Las fotografías son mucho mejor que realmente estás vendiendo. Todo en el apartamento está viejo, deteriorado y sucio. Las paredes no las han limpiado en años, el frigorífico tiene una mole de hielo en su interior y tiene las cajoneras rotas. No recomendaría este hotel para hospedarse nunca, por más céntrico que este.

Bien ubicado. Pero no esperéis vistas espectaculares. Es sólo para dormir y poco más. Muy completo el equipamiento

Localización perfecta, ideal para familias. Muy limpio. Útiles de cocina mejorables. En nuestro apartamento no funcionaba el secador del baño. Lo menos bueno es el portal de acceso y la dificultad para las comunicaciones con recepción. En cualquier caso repetiríamos.

Pra el precio que te cobran esta bien, eso si no busques mucho lujo porque no tiene.la ubicacion es perfecta.

Laa fotos no se correspondian con las que aparecian en booking, habiamos reservado para 5 persomas y el apartamento era para 4, olía mal, los radiadores no funcionaban, solo 3 vasos, el trato del personal dejaba mucho que desear. Muy mala experiencia!

Muy mal. La recepcionista bastante estúpida, el apartamento habiamos reservado para 5 y habia 4 camas. Las 2 ventanas que tiene daban a un patio interior. El apartamento olía mal. Muy mal en gemeral y muy caro para lo que es.
No vayan!

Existían salideros de agua, la lavadora no funcionaba, la puerta del baño no cerraba, a pesar de coordinar previamente cancelación de varios días me hicieron pagar un mes completo y la administración se negó a devolmerme el dinero, no existe buena gestión para la limpieza.

Apartamentos a buen precio para pasar unos días en Madrid. Pero mala dirección y gestión por parte de la empresa

It was a decent apartment for the price. I personally liked it, but especially for the location. I didnt get any towels the first oh bt checking which sucked, but they're are tons of department stores. When they say washer and dryer, they mean drying rack. But all in all i give this apartment 4 stars because i woulf definitely come back. The location is really everything depsite the minor things.

A horrid experience. When I got off the late night train from Barcelona, we went to the apartments. Previously, we were told that they would have a receptionist 24/7. We ended up ringing reception for half an hour. There was no one to pick up the phone at any of the phone numbers provided. Finally after around 40 minutes and lots of frustration, we managed to find a hotel very close to our hotels and managed to find a suite there. Would not recomment AM and will not be booking there again.

Not recommended. At all. Our apartment was in a great location, Calle de Atocha. However, the apartment directly above ours is owned/rented by young holligans who partied every night until past 3 AM. The paper thin walls made our two nights there very unpleasant. Management is generally difficult to get ahold of; turns out they knew about the problem but could do nothing about it. Of course, they give no mention of this problem in their sales materials, and did not offer to compensate us for our inconvenience. A mistake that I hope others will avoid.
