¿Uno de los mejores hoteles de 4 estrellas en Barcelona? Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí y lo haré.
Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación en el corazón de Barcelona. Una vez dentro, reina la paz y la tranquilidad y uno se siente inmediatamente como en casa. El ambiente en el hotel es relajado. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas cuidando los detalles. La recepción y el personal del restaurante son amables y serviciales. El desayuno buffet no dejaba nada que desear. La amplia terraza cerca de nuestra habitación era un extra, con una hermosa vista sobre los tejados de Barcelona.

No podría recomendar más este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la vida nocturna, las tiendas y el barrio gótico. El personal es amable y las comodidades por sí solas valen la pena la estadía. ¡Sin mencionar la piscina de la azotea! 10/10 de mi parte.

We loved this hotel!
The breakfast buffet was amazing. Fresh juices, meat, cheese, an assortment of breads and endless cappuccinos. The staff always had a smile and were very attentive. Those who worked at the front desk were super helpful and provided me with a portable free Wi-Fi device to walk around the city. There was a small grocery right next door to get big waters or anything else you need. I love that the rooms included a yoga mat. It was so nice to stretch after a long trip overseas. Lastly, you could use the steam room, sauna, and giant hot tub downstairs without paying for a service. Oh and there was a free wine and cheese happy hour every evening! Thank you for a great first experience to Barcelona.

Nice hotel close to the city centre of Barcelona between the example and the Barrio gotico. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice reception hall with warm atmosphere and a table game. Nice spa with pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Room nice and clean. Very beautiful terrasse with fantastic view over the town and small but beautiful swimming pool not heated in winter.

Had a most wonderful stay at Yurbban Passage. Our room was bright, spacious and clean, with all the necessities and a few extras to make our stay extra comfy available. Rooftop had a stunning view.

As many other reviewers said, I will definitely be back to this hotel. What stood out the most was the service - all the staff, from the reception to the bar and restaurant, were extremely warm and welcoming and made you feel right at home. The design of the hotel is also sleek, great rooftop and stellar location.

I came to this hotel for the Spa and it was highly disappointing. The staff were very nice but I booked a massage and body scrub and I’d was below mediocre. I’ve had many body scrubs before and Im pretty sure they used tree hut body scrub on my body. And when it was time for the massage I was informed that they can only do soft and medium no deep which is what I needed. The locker room is extremely small and provides almost no privacy because the door is always being opened.

Hotel was fine…

Was told upon arrival that I had been given an upgrade - which was a lovely surprise that was slightly dampened by the fact I’m not really sure what I was upgraded to, as I appeared to be in the type of room I booked. This was fine but a bit weird/confusing.

I chose this hotel as it seemed to have more character than the other one I was considering - the new ME hotel close by. However I felt Yurbban Passage was looking a little tired - particularly from the room’s perspective, leaving me wondering if I should have gone for the shiny new hotel which, in hindsight may have been more comfortable and luxurious. The rooms in Yurbban are due a paint job and a refresh- paint was peeling off the tap, mastic in bathroom dirty - bathroom bit grotty generally, things a bit battered (eg cracked marble on the dressing table) and old etc. Awful pillows. Mattress was not what I would call ‘hotel standard’

Cleaning was a bit random too. Was left without toilet roll one day & all of my toiletries had been knocked over at the sink area.

Thankfully wasn’t in the room much other than to shower and sleep. Would have really welcomed a more luxurious / comfortable bed after a day pounding the streets of Barcelona however.

Really didn’t like not being able to get an iron and ironing board in the room- rather you have to use the roasting hot laundry room - which made for rather hostel type vibes. Ironing board has seen better days too.

The communal areas are nice enough. Walked in upon arrival and thought - ‘oh this is rather nice’ but felt really let down by the room for a 4*

Can’t fault the staff however. The people on reception were super friendly and helpful. Really nice touch getting a WhatsApp to let me know my room was ready.

Great area too - close to everything and felt very safe as a solo traveller. The passage is a super convenient shortcut to get on to the main drag of narrow streets to wander through. All sites are very walkable and I had no issue walking home late in the evenings.

Organización perfecta con un servicio fantástico dirigido por Dani, su manager, simplemente de 10, un excelente profesional. Ah.con unos precios muy competitivos. Probarlo sin duda. No os defraudará

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved loved this hotel not only because of the good location but also because of the friendly staffs and all accommodations they provide: nice roof top pool, free washer/dryer, great spa and gym. Highly recommend for Barcelona trip.

