Este complejo es uno de los más conocidos de la zona. Llevo mucho tiempo quedándome aquí. Si te quedas unas cuantas noches no te decepcionarás.

Ubicación perfecta. A sólo 10 minutos andando del Estadio Santiago Bernabeu (Estadio del Real Madrid). Fácil acceso a la ciudad ya que existen paradas de autobús y estación de tren a pocos metros. Delicioso desayuno también.

Un hotel no muy lejos del centro con muchas conexiones y un trato increible. Jonatan en el desayuno y la camarera igual de agradable (siento no acordarme del nombre). El desayuno buffet muy rico y con la variedad justa e ideal. Instalaciones impolutas y acogedoras. También agradecer al personal de Front Desk. Unos auténticos caballeros y auténticas damas

Gran hotel con excelente personal. Mi hermana se cortó la mano e inmediatamente nos consiguieron un taxi para llevarnos al hospital. Además están muy cerca del real madrid.

Un hotel excepcional.

La cama enorme, muy cómoda y agradable.

El baño y la ducha con efecto lluvia increíble.

Todo es muy nuevo y está limpio, la decoración es bonita y el desayuno está muy bien.

Perfecto para negocios y para huir del centro centro con todo ese bullicio, que además tiene la parada de metro justo enfrente.

Buenas habitaciones, buena ubicación, muy mal servicio de Internet, el desayuno es básico para el costo y nivel del hotel

The hotel itself is nice and well located. Clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately it is very noisy and you can hear everything that's happening in the hall. We were woken up few times in the middle of the night. The Wi-fi is very poor so impossible to do any work or browse if you use it. The cleaning staff are super friendly but the staff at reception are terrible and quite rude. The way the speak to you makes you think they forget we are paying their salaries. Won't come back to this one.

Estuve en la cafetería del hall. Tienen unos aparatitos muy modernos para avisar a los camareros, pero no sirven para nada, después de 20' conseguí pedir algo.

Servicio excelente y habitaciones de primera calidad. Centrico en Madrid. Totalmente recomendable.

Great stay, lovely hotel, located in the town near to convenience for basics and the Madrids Stadium bearly 500meters.
But the staff are not at all hospitable.
With such a nice and well equipped hotel it can do so much better if the they can provide good customer services and friendly employees.

Buen hotel, lejos del centro de Madrid pero bien comunicado.
Mejor no coger desayuno pues sale caro y a la salida del hotel en la esquina puedes desayunar bien y económico.

The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. However, that is where the good points end, it's very noisy and the rooms have such poor sound insulation, a toilet flush can be heard from several rooms away. The hotel also has a large number of flight crews staying, they arrive in the middle of the night and the noise will wake all but the heaviest of sleepers.

The WiFi in the rooms is also very poor, with my meetings constantly dropping connections. I ended up just using my 4G connection on my phone. This is just unacceptable for a hotel that rargets the business traveller.

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias, limpias y cama muy cómoda, tiene secador y tabla de planchar, cuarto de baño grande. En una ubicación accesible y céntrica para todo. El desayuno muy completo. Con parking.

Una habitación increíble, pero escuchas cuando el vecino va al baño y escuchas las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado. Nada de aislante acústico en las paredes o techos.
Las personas que trabajan allí son encantadoras.
El colchón es buenísimo!

Decent location. Surrounded with restaurants, groceries place and mall. Room is quite spacious and clean. Preferably end of the corridor room to get 2 windows on all side of the room for better view.

Hotel located slightly off the heart of Madrid but all is walking distance. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are just round the corner.

Lobby was clean and chic. With nice decor, relaxing to the eyes and even more relaxing to chill in.

Room is clean and tidy. Linens and towels white and clean with no smell. That's a good sign.

Habitaciones muy ruidosas, se escucha todo ya sea desde el pasillo y desde fuera el trafico.
No puedes dar una habitación a un cliente y que no funcione la ducha del techo, efecto lluvia.
El desayuno una decepción total.
Lo bueno la ubicación.

Hotel moderno y funcional, frecuentado por pilotos y azafatas/os de conpañíaa aereas y por empresarios y empleados de compañías que actúan en Madrid. Disponen de una cafetería-restaurante con comida aceptable y un desayuno buffet completo, salas de reuniones y gimnasio. Muy bien situado en La Castellana y cerca del Bernabeu, quedé contento.

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms. Loads of bars and Tapas in the neighbourhood. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent.

Para mí, uno de los mejores Hoteles de Madrid. Ubicación, profesionalidad, excelentes instalaciones y confort.

Buena ubicación. Desayuno muy justito. Jamón Iberico, quizás los extranjeros se lo crean. Grandes frigos, el domingo estaban sin frío, para 4 bandejas tristes de jamón cocido, pechuga de pavo, queso y jamón barato. La fruta: el kiwi pocho.

Un buen sido para tener una reunión con clientes, ameno y elegante aunque un caro, 8€ por un té verde normal me pareció excesivo.

Todos los dias colapsan un carril de sor angela de la cruz. Una verguenza. Y la policia municipal no hace nada

Lo conozco sólo para realizar reuniones y las instalaciones son muy buenas con una atención muy correcta de todo el personal. Además su ubicación hacen un punto clave para alojar invitados a eventos.

