Las visitas guiadas por el Museo Del Prado y el Reina Sofía fueron de 10! La atención y dedicación de Helena ha sido lo mejor del tour.

Fuimos al Museo del Prado y tuvimos la suerte de que Helena fuese nuestra guía. La calidad y profundidad que adquirían sus explicaciones nos hacían trasladarnos a cada una de las épocas que íbamos recorriendo en los cuadros pictóricos. La recomendamos plenamente.

Estupendo el tour por el Reina Sofía. Helena era un encanto y nos lo hizo superameno. Logró que entendiéramos un poquito mejor el arte contemporáneo. Gracias!

Khan fue nuestro guía turístico, ¡Julian nos llevó! Que gran equipo. Aprendimos mucho y disfrutamos nuestro recorrido. ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta!

Compramos con ellos unas entradas para visitar la Alhambra y el Generalife, 45 €/persona. Cuando nos personamos allí nos dicen que la entrada únicamente vale para los jardines, el Generalife y la Alcazaba, que de entrar a la Alhambra nada, y nos dan una entrada que vale 10.61€. En esa misma situación nos encontramos unas 40 personas que nos hemos trasladado a Granada a ver la Alhambra y nos quedamos con cara de tontos.
El guía nos dice que él no pertenece a la agencia, que a él lo llaman la noche anterior para preguntarle si quiere hacer de guía para lo que ampara la entrada que nos dan y ya está, que es la última vez que trabaja con esta agencia porque es un timo.
Llamo a la agencia y no me contestan al teléfono. Por la tarde llamo y me dicen que ellos interpretan que la Alhambra es todo el recinto, que los jardines también son la Alhambra, pero que les mande un correo. Si se dignan a contestar lo pondré para bien o para mal

Our 4 hour tour of the Prado and Reina Sofia museums in Madrid was disappointing and poorly organised. Our guide was over 30 minutes late with no apology or explanation. We only spent an hour in the Prado and after awhile in the second museum we left the group as we were unable to hear (the audio guides the guide bought with him weren’t working) and by that point had been on the tour for over 4 hours- most of which involved waiting around rather than viewing art works. I would not use this company again or recommend this tour.

La esperiancia fue malísima! Nos vendieron una visita a la Alhambra de Granada, preparamos el viaje desde Madrid espacialmente para la visita a la Alhambra y el día anterior cuando ya estábamos en Granada con el desembolso de gasto de viaje y hotel echo me mandan un correo diciendo que no han podido conseguir las entradas para los palacios Nazaríes. Nos decolgatodo el grupo que éramos unas 50 personas y solo nos dijeron que nos devolverían 10 euros por la entrada de los palacios. No recomiendo esta agencia para nada.

Awesome Tour of Toledo, Segovia, and Avila. About 12 hour tour, but well worth it. Khan was an excellent tour guide, he made it fun and very interesting all the history of the cities.

Enviamos el mail con los datos y pasaportes que nos solicitaron.
Hoy jueves 4 de Mayo de 2023, al presentarnos con nuestro supuesto Guia, nos informa que nos cancelaron los tickets y que no podremos ingresar. Jamás me enviaron un correo o un llamado para notificarme nada. Mañana ya partimos de Granada y gracias a la inoperancia de la agencia nos vamos sin podes conocer el icono de la ciudad.

Terrible experience, extremely unprofessional agency. The tour guide left us behind at the sword factory Toledo, and customer service center was very unhelpful and tried to pin all the blame us and even said that they did not stop at the sword factory (apparenty I jumped out of a moving bus)

Would not recommend this agency to anyone

Hice el tour a Toledo y Segovia en un día. Toledo me supo a poco. Fue un tour realmente express y no pudimos recrearnos en ver nada por dentro. En cambio, nos llevaron a una fabrica de artesanía para que comprasemos souvenirs en las que estuvimos casi una hora. Desde mi punto de vista podrían habernos dejado ese tiempo en Toledo para que cada uno se hubiese recreado en lo que más le hubiese interesado.

