I bought this product back in March. Support from Fernando Arenas Álvarez was excellent in helping me to order the product. Product was delivered on time, but later on it developed a small fault. When I contacted Fernando, he organized the pickup on FedEx and then delivered the repaired product on time by FedEx. The whole pickup and delivery process was handled without any cost to the customer (me). It seems there was a problem with the seal and the water started to leak in the inner mechanism and thus damaged the workings. Overall, the product is very well designed. The after sales support was extremely effective (especially this had to cross a country border). I have not come across this kind of customer support often. Many thanks to Fernando and his team and Arelia now has another satisfied customer.

Si duda el Acqua Tempus es un producto de futuro, un producto que auna sencillez, eficacia, ahorro y cuidado del medio ambiente al mismo tiempo. En mi hogar ha supuesto, no sólo un ahorro importante en agua y energía, sino también una concienciación sobre un recurso tan preciado como es el agua. Ideal para familias con adolescentes. Very happy with the Acqua Tempus, well designed, easy to install and to use, I am saving lots of water and gas with it. The negative point is the price, a bit too expensive.
