramen) about 2.8 out of 5, but on a comfort level a solid 5!

Absolutely stellar. Lots of beverages, food, and isolation from the masses. Great hosts. Screen with departures readily available. Will never fly anything but business or first class for the lounges. Loved it.

One of the better lounges you can access on Priority Pass. Good selection of food and drinks, clean and not too crowded.

Level of service and comfort varies depending on how busy it is. Usually mornings are busy with intercontinental flights passengers. The lounge was extended during the pandemic and is now quite large (new section to the right side of the entrance). Drinks and food are really good, especially from noon as they serve lunch plates.

Se encuentra después del control de pasaportes. En dirección a las salas D. Muy buena comida, duchas, lugar cómodo para estsr.

Es una pena que una sala VIP de este nivel se permita un servicio tan deficiente. Empezando por la ausencia de amabilidad por parte de la chica de la entrada, tomándome por mentiroso al decirle que no tenía la tarjeta conmigo, y solo el número. Finalmente encontré la tarjeta, y no pidió ni disculpas.

Mi estancia se alargó debido a un retraso, y no había comida reciente, incluso llegó un punto que no teníamos ni platos para coger croissants. Y la limpieza, como se puede ver en la foto, una vergüenza. Viene gente de todas las nacionalidades, y es una pena que se lleven esta imagen de un sitio VIP en España.

En cuanto a diseño y comfort, excelente y cómoda. Pero la experiencia se ve mermada por todo lo anteriormente mencionado.

Este comentario va únicamente destinado a la mejora de la experiencia para futuras ocasiones. No somos conscientes de lo difícil que es conseguir un espacio así, para tenerlo abandonado.

De los 4 salones VIP en El Prat Barcelona (BCN), este es el unico que acepta pasajeros de vuelos internacionales. Muy bien provisto, espacioso y con oferta variada de bebidas y comida

La sala muy bien. Teníamos un vuelo tarde, por lo cual la comida era limitada y platos fríos.
La recepción muy bien pero luego el personal dentro no fue amable como uno esperaría.

Very bad service! Bottles are empty. I was asking for new bottle of whisky, at first they said they don't have it, and then after I complained, they found one.

Si la tenes que pagar no vale la pena. La calidad y cantidad de Comida es regular. A la mañana no te podes servir vos el café, te lo tiene que hacer alguien, lo mismo para el agua mineral. Esa misma persona además maneja todo el resto de bebidas y cosas de la cocina, por lo que si se fue a buscar algo te tenes que quedar ahí esperando.
Si sos vegano suerte, ni siquiera tienen un microondas para calentar la leche de avena por lo que el café con leche te lo tomas frío. Celiacos tienen pan y pueden traerte fiambre desde la cocina.
Podría tener mejor vista pero está tapada por los techos de los locales de enfrente, de todas manera algo de la pista se ve. El personal es agradable.

Lamentable que a partir del 07/10/2019 solo se pueda entrar dentro de las 4h anteriores a la salida del vuelo, a pesar de venir en tránsito. Si entras con más tiempo, te cobran dos veces.

The new refurbishment is less intimate and welcoming than the previous one. Food manly consists of bad quality hams, cheese and bread. If a bottle of wine is finished or a vodka to make yourself a bloody mary, forget about getting a refill before you fly (45 min) regardless of how many times you ask. Place is clearly not well dimensioned and they won't accept Mastercard Black cardholders if the place is crowded, they will only let Star Alliance members get in. Worst Lounge I've ever seen.

In a single sentence, this what exactly you should expect from a lounge room.

First of all you have to set your expectations, if you are waiting for a 3-stars Michelin, you're going obviously to be disappointed. After stating that, they do have a decent selection of food ranging from cereals to sandwiches and a good selection of sodas, coffee, wine, beer and some other alcoholic beverages.

The room is pretty wide, with a view over the EU zone flights boarding area, the furniture is pretty new and you have a selection of zone that suits your taste, needs. There's even a single seater zone with sound dampening panels around you so you can get some privacy or even take a power nap.