Do NOT use them. I'd give them a zero for customer service if that was possible. We were at the Palace in Madrid waiting for 45 minutes for the tour guide. My husband found a statute of Isabel II in the garden area where we waited - having never been there before, the directions for meeting were not clear. And, we were at the wrong statue. But, that is where maps took us. Tired from traveling, maybe we should have looked into multiple statues of Isabel II. Or, maybe the directions could have been more clear. We did not hear from the agency, and called two minutes after the meeting time (because the number was not on our print out so I had to search for it), and the woman at Amity said they had just left to go inside. I cannot tell you how upsetting this was. We were a bit late for a tour in Seville (NOT this agency) because we could not find parking, and they called us. They waited 5 minutes for us. They get 5 stars. So my thought was. Email us. Call our cell phones. Anything to see if we were delayed somehow. Now, doesn't that seem logical? The woman from Amity told me that they do not call or try to contact people who are not there and that for us, it was too late, the tour guide went inside already, and there was no contacting him or making amends to us. She did NOT ask if we were available to reschedule, she said they will NOT compensate or return any money. Any effort to make amends would have satisfied me. A very kind guard took us inside after we explained what happened, and we had to pay for admission again. We missed our tour, and we paid twice. Amigo Tours does not care.

Hicimos una visita guiada por Italia (Florencia y Pisa)   Primero la guia llego 20 minutos más tarde que el chofer y luego no explicó absolutamente nada. Daba una pequeña introducción arriba del micro y al llegar a la ciudad caminabamos hasta el punto de encuentro pero nunca agregaba algun dato sobre la ciudad mientras caminabamos. Llegamos a Pisa hermoso todo pero no supimos q eran las construcciones y sus caracteristicas ni la finalidad de la torre. Lo mismo en Florencia. Sólo por Google  pude informarne. Nos dejaba en la ciudad para recorrer y no hablaba de la historia del lugar algun dato. Pésima esta guia nada de nada. Es una pena porq hubiera sido muy rico y ágil recorrer el lugar y no perder tiempo leyendo.

My partner tested positive for Covid and I called amigo Tours to see if we could change our dates for a tour. We were within 24 hours and wanted to see if we could change the date to five days away. Amigo said absolutely not, you were out of the window of cancellation but we will be most happy to cancel your reservation and book you a brand new one at full cost. I was never more disgusted. I was not seeking a refund, I only wanted to change the date so we could be safe for other travelers. I highly recommend Viator or get tours, both companies will allow changes and are happy to do so.

Esta excursión, resultó fenomenal, el guía muy profesional, se notó que sabía del tema y lo explicaba muy bien, que conocía los lugares a visitar y hacía que uno se interesara en ellos. El conductor muy profesional y amable.los lugares excelentes, muy bella la historia y la vista.

Mis hijas y yo fascinada realmente encontré un muy buen descuento con ustedes pero la calidad de lujo, los guías del tour excepcional a nadie más se les explico con tanto detalle como a nosotros. Lo disfrutamos mucho

Wie booked two tours with Amigo Tours for Park Güell and Sagrada Familia. Both guides were really nice and could explain all the important stuff in and proper English.

We arrived rushing to meeting point. Guide showed up 10 min late, sick with No Voice. Tour company quickly arranged for another guide to meet us and we were the first group to arrive at the gate for entry. First the positives. Our tour guide was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The biggest problem, however, is that we could not hear her. The headsets provided to us through the palace all carried a tremendous amount of static. Sound quality was a little better if standing close to the guide. This was a group of 21 people, so it was not possible for all of us to stand near the guide. The tour also felt quite rushed. When attempting to read signs related to the area we were in, group was already moving on. Honestly, probably would have enjoyed the self guided audio tour much better.

We booked Amigo Tours for a guided tour of the Prado Museum. The tour started late as the guide only went to buy the tickets after the supposed time that it was meant to start. We were made to stand under the sun for almost half an hour while waiting. The group size was too big (25 people), instead of the 'small group' as advertised. This large group size was not conducive to allowing proper participation in the tour, and not to mention the false advertising - we certainly would not have joined the tour if the ad truthfully stated that the group size was 20+ people. The tour was also conducted in two languages, French and English, even though the advertisement said that it was an all-English tour and not bilingual. This meant that it took more time for the guide to explain something twice, instead of us being able to move on quickly for the sake of time efficiency. At 1 hour and 15 mins after the tour start, the guide had only been able to show us about 5 paintings due to the large amount of time wasted as a result of the guide's being disorganized. We had to drop out of the tour and just go around the museum ourselves, as we felt that the tour diminished our experience of the Prado Museum.

Muy buena organización el guía daniel super chistoso y amable. Me cayo super bien solo los del restaurante eran medio pesados pero no tiene nada que ver con el tour.

Did three tours in Barcelona through the GoCity pass and learnt so much on each one. I attended a tour of La Sagrada Familia; Parc Guell and a tour of the Gothic Quarter with Pintxos.

The guides were passionate and knew a lot of detail that you wouldn't possibly find out otherwise. Each was well paced and presented in a light, friendly tone.

