Ubicadas en la T4, cerca de la salida al Metro. Para un transbordo rápido y si no quieren salir del aeropuerto, cumplen perfectamente su función. No asequibles.

El lugar es fantástico por su ubicación y limpieza, el único detalle es que no lo encontré tan fácilmente. No hay que salir de la terminal 4, solo bajar al último piso y ahí preguntar

Hotel demasiado sencillo para el importe cobrado. Estaba limpio, pero necesitaba ayuda para mirar televisión y acceder a Internet. No volveré.

Cumple su función para ser un buen lugar para alojarse antes de un vuelo.definitivamente solo 1 noche

Excelente lugar para pasar el tiempo hasta que tomes tu vuelo, si tienes conexión y vas a pasar la noche ¡es genial! Reserve con anticipación ya que las habitaciones pueden estar caducadas. Es posible tomarlo durante 6 horas o 3 horas.

Excelente lugar para poder descansar antes de tu siguiente vuelo, están súper aisaladas lo que hace que puedas descansar mejor. Altamente recomendadas

Es una buena solución para acortar las esperas de los trasbordo en el aeropuerto.

All was ok at the hotel, kind people at the reception, room was good and clean.
Breakfast, unpolite people, you don't pay in advance, no breakfast. At the end I manage to take my breakfast and pay at the check out.

Un lugar que impresiona agradable desde el exterior. La habitación bonita pero lucía algo abandonada por las paredes sucias, y un dispositivo electrónico colgando. En la noche fue difícil descansar, se escuchaba bastante ruido. El servicio de desayuno fue bueno. El caballero que nos atendió muy amable y atento. Muy buen personal.

Perfecte locatie, prima functionele badkamer. Kamers zijn erg klein, zonder ramen naar buiten en erg gehorig (metro).

Muy bonito lugar para pasar la noche, cerca del aeropuerto. Además el restaurante muy bueno, al igual que el personal del hotel. El hotel cuenta con trasporte hacia el aeropuerto.

Just plain awful. Carpet was disgustingly dirty and walls all scuffed with dark marks, hate to think of what the mattresses hold. Save yourself the money and hassle if you’re leaving from terminal 2, which is a long bus ride away, and just stay in Madrid and taxi out. Room was very expensive for what it offered.

Ok to stay awaiting a flight, room functional and clean but very expensive compared with equivalent air hotels

I made a reservation online to check in on Sep. 11,2022. But, because of the Lufthansa pilot strike, my trip got interrupted, so I contacted the hotel immediately on Sep. 2nd 2022 to explain that there is no plane for me to take at this time because of the strike, I have to cancel the reservation, and they refuse to return my money back, event part of them. They refuse to help any person who got affected by any disaster.even if I called them 10 days earlier before my check-in date to cancel the reservation. I spent 209 dollars to learn this lesson.and will never ever again booking this Brand. Please be smarter people, there are more hotel elsewhere would like to help when you are in a disaster situation!

Muy buena atención, habitaciones chica, servicio hay una heladera pero esta vacia tendría q tener como en otros hoteles que estuve dnd estaban cargadas luego una paga.la ubicacion es unica para mi fue barbara me vine una noche antes de salir mi vuelo, con respecto al precio compensa x la ubicacion. Ruidoso si si y bue estamos en el sotano del aeropuerto dnd también hay tenes

Muy caro para lo que es.
Habitación pequeña y sin ventana, ya que esta en el sótano del mismo aeropuerto.
Se escucha el ruido del tren, ya que tiene estación al lado.
Es muy practico si estas de transito ya que no tienes que abandonar el aeropuerto para nada, por lo demás carísimo para lo que ofrece.

El hotel está genial. Las habitaciones Muy espaciosas, limpias (las sábanas olían a canela). Muy conveniente para quienes van a viajar temprano.

Es una muy buena opcion para cuando se tienen pocas horas de conexión y se quiere descansar. La habitacion esta muy bien, no tiene ventanas porque esta en el subsuelo de la T4. Personal atento. Recomendable.

Hotel Carísimo dentro del mismo aeropuerto, la habitación pequeña, duermes como si estuvieras en el pasillo, no hay vasos en el baño, ni una máquina de vending para un agua o un snack. Una pena que te venda una imagen que dista mucho con lo que es en realidad, por supuesto que no volveré nunca que pena de sitio y que caro para lo poquísimo que ofrece. Mi puntuación 0

Ranking low due to conflicting information. I landed in Madrid and first thing I did was book a room in this hotel online, when I got to the desk I saw a sign that said no available rooms, I tried to check and said I had a reservation, they told me the site must not have been updated.

A mi humilde entender este hotel conoció mejores épocas, no me parece que aún se publicite como 4 estrellas.

Demasiado caro para lo que es, fotos muy bonitas pero nada que ver, 0 ventilación, la habitación muy cutre, solo una sábana para taparse, no funcionaba la tv, pelos en las sábanas, el ruido de los aviones toda la noche, en fin, 200€ una noche en la que en teoría pago la habitación “de luxe” y ni el deluxe del sálvame he podido ver al no funcionar la tv, cómodo por no tener que salir, pero precio excesivo para lo que es en sí.

You do pay a premium for staying in the airport but I found the room, staff and general experience perfect for an overnight layover. Shower was better than some "nicer" hotels I have stayed at in the past.
If I need it, will book again

Worst check in experience posible. Terrible rooms. We thought it would be convenient as it’s in the airport but it’s just an awful place with rude and inefficient staff.

