un apartamento familiar bonito, tranquilo, espacioso y bien equipado, revisa que tengas todos los edredones en las camas y que los cabezales de la ducha goteen un poco. Pero aparte de eso, nada que decir y buena ropa de cama.

Lamento tener que informar de una serie de deficiencias sustanciales y prácticas cuestionables encontradas durante mi estancia en el apartamento c/de Pere IV - Poble Nou I. En primer lugar, al realizar el check-in, los huéspedes reciben un contrato complementario repleto de cláusulas que parecen poco convencionales y potencialmente no conformes con las prácticas legales estándar. Estos incluyen desalojos arbitrarios basados ​​en quejas de vecinos no verificadas, tarifas de limpieza adicionales indeterminadas y cargos nebulosos por uso "excesivo" de servicios públicos, ninguno de los cuales se reveló en el contrato de alquiler inicial ni en ningún listado en línea. Afortunadamente, esas cláusulas no se cumplieron con nosotros, pero inmediatamente nos dio una sensación "incompleta" sobre la empresa.

Además, el descubrimiento de un micrófono oculto dentro del apartamento, destinado a controlar los niveles de ruido, no sólo no se reveló en ningún momento durante el proceso de reserva o check-in, sino que también representa una violación significativa de las normas de privacidad y protección de datos. Esta vigilancia clandestina plantea graves preocupaciones legales y éticas.

Lamentablemente, se consideró deficiente la conducta profesional del equipo directivo. El proceso de check-in se retrasó significativamente debido a la llegada tardía del agente y la posterior falta de disponibilidad de la llave necesaria, lo que indica una falta fundamental en la competencia operativa. Si bien se ofrecieron medidas compensatorias por esta supervisión, no rectificaron la mala gestión inicial.

El estado físico del edificio le restó valor aún más a la experiencia. El hueco de la escalera emitía un olor persistentemente desagradable y la antigüedad de la estructura contribuía a un problema de ruido continuo, lo que socavaba significativamente el ambiente y la tranquilidad que se esperaba de este tipo de alojamiento.

Además, el apartamento en sí, aunque inicialmente presentaba una fachada de encanto, al examinarlo más detenidamente revelaba varios inconvenientes. La presión del agua en las duchas no era óptima y la distribución de las áreas para dormir no era práctica para la privacidad y el aislamiento acústico. Sólo dos de los cinco dormitorios están completamente cerrados por paredes sólidas, mientras que los demás están comprometidos por mamparas de vidrio y una insonorización insuficiente, un claro descuido en el diseño que impacta directamente en la usabilidad y comodidad de estos espacios.

En conclusión, este apartamento incumple significativamente las expectativas razonables de los huéspedes, especialmente en términos de privacidad, comodidad y gestión profesional. Estas deficiencias no sólo son inconvenientes sino que plantean serias dudas sobre el cumplimiento de las prácticas hoteleras estándar y las obligaciones legales.

El apartamento es espectacular, muy limpio y en una ubicación privilegiada. Fue muy agradable llegar y teníamos varias delicias disponibles para comer y beber. Toda la comunicación fue muy buena desde la reserva hasta la llegada al apartamento. Siempre atento a solicitudes y respuestas rápidas. Se convertirá en nuestro lugar favorito para nuestros próximos viajes a Barcelona y lo recomendaré a todo el mundo.

Hay un par de cosas simples que creo que podrían haberse mejorado: aunque nos dijeron que había tiendas de comestibles cerca en el centro comercial, hubiera sido bueno tener una carpeta en el apartamento con un mapa, restaurantes cerca, taxi. estaciones y otros mercados, solo algo de información, como los días y horarios de cierre, que encontramos por nuestra cuenta especialmente los domingos (y así encontramos el pequeño mercado a 3 minutos para comprar solo el vino y el agua que queríamos).

El miércoles 27 de septiembre llegamos a Barcelona con un grupo de amigos de 7 personas, al complejo de apartamentos en la dirección: C/ del Rosselló, 266,08037 Barcelona, ​​España.

Llegamos a nuestro apartamento a las siete y media y ya era hora de volver a hacer las maletas. De repente una de nuestras amigas notó que no podía encontrar su pasaporte. Todos buscamos y durante la búsqueda, la siguiente persona del grupo de amigos informó que no podía encontrar su pasaporte donde lo había dejado. Luego registramos todo el apartamento con 7 hombres, pero sin resultados. También dejamos deliberadamente los pasaportes en el complejo de apartamentos, porque en la ciudad hay carteristas activos. Entonces confías en que están a salvo aquí.
Nos dimos cuenta de que no faltaba nada más en los artículos, excepto los pasaportes. Todos teníamos un sentimiento muy malo y poco confiable al respecto.
Tuvimos que salir a las 3 de la madrugada para poder dejar las llaves en el apartamento, pero esto se piensa de manera muy diferente, porque eso significa que alguien más tiene la llave del apartamento.
Nos comunicamos con la empresa, pero no pudieron brindarnos más respuestas y lamentamos que no se comunicaran con nosotros más y nos dejaran solos. Tal vez sea todo una coincidencia, pero tu intuición suele ser correcta.

They have number of great apartments. We picked the one with 5 bedrooms. It's spacious, very comfortable and convenient for families. However, I'm giving 3 stars for the team communication.

There is Lack of customer service etiquette, once payment is complete, they will keep you waiting for long for any enquiry you may have. We had an issue with the maintenance going on the apartment above us, which made the vacation time stressful for my parents who came for some quiet time. We asked the team for information on how long this will take or at least give information on the starting time, so we could manage taking my parents out during this time. No response was given.
Concierge service is not a great help too, they would respond after few hours. Which is pointless.