I had a great time at the Yurbban Passage Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, the food was wonderful and there's happy hour every day!

Karen, one of the waitresses gave fantastic service and it was a pleasure to see her at the restaurant each day. I'm looking forward to coming back and saying hello soon.x

Solid hotel, good location, fabulous roof terrace with narrow pool and bar (though closed off season). Has a trendy, impersonal vibe with clean simple rooms. Great bed! The room decor will tire in a few years just due to the materials being a bit cheap. Good breakfast but don’t recommend dinner.

Very good, clean, in the heart of Barcelona, personnel are too friendly. Great breakfast and booking includes access to spa (jacuzzi and sauna).

A very nice boutique chic hotel, but what really makes this place is the focus on the customer, throughout, they try to do as much as they can for you and the front desk service is really superb. It shows and puts some 5 star hotels to shame. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is the place to stay in Barcelona. Rooms comfortable and stylish. Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The location was good as was the price. Great roof terrace too. I'm going back. I highly recommend you stay there.

Cosy hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Very good service, secure, silent at night (we had room on 3rd floor), building is old but renovated. Bed is comfy. Pillows are very good.
I liked all the small surprises in the evening (pillow parfumé, cream for feat, sweets), they made our stay special. Terrace on the roof is not big but with the great view.
2 min walk from the central square and all the main streets. Not far from the beach.
Highly recommend for city trip to Barcelona.

A wonderful 4 star hotel in a central part of Barcelona that has many amenities that you'll enjoy. Yurbban had the best breakfast of all the places we stayed in Spain. Fresh fruit, cava, cheese, many varieties of Spanish salamis to name a few.
The outdoor pool on the top floor was a big plus that offered views throughout Barcelona. Atter being your typical tourest, we rested on our private balcony and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine before going to dinner. We also took advantage of the hotel's washer and dryer since we traveled light.
The only negative was with the Spa.they had limited hours and did not allow you to stay long (30 minutes). The staff at the Spa didn't seem aligned with the rest of the hotel. We stayed here 5 nights, so it didn't seem like a anomaly. Nevertheless, I would enthusiastically stay at this hotel again.

Such a beautiful hotel and in the perfect location. Everything you need for a city break (Inc the rooftop bar/pool). The staff were always helpful and the spa was an added bonus. Won't be staying anywhere else if I visit again. Can't recommend it enough.

This hotel is amazing. Stunning, so clean, staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Fantastic location and the facilities and amenities are exceptional. I will definitely be returning.

His is definitely one of the best hotels we had ever stayed in. Everything there is perfect: location, staff, service, food, terrace with pool. We arrived a little bit before the check in time and were given a room almost right away along with welcoming glass of Cava. While we were waiting at the hotel manager gave us few recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. We got a terrace room and it was great, you can enjoy sunrise every morning with cup of coffee. The terrace on the rooftop is amazing and so is the view. You can relax on the sunbed, have a drink, snack and dip in the pool. Pools is not deep enough to have a regular swim but its a great option to have a splash. I have to mention our bartender Andrea who made our time in Yurbban Passage even greater:)! They serve breakfast every morning (cost of $19 euro per person unless you have it paid with your room) and the choice of food served is fantastic, it is really worth the price. Besides a buffet like table with meats, juices, cheese and sweets you get to order few options from the kitchen along with coffee. You can even have a glass of wine or Cava:) The staff is AMAZING, we had few questions and needs along the way and everything was provided to us swiftly. After Barcelona we went to Italy but were coming back for last few days so we were offered a discount for the room as returning guests and left some baggage for storage. I cannot say how nice are the people working there. There is one more thing as somebody mentioned in the review, the hotel uses their own line of fragrance and beauty products and the whole complex smells soooo good. All the was and hair product will leave you with this amazing smell. We loved it so much that I had to buy a room fragrnace from them so it can remind us at home of this gorgeous stay we had in Yurbban Hotel. We will definitely come back one day:) The last thing is location-it is close to everything you want to explore in Barcelona, shops, La Rambla, metro, coffee, restaurants.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour notre petit repos post mariage, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes. L'hôtel ne mentionne pas sur leur site que le SPA est soumis à réservation obligatoire, il n'est pas en libre service, nous avons pas eu de place pendant 2 jours aux horaires que nous voulions, le spa est limité à 30 minutes, c'est désagréable quand on vient vous demandez de partir lors que vous dormez, la salle de sport, il faut aussi prendre un rendez vous, pour avoir un dédommagement de l'hôtel c'est mission impossible, aucun service commercial, c'est moi qui ai demandé de nous offrir quelques choses, il nous ont offert 30 minutes de massages. Ensuite le petit déjeuner, il n'y a aucun plat chaud proposé, sauf des œufs, aucun yaourts, 2 céréales, 2 gâteaux, et beaucoup de viennoiseries, voila le petit déjeuner d'un hôtel 4* à 20 euros par personne. Je sais déjà ce la réponse de l'hôtel: LE COVID, merci le covid.

