Wicked Campers Barcelona

Booked a van in Feb '22, for two months June and July '22, pick up from Barcelona.
On the day we were supposed to pick up the van, we got an email at 5am saying that our booking was cancelled and the money will be refunded.
I chatted with the customer care and they said that they tried to get a van in Barcelona but they couldn't, and that it wasn't just a matter of waiting few days, the couldn't get one for the whole YEAR.
We had to book something else, double the price, without having received the refund yet.
Very poor management, they could have at the least informed us few days in advance that they could not get a van for us.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK WITH THESE GUYS, they do not have a customer care department, i had been affected by the covid so i have to go back to my country when i pay more than one month and i was a week with the van.

I say to them to make 50 50.so they do not loose all the booking and i do not loose all the money.i was a dreamer.
HIS CUSTOMER CARE NEVER REPLY ME. NOT EVEN TO SAY NO. NO REPLY AT ALL. NEVER.

NO help, no humanity, no answer. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.if something happen THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU.

Much better go with Travel Wheels SAME PRICE AND YES, They HELP PEOPLE.

Hicimos una reserva con ellos, desde el principio, nunca fueron comunicativos, y nos costó mucho obtener información sobre nuestro viaje.
No puedes contactar telefónicamente nunca con el depósito o con alguien en España que te ayude, por supuesto nunca en español.
Nos cancelaron el viaje por el Covid-19, y pese asegurarnos que nos devolverían el dinero, aún, tras 2 meses, no nos lo han devuelto. No nos contestan, y nos remiten a diferentes e-mail, nunca hay una contestación a nuestras suplicas.
Por supuesto, nuestro pago inicial ha sido dado por perdido, pero los 900€ de la fianza, me parece un robo no devolverlos. Eran para asegurar que no dañemos un vehículo que nunca hemos usado.

900€, es un sueldo mensual, por favor, devuelvan nuestro dinero.

Had a wonderful 10 days in my wicked camper. Easy to drive, comfortable to sleep in, and the best way to get around the Costa Brava during peak season! Got many intrigued looks and, felt like I was famous driving along in my dead pool van. Special thanks to Alex for making the process so easy and for the lift back to the train!

Just finished 2 weeks of absolute bliss after renting a wicked camper and traveling around somewhat similar to a snail with my sleeping arrangements taken care of all you need to do is drive and when you're ready pull up for the night. Car was economical on petrol and a great conversation starter as people would come and chat about there adventures and living in a van. Couldn't recommend this service with any more praise. The host of the shop, Alex is a true gent thanks for running a great service as you have given us something to talk about and remember forever.

P.s when you get to the wicked compound if you think you're lost then you're probably in the right place.

Grear experience! Would definitely do that again! The road trip we did was just amazing! Alex (the guy from wicked campers) was an very friendly person who always helped us.

Such an amazing experience renting this van for a summer trip! Alex the manager was such a friendly and helpful guide, without him our trip would be very different! Couldn't recommend them highly enough, definitely coming back next summer just for them!

Overall pretty happy. The location was a bit hard to find and out of the way, but the car did the job, bed was comfortable and Alex was very friendly, responsive, and dropped me back at the train station which gets him an extra star

Silvia Van/ francy ten, en resumen, la que ha escrito antes que yo es la persona que lleva el negocio alli, por lo que va a decir cosas buenas aunque no sean verdd. Estuvimos trabajando alli un par de meses, limpiamos todo lo que pudimos a fondo porque era un desastre, ahora que ya no estamos supongo que habra vuelto a estar como al principio, es decir, la cuberteria sucia y los platos almacenados casi en el suelo por donde pasan los ratones, colillas tiradas por todas partes.
Silvia Van/ the person how wrote just before me is the director of this place so she is just going to say good things about it even if they are not true. We were working for her a couple of months, we clean everything up cause it was a mess. Now that we dont work for her anymore i guess everything go back to how it was, dirty cutlery, dishes next to the floor where mice walk around them, lots of cigarettes on the floor.

Muy cerca Barcelona ciudad, amplio parking y buen servicio de trasporte para llegar al Depot. Staff súper cordial y furgonetas con los comfort y otima para viajar en Europa sin problemas para aparcar también en ciudad. Me encanto el viaje desde Barcelona hasta Londres con mi familia. Volveré alquilarla otra vez ese año por cierto. Gracias