In a nutshell, we loved the apartment, but the customer services definitely needs improvement to enhance the stay experience.

Terrible experience. Stayed in an apartment right near Placa Catalunya and had a constantly clicking stove for 7 days, a broken drying machine, and latches on the door that locked people in rooms. Absolutely no response from the concierge or management to fix or resolve the issues. Furniture was also pretty dirty, which I think we would have overlooked a bit more with better service and responsiveness. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay in a hotel instead.

Hicimos un viaje de chicas en abril de 2023 y podemos recomendar Airbnb al 100%. El Arbnb es muy céntrico pero tranquilo. El apartamento estaba limpio, nos recibió una señora amable y servicial el día de nuestra llegada. Ella siempre estuvo disponible vía whatsapp, todo fue muy sencillo.

The front door of the Passeig de Gracia apartment did not prepare us for what we would experience when we opened it. Its enormous size and delicate beauty make you feel that you are in a different era for a moment. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it is very clean and well equipped. Ana, the concierge, was extremely helpful and assisted with all of our requests (and there were many). We would love to enjoy another magical week in this stunning apartment on Passeig de Gracia.

Me and my family rented an apartment through youstylish for a second year and been so happy both times. We have a tradition to come to Barcelona every year for a family reunion when all of our relatives come together from all around the world.
We rented an AMAZING apartment right in the centre with a view to the beautiful creation of Gaudi - Casa Battlo. This was a dream come true. Upon our arrival we had the cutest welcome pack waiting for us and apartment was shining. We also organised a fridge stocking, so we could just relax after our flight, but we could not imagine that it is actually possible to find all the groceries that we ordered! My mother and my mother in law were blown away by the views.
The professional team of team youstylish made our vacation so easy from the very beginning: sorting with a transfer from and to the airport and with the help of their lovely concierge Lichi, who recommended and booked all of our holiday plans (flamenco, case battlo, touristic bus, Sagrada familia and park guell). We just had to relax and enjoy our vacation.

This apartment was one of the absolute best experiences.it was totally clean, the location was great and the view was fantastic! The service and the cleaning was one of our main priorities for a great experience, and it really lived up to our high expectations 100 %! Next time we visit Barcalona, we will without a doubt use "you stylish" again!

The hygiene level is unacceptable. There were suspicious stains all over the bedsheets and sofa. Doesn’t look like they’ve changed the shower curtains for MONTHS. Mate it’s like do they know vacuuming carpets are a thing? I’ve gotten a feet rash from putting a pillow between my legs (coz that’s how I sleep). The whole place feels so dirty! Taking your chances hoping for a “better” apartment out of the selection is not worth it; if they can lease such an apartment to us, they sure can lease the same quality of apartments to others.and who knows, with some photoshopping any apartment can look luminous (thus hiding those nasty stains). (Ps u can check pics to find some horrific evidence)

We had booked an apartment through Youstylish for New Years in Barcelona with some other couple. We were really looking forward to it and the apartment was right in the city center. Youstylish seemed like a legit company and I had emailed with them prior to our arrival.
We arrived at the apartment, which was nice apart from some minor things that were missing but this was quickly fixed by the company. After our arrival, we all decided to go out for some drinks and were gone for 3 hours enjoying the city. However when we got back to our apartment, the entire apartment had been burglarized and we had everything from make-up to iPads to jewelry and watches stolen. Needless to say that this was not the start to the vacation we had hoped. This is where our ordeal with Youstylish started.
Youstylish states that they have a 24 hour hotline, which we tried calling, unfortunately nobody answered. So after several unanswered calls we contacted the police directly and had them come out.
In order to get into apartment you have to go through 3 locked doors, the front door, an extra security door right outside the apartment and the door to the apartment. There was no sign of visibly forced entry of any of the three doors. So we were of course astonished at this fact, when finally after over 20 unanswered calls and 2½ hours we were finally contacted by someone from Youstylish. They did not offer any help, instead they just kept repeating that they had never experienced a burglary in this particular apartment. After informing them that we really did not care if this was the first time, and that we wanted a full refund so we could book into a hotel as we no longer felt safe staying in an apartment that dubious people just had seemingly access to. However, there was no understanding of this fact from Youstylish and it turned into a marathon discussion back and forth that lasted until the next morning, where they finally agreed to refund the cost of the apartment. It however took an extra lengthy mail discussion and over a month before our initial deposit was refunded.
Youstylish were not helpful any step of the way and we were only met with resistance after this experience and not any kind of helpfulness. The 24 hour hotline is a joke, when you finally get through to someone they don’t do anything to help the situation, they were initially unwilling to give us our money back, the intruder (s) had the ability to get through three locked doors on the first night while we were out for no more than 3 hours. I will let you draw your own conclusions, but it seems a little too coincidental. And only after having communicated with them for several days, did the manager from Youstylish come and visit us at our new hotel. He was nice, but did not offer any kind of help with the police, regarding all our lost items, etc.
I have since we arrived back home been in ongoing contact with him regarding the investigation and regarding compensation for our experience and for everything that we had stolen, approx. USD 20,000 worth. They have said that they don’t believe the investigation will lead to anything and they have not felt compelled to give us any kind of compensation for our experience or for our stolen items.
Overall, it is not the kind of company or service provider that I would recommend to anybody visiting Barcelona and they have definitively showed that they do not really care what happens in their apartments or with their customers.
We love Barcelona and staying in an apartment can definitively feel more like a local. I will however advise people to use Airbnb or another agency. Just stay clear of Youstylish – because there is nothing stylish about them at all.