Stains on carpet in room, aircon and TV did not work. Food (dinner and breakfast) is terrible, better to go hungry. Was initially overcharged for dinner, but when I requested the receipt the overcharges were refunded.

A little bit noise but because is inside at the T4. It is really good to be near departures in the morning.

Good rooms, easy to find on the first floor (bottom floor) of terminal 4. Check-in took 2 minutes. Rooms are clean and spacious for its purpose. Bathroom good too. It’s pricey for the type accommodation but worth the convenience.

This hotel is about twice the price of other options outside of the Madrid airport, but sometimes location is everything. Super-convenience and minimizing exposure to SARS-CoV-2 counts for quite a bit.
Check-in was professional and very friendly, the rooms are clean but quite small, and you're only two floors down from the departure area with access to a few restaurants/food shops.
Look for the black and white vertical striped structure near the Terminal 4 entrance from the train.

Il costo di 152 euro a notte non giustifica per niente quello che ricevi.
La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è ridicola.
La comodità è la posizione dell'hotel, se devi ripartire alla mattina presto sei in aeroporto, ecco il perché delle due stelle date.

Wi-fi inexistante, chambre spartiate sans âme et très bruyante (sous les escaliers mécaniques il y a une vibration toute la nuit dans la chambre), service très très basique: ne répond pas au téléphone, Check-in sans sourire, chambre sans fenêtre, le stricte minimum, pas Un seul endroit où accrocher les chemises, pas de fer à repasser. La seule chose intéressante est le faite que l'hôtel soit dans l'aéroport pour tout le reste ça dépasse pas les deux étoiles basique, Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais

Cozy and clean room with all amenities for a short stay. Serves the purpose of a hotel inside an airport perfectly. There are not many rooms, so it is recommended to book in advance.

You're paying for the convenience of staying beneath the terminal. WiFi was mediocre and required a reconnect every half hour or so. Room was nice but spartan. If you have the time to stay at a place with a shuttle for less take it!

This is between five and a one stars. Five stars: Absolutely perfect for overnight connection, lovely front desk guy, clean/modern room.but. One star: . No window and rubbish aircon which makes for a very stuffy room and bad night's sleep.

Spacious rooms, pretty clean and decent. I just wish they could have their own WiFi, because using free WiFi from the airport is not really unique. Breakfast included could be better. Tv channels are interesting. Price is a little bit expensive but it was a good experience.

The room was incredibly hot, A/C wasnt working properly or just wasnt strong at all. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone outside thevroom. We booked a double bed but we were given to tiny beds togheter. Room was spacious and reasonably clean. All in all way too expensive for a poor night sleep

Stayed here for a night, well it was quite confusing to find the hotel. Other than that nice clean rooms, great service, good support from staff.

Booked a night and I entered a check in date and check out date because I had a 13 hour lay over in Madrid and paid $45 euros then i received a confirmation email for a shower and breakfast only! When I asked for refund they refused! What a scam!

Muy conveniente su ubicación y se puede descansar bien antes del viaje. Restaurantes y tiendas cerca del sitio. Amaneces en el aeropuerto cerca de los desks de todas aerolíneas.

Somthing inside the room makes an alarm like noise once an hour. Waking you up every time. Being next to the airport, of course you stay here for some extra comfort and you get the opposite. No sleep, no windows, no door to the toilet if you share the room.

The bathroom door is see through which is too much information to know about your spouse/partner. Unless you need to get to the airport super early, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Excelente! Ideal para quedarse si tienes un vuelo en horas. Sus instalaciones son de primera. Tiene el área de cafetería las 24 horas que esta incluido en el precio.
Si bien no es barato te sale convemiente, ya que taxi a Madrid sale €30, ida y vuelta €60. Y además cargar las maletas, buscar hotel, comida.
Las dos ocasiones que tenia que esperar en Madrid fue la mejor opción quedarnos allí. Descansamos a plenitud

We needed a short nap and a long shower after a full fay of travel - the Air Rooms was an excellent choice to fix this! Clean and bright with friendly staff.

Beautiful rooms, although far too expensive for what you get. The train runs right next to the rooms, so you can hear and feel it every few minutes, all night. Also, very hard to find in the airport due to a lack of signs and elevators that don't go to the floor it's located on. Ibis Aeropuerto Madrid is a much better option: free shuttle, cheaper, includes restaurant and a bar, too.

Ótimo atendimento! Facilitou minha viagem. O banheiro é grande, o quarto tem televisão e frigobar.

A little bit difficult to find. No directions inside the airport. Simply take the travelator down to the last level. You will not miss Air rooms. The breakfast is not a “waouh” one but still fair enough.
The most important: rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and the bathroom is great.
Much recommend for very long connecting flights!

Almost earns 5 stars from me; the location could not be more convenient, the bed as comfortable as possible, the peace and quiet was enjoyed. However.there is one very weird feature that needs to be mentioned: the en-suite bathroom door is *transparent*! Who on earth thought that would be a great idea? Worse still, the very same door closes over the wardrobe when slid the other way. Oh how we laughed as we fought to access both our clothes and bathroom at the same time.

A little difficult to find. In T4 arrivals, As you exit the down escalator that leads to the Renfe and metro entrances, turn left and head the opposite direction behind the escalator. You will find the Air Rooms entrance in a hallway 50 meters on your left. Used for day use (choice of 3 or 6 hour stay) and it met our need for a rest. Windowless room but otherwise your basic hotel room. Included use of buffet area for soft drinks, has continental breakfast if you're there in the morning.