Beautiful hotel with clean, well decorated rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't be more accommodating - highly recommend the Yurbban Passage. (The only criticism I could find for the hotel is that there are only 8 deck chairs on the roof so a struggle to secure one in the summer)

This nice place made our stay in Barcelona so much pleasant. Especially now, on Covid times. This is because it offers a great experience: rooftop terrace, pool, bar, outdoor/indoor restaurants and spa. Almost every late evening we've enjoyed a drink on the rooftop, near the pool. The room and bath were very clean. The stuff was really nice and prompt with every request we had. They were friendly and respectful. Not to mention the design of the hotel, the attention at the details and the great scent that wraps you up once you enter. I also appreciated the small little gifts that we received from the house every evening: lavender pillow spray, feet cream etc. Small details count so much. And the coffee in the room was a yammy surprise:) Also, 5 stars for the location. You can visit almost every important attraction by feet from the hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Guter Fitnessraum, schöner Spa. Perfekte zentrale Lage. Frühstück ging, aber bei dem Angebot in Barcelona würde ich auswärts frühstücken. Abendessen war okay, aber auch da gibt es viele Restaurants die ich bevorzügen würde.

Amazing hotel, comfortable beds, coffee machine in the room, lovely SPA and rooftop. Good location as well. One suggestion would be to change the opening hours of SPA (9-21) and Rooftop (it opens only at 10am, while it would be amazing to see the sunrise)

Excellent modern hotel in a great location, convenient for exploring the old part of the city. Had a nice room with a private terrace looking out over the rooftops with sun loungers. Hotel restaurant also very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel is amazing. We loved our room, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is perfect in el born. And great restaurants right behind the hotel. I wish we would’ve had more time to stay and explore the spa and amenities. Would definitely stay here if I come back to BCN!

Felt very bad bc they have discrimination or, they’ve hired RACIST at their front.
Belive Barcelona is a opened mind city and so many ppl have travelled in the world however this hip and urban chic hotel had old passioned for their mind setting or lack of training for their staffs.
Booked 3 nights fo 3 persons including breakfast. Means $1,123 dollars, 1,007 euro for 3 nights,
$375 us dollars, 336 euro per Night.
Got 104 in front of laundry room and elevator
The breakfast for this room is bit higher than other hotel also adding a person so paid more than normal. When got the room we were embarrassed but too tried so just decided to stay however, on the 2nd day, heard what the person at front talking on the phone just 5 min before like this, ‘sorry we only have one room but, i’m sure that you don’t like it. As it’s just in front of Laundry and right after of Elevator, sorry’
When we entered this hotel, she never asked our preference and any excuses for the room. Yes we are having so much noises from the stair, as their door to stair is opened 24 hours and the room
Placement is really funny and sucks.

Hotels in Barcelona are awful. The standards are so low. This place may be the best of the worst but it's still awful in every way possible.

I haven't stayed in a hotel but I go to the terrace regularly, it has a stunning view, very chilled atmosphere and nkt overcrowded at all.

Terrific hotel. Clean, great ambiance, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. The spa is outstanding and the roof top bar is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Horrible check in and hysterical manager

I've been travelling with you for many years for the best. And this is the first time that I meet an hysterical manager. I think it's important for me to send you my report. I m under the shock, crying in my new hotel room after the hysterical behavior of a manager and the rudeness of the employees of Yurbban passage hotel and spa in Barcelona.

I decided to stay two nights from Monday, August 13 to wednesday August 15. I booked for this hotel because I wanted to enjoy a service of spa. I stayed the previous days at the Wilson boutique hotel and jazz club: despite their three stars, the service was excellent. So I am very surprised and very disappointed since I arrived.