The bathrooms are clean as well, which is very important.

It's ridiculous that we needed to wait for over 20 minutes to get in this so-called VIP Lounge! There is only staff working in the reception! Everything is too bad and unbelievable!

Awful lounge. Dirty and poorly staffed. Food choices was crackers- cheese and ham- or old pastries. Avoid at all costs- go down the steps to abc gate and visit the other lounge before passport control

Separate section for gates D and E. Go towards gate D after passport control. On the small side with a more basic selection of food. The chairs are very comfortable. Has a salon and spa.

A las 22 ha retiran la comida caliente cuando cierran a las 23,30, y los pasajeros que viajamos a la madrugada como en mi caso a las 1,30 no quedamos sin poder disfrutar del servicio x que abren a las 5

Conocemos pocos salones vio pero sin ninguna duda, este debe ser el peor. La recepcionista muy poco simpática nos advirtió que retiraban los alimentos a las 12 ha; eran 21.30 hs. Ingresamos y había bebidas muchas pero calientes y solo jamón, queso y algunas papas fritas de bolsa. No había pan. A las 10.30 empezaron a retirar de las mesas con nosotros aun comiendo. Muy mal animo de parte de la señora de cocina. Considero la tarjeta que me brinda el servicio debe enterarse de lo sucedido.

Great showers, plenty of food/drinks "alcoholic/none" nice big comfy chairs with charging ports near them. A dark/quiet rest area is provided which I did not use.

Spacious lounge with a fairly large selection of breakfast food spread as I visited in mid morning. There is a quiet zone good for napping. This lounge also has shower facilities.

Good variety of food and drinks. Has quiet room area for short naps. Accepts star gold and priority pass.

2330, it closes at 1200, they offer close to nothing in terms of food, just drinks, then at 2345, they start to nag and say, we close in 15/10/5 minutes and the cleaning staff practically through you out from the minute you arrived, no power outlets to charge your phone, shocking.

Flojito. Entramos a las 22 y ya casi no había comida. Muy poca y no reponían. Las bebidas estuvieron disponibles hasta más tarde

Furniture worn. Only a few electrical outlets in the entire lounge, and first 2 I managed to get to didn't even work. Apart from some cold cuts, no food. Alcohol and soft drinks were decent, but fridge temperature could be a little cooler.
There seemed to only be one cleaning lady that would clear up used plates and cups once every 30 minutes and only until her tray was full, then she'll disappear again for another 30 minutes. So dirty plates and used cups were everywhere.

Buen lugar para relajarse mientras se aguarda la salida del vuelo, por el horario no había variedad de comidas pero si de bebida

Very disappointing. No wine or beer glasses. When we arrived they were taking food away. Afternoon snacks came soon after and wine glasses 20 minutes later which we had to run to get because everyone was looking for them and all gone again in 5 minutes. Also very noisy with cleaning up plates and bottles, similar to a glorified food hall. Overall it does not compare to most other business lounges.

No alcanza a tener la calidad de otros Salones Vip. La comida era muy poco variada, y la verdad que esperaba algo mejor. Tiene varios años de construcción, y necesita una modernización urgente. Igual, para esperar un par de horas, no deja de cumplir su función. Buenos baños, conexión WiFi y para cargar el celular.

Nice to have a private place to hang & wait for our flight. But a little disappointed as the place was field with dishes all over the place. This should be a "Wow" moment. It's a shame that they have lost the reason to have the VIP Lounge in the first place which is to take care of the people that take care of you. I guess it could be worse. Hopefully they will review the comments and take it up to the level that the customers were promised it would be.

Un tanto pobre. La comida limitada y las bebidas calientes. Pocos enchufes para cargar los celulares. Al llegar no habia lugar para sentarse. Sin embargo, pude ducharme bien y conseguimos unos sillones muy comodos. La parte de niños es muy limitada.
