El género más "económico" directamente es "malo". Y conviene repasar el ticket para que no te la metan doblada.

I think the staff is very rude. Every time I've been there I left annoyed but either the attitude of the woman, or by some comment or the way she answer. I think she is very rude and today she went too far with the comment she made.