I am very disappointed to have stayed at this hotel for two nights: the check in was a disaster. You have to look for a long time the entrance with your suitcase. Then you have to push a very heavy door with your suitcase that is not even automatic. There is no concierge to help you. I was received by a man wearing glasses who recites by heart and as a robot the presentation of the hotel without inviting me to sit down. I was sweating. He tells me I'm early it's 2 pm I'll have to wait. No drink is offered to me, I wait stupidly before him for more than an hour with my suitcases. He will not come at a single moment to ask me if I need anything. I am very disappointed.

The icing on the cake was when I had enough of waiting: I started to explain to him that it was unacceptable this welcome. And he laughed at me looking at his colleague and then said: it's good!? Have you finished? Can you let me talk now? The room is ready! "I was very shocked and told him that he was rude: her colleague intervened to take his defense it was horrible. And he continued to laugh while putting his head on his laptop: I have never seen such shocking behavior!

But the worse was yet to come: I wrote an email to the manager named Marc Rovira describing the situation. He called me and was on the defensive: so I decided to record the conversation as a precaution. He told me that he had checked the camera and that everything had gone very well. He told me you do not tell the truth, my colleagues were nice. I told him it was wrong, and that it was unacceptable to call me a liar. So he told me against all odds: I want you to leave our hotel, you have nothing to do here since you are not happy! "I told him that it was very shocking to send a client out at 7 pm, when I was in a bathrobe, still wet, just taking a shower, I told him that I was recording our conversation as proof of his aggression and unacceptable treatment, that it would be transmitted to French tourist office organizations and a French journalist friend. He went into a rage and told me by phone: "you'll get out I'll call the police since you threaten me! "

In front of so much hysteria, I preferred to go down and leave this place

Great hotel with an excellent location for getting around and exploring Barcelona. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For those without international data on their phone, they let you use a portable hotspot for walking around Barcelona.for free! In hotel WiFi is great and fast. The workout room is good with different options depending on what your workout of the day consists of. Only downside to the workout room is the dumbbells only go up to 25lbs. Overall a fantastic hotel and I highly recommend it!

Went to the vegan and organic spa and ended up falling in love with the hotel itself! Services were amazing and the spa amenities were great. Super cute and reasonable. Will be back!

Atencion telefonica nefasta, llevo mas de 5 llamadas seguidas al hotel y no contesta nadie, no son 24 hrs.pues no lo entiendo.

Very good hotel. Very clean with cheerful and helpful staff. Nice terrace with bar and pool (but unheated). Bonus of happy hour with free wine. Breakfast decent with freshly cooked eggs included.

Wonderful amenities and service. Complementary wine and cheese at 6: 30 pm, complementary hot spot to take out for the day, complementary bikes for the day, robes, slippers and nespresso maker in the rooms.

Loved this place and all the staff, had an amazing time here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a hotel near the Old Town.

Restaurante de ambiente elegante y muy tranquilo, cuidado diseño y servicio muy atento. Con un menú diario muy bien planteado. Los arroces perfectos de punto, como en Valencia.

Ideal para comidas de negocios.

Ayer disfruté de un masaje en su spa seguido de las aguas termales y saunas y fue estupendo. Es un lugar pequeño pero muy acogedor, muy bien decorado, con encanto y tranquilo. Las chicas fueron muy amables. Lo único negativo era que el cambiador resulta pequeño y escasas las duchas si hubiera más afluencia, aunque entiendo que controlan las entradas y siempre hay poco gante.

El tratamiento 'Love Experience' espectacular. 90 min de masaje corporal y facial. Exfoliación e hidratación combinafos con masaje relajante. Recomiendo cenar en el restaurante del mismo hotel ' d'Aprop'. Los huevos a 62° son una delicia. También los calamarcitos y las vieiras. En resumen, una tarde/ noche fantásticas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yurbban from start to end. The staff was excellent, (M you are a star!) very helpful and friendly. The rooms stylish and quiet, despite its central location. We walked everywhere from the hotel, there are plenty of sights, restaurants and bars nearby. The rooftop pool with amazing views of Barcelona the icing on the cake, wishing we could have stayed longer. Sadly we did not have time to try the spa, next time for sure!

Had such a great stay here. Staff was laidback and welcoming. We were greeted with sangria, and offered a quick personal tour of the hotel amenities. Loved the thoughtful fun touches such as the photo booth, the shuffleboard and even the daily wine meet ups for guests of the hotel.
The room itself was comfortable. Only downside was perhaps the weak water pressure for the showers, but this seems to be based on environment concerns.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, warm, fun stay.

C'est pas mal car l'emplacement est bon, la deco et les services au top mais les chambres manquent cruellement d'insonorisation!