Two of the tours had Spanish speaking attendees and each guide had different approaches to conducting bilingual explanations. I listened to whichever came first (English or Spanish) and was pleasantly surprised to find they pretty much kept to a script in both; there were minimal changes and everyone got the same information.

Booked two tours through the Barcelona Go City pass. Our tour guide Marc, the same for both tours was great! Very knowledgeable about the monuments and fun. We were disappointed that our tour for Sagrada Familia was rescheduled at the last minute after we booked it weeks in advance. I have seen others complain about this same issue and yet it continues to occur. If this wasn't a recurring problem for the company, I would've rated it 5 stars. It is important to honor your commitments to your customers.

Te cambian las citas sin previo aviso, no te dan opciones y encima te cambian el tour en español por uno en inglés. Recomiendo buscar otra opción.

Específicamente de la actividad, el precio vale cada centavo, es muy completo, y recomiendo totalmente este plan. Los lugares son maravillosos, la comida es deliciosa, la historia explicada es clara sea en español o en inglés

Cuidado con Amigo Tours España, proveedor de Civitatis.

Tenia una reserva (tur guiado por el Museo del Prado) a la que no pude asistir debido a que, Renfe cercanías, suspendió sin avisar, dos trenes que podía haber tomado para llegar a tiempo, tengo un justificante de renfe. A pesar de solicitar un cambio de hora o que me mantuvieran la entrada al museo sin el guia o devolución del dinero, no hicieron nada, escudándose en su politica de cancelación y en que su proveedor no lo admite.
Por eso, aviso: cuidado con, Amigo Tour España, proveedor de Civitatis, que si te ocurre un impresvisto, aún con un justificante que explique que la no asistencia es por culpa de un tercero, estos se lavan las manos y no hacen ni lo mas mínimo por ayudarte.

Tomamos 2 tours con ellos, en la Sagrada Familia y Parc Guell, los guías fueron muy amables, te facilitan un radio para escucharlos mejor. Los recorridos agradables, aunque escuché información adicional de otro guía cerca a nosotros en la Sagrada Familia. El tour en verano a las 2 pm en el parque es un horario difícil por la intensidad del sol. Sería mejor tipo 4 o 5 pm

Empresa muy formal y que realizan excelentes Tours yo tome el de Salamanca-Avila y el de Toledo-Segovia y ambos excelentes, los guías muy bien preparados y agradables, los autobuses que utilizan están en excelentes condiciones.

Excelente información por los guías, prepárense para tomar el sol porque realmente se aprovecha el tiempo para conocer todo

Cancelaron el tour al palacio real y no nos avisaron a mi esposa y a mi. Muy poco profesionales. No los recomendaría nunca. Esto fue el 11 de junio del 2022.

Hicimos nuestra reservacion utilizando la GOCITY Pass de Barcelona. Nos encanto la manera en que Manu nos dio el recorrido y nos explico a detalle sobre la sagrada familia y el Park Güell. Los recomendamos 100%

Mooie rondleiding door Royal Palace of Madrid. Werkelijk prachtige locatie, prima gids die ons een goed beeld gaf van de historie van het paleis, aanrader!

My boyfriend and I booked Amigo Tours through the Barcelona Go City Pass and we had a great time! My one point of concern was that our guided tour of La Sagrada Familia by Amigo Tours was rescheduled abruptly the day before after we had scheduled the tour a few weeks in advance. We weren't given a reason as to why the tour was rescheduled.

The guide was professional and she knew her work. However the site has to more clearly state that the tour is in English and Spanish by the same person. So half of us had to wait while the guide was speaking the other language. Not very nice….

Beware of this company. They were oblivious of professionalism & how to navigate a computer glitch.
No ear piece/ hearing device for the tour was included. It is a very busy, fairly loud museum with multiple tours happening at once.
Every other tour had ear pieces - which allows patrons to view art & move around while still hearing the guide & getting the information on the art history.
It's absolutely ridiculous this company doesn't include the hearing aides.
Our guide said the computer system was down & they couldn't access our tickets. (we asked the Prado, they're system was not down)
Amigo tours had a computer issue.
However, they could just buy tickets - as we had all paid already, and deal with the Prado later.
They decided to do that at 10: 45.

For 20+ people! We waited well over an hour. Plus arrived at 9: 30am (very early) as they requested to be ready for the tour starting at 9: 45. However-
The Prado opens at 10am!
The tour was rushed & really uncomfortable.
No one could hear as the guide was wearing a mask. Many people fell off & gave up because it wasn't possible to hear.
Amigo Tours Truly wasted our time & caused so much frustration.
We are hoping to get a refund.
Praying this company does the right thing.