Expected more. Five years ago I stayed for two nights at the hotel, just like now, and was very happy with the stay. This time I did not like the room soundproofing (1117) - both from the neighbouring rooms and from the Castellana. The windows, which are locked, seem to not close completely, as you can hear all the cars and feel the breeze. In all other aspects, it was ok. Hotel is just next to the Cuzco metro station (Line 10) and you can get both to business district and city center in 15 minutes.

So I stay at the hotel for 10days (room 1012). They upgraded me to a higher floor which they told me a much quieter room. First impression: it’s very clean, cozy and bright with 2 big windows. The tool is quite equipped except no cattle to boil water.

The location is good. Close to metro station, restaurant and 24/7 supermarket 2 blocks away. I also like the bootcamp across the street (Trib3). For first timer, you can try it for free.

After a few days though, the cleaning standard went down. They didn’t replenish the water, the washroom was cleaned but not properly tidied.

Excelente ven todo, salvo una apreciación personal. Cuando se hizo la reforma se debería haber colocado una puerta entre la habitación y el baño, para evitar los ruidos del exterior.

But cleaning stafff was great. No food selection. No upgrade if you platinum status or the usual benefits you get with your status. They cheap out on those. Rooms were really small and no closet.

Excepcional ubicación si quieres conocer la zona de negocios de Madrid.

I stayed 4 nights for business purposes. Good location close to metro Cuzco. Hotel is modern well equipped, room seize is just ok. I stayed on top floor with stunning views over Madrid.
Staff at the bar/restaurant are very friendly however the quality and choice of the food is mediocre. Breakfast can get hectic at peak moments, good nespresso coffee makes up for it. This hotel is a notch better then the AC hotel Aitana which is 100 meter down the road.

Un hotel de negocios muy elegante, muy tranquilo y muy bien situado.
Es un hotel muy grande pero muy agradable. El servicio muy amable.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Las camas grandes y cómodas. La televisión plana LG de muy buena calidad. La WiFi no especialmente buena y, por ello, estuve todo el tiempo tirando de 4G que en Madrid es excelente.
Tiene un hall muy grande y acogedor, con un bar y una zona de trabajo muy cómoda que te permite trabajar y tomar algo. Tiene servicio de mesa con pulsadores inalambricos.
Dispone de un gimnasio de los más completos que he visto. Abierto 24 horas y con toallas y servicio de agua fresca. Todo muy bien cuidado. Las máquinas de correr y las bicis estáticas son de muy buena calidad.
Cogimos el desayuno (gratuito si pagas con Visa y por adelantado) y es magnífico. Muy variado y en bufet libre.
Lo tomaremos en cuenta al volver a Madrid.

Uno de los hoteles más grandes y lujosos de la cadena, que se suele distinguir por la uniformidad de todos sus establecimientos.
Situado en el centro del núcleo de negocios de Madrid, cuenta con un fácil acceso desde cualquier parte de la ciudad y con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia agradable ya sea por trabajo o por placer.
La altura del edificio permite unas destacables vistas desde las plantas más altas.

Muy bien situado al lado de la Castellana.
Habitaciones standard amplias.
Lo mejor los cuatro ascensores que llegan rápido cuando lo necesitas.
En el desayuno resulta algo incómodo tener que abrir la puerta de las vitrinas refrigeradas donde ofrecen los zumos, agua, embutidos.por lo demás, más o menos lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas superior.

Buena ubicacion. El personal muy amables y atentos (as). La habitacion confortable. Excelente para combinacion del transporte publico. Mis proximas vacaciones ahi estare. Saludos

Really nice hotel. Good food, nice staff. Not upscale but clean and modern. Standard bathroom products. My hair conditioner was already open. I guess an oversight of the cleaning staff.

I’m used the staying at Marriott hotels in the US. This is my first AC hotel. My star rating was a hard decision as I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels than this in Spain but I would give it four starts if I stayed in here in the US.

The service was friendly and efficient. The 1st floor was modern and classy. The room was clean and met our needs. There was a stocked minibar, a sofa, a shower, and a small closet. The room is a bit smaller than a US Marriott, Fairfield, or Courtyard but it was adequate. There was a small flat screen by US standards with multi language cable. The room has a safe. The bathroom came with a ton of amenities.

Platinum Benefits - Not as good as the US. No breakfast included. Was told it cost 22 Eros. Opted for 500 points as my platinum gift for our two night stay. No issues with Wi-Fi.

P. S. If your superstitious there is no 13th floor button on the elevator but we all know if your room is on the 14th floor you’re really on the 13th so your screwed.or is it the 12th floor since what the US hotels call the 1st floor Spanish hotels call zero. Wait we’re on the 12th floor.arghhhh.

It is a good hotel but I would expect more from this type and level of hotel. It is well located and access to tje airport is fast using the subway.

Excelente hotel, bien situado, limpio y espacioso y con un trato esquisito y muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y amplias, y disponen de una cafetera Nespresso para tomar en la habitacion. El personal de recepcion es rapido, educado y profesional. Check in y check out rapido y eficiente. Es un hotel que te hace sentir "en casa"

Hotel de gran calidad situado en una zona muy céntrica de Madrid. Disponible el acceso a taxis de forma inmediata, y cercanía con el transporte público.
