Excelente precio, cancelación gratis y coberturas con seguro a todo riesgo y sin franquicia, sin las típicas sorpresas en la oficina de alquiler de "paga este seguro adicional o si rozas el coche un milímetro tendrás que pagar unos 300 euros". Si no es por ellos habríamos desistido de hacer nuestro viaje. Atención telefónica y resolución de dudas excelente. Recomendable 100%.

I’ve leased cars through Renault twice for road trips through Europe. I just booked for a third time. There’s a new liaison company-it used to be EurodriveUsa (or something like that) now it’s AutoTT. Honestly, this is the way to go. You get a new car and insurance. And it’s cheaper than renting. There’s very little paperwork and when you’re done they take the car pretty much as is. No inspection or hidden costs. It’s a well-run professional outfit. Highly recommend it!

My pick up was at Milan Malpensa. Was met efficiently outside the baggage terminal and delivered to the warehouse a few kms away. Within 15 minutes I was on my way. Returning the car was not a problem with the same routine. People I spoke to in the States, prior to leaving and the personnel I encountered in Milan were all pleasant and helpful. Must say I was skeptical but Renault delivered and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have leased a new Renault (or once, a Dacia) through Auto-TT at least four times now and have an upcoming two-month rental beginning in just another few weeks. We have been extremely pleased with the service we received, from the initial bookings, through modifications (especially appreciated in this time of covid), the quality of the cars provided, and the smoothness of the pick up and drop off process. We are big fans of this operation and hope to continue using Auto-TT for every European trip of at least three weeks duration.

I have leased 30 Renault USA vehicles in France over the past 25 years. When the pandemic hit, the previous U. S.vendor (Wheels in Europe) went out of business. Auto-TT took over the franchise as well as their debts. Auto-TT first reimbursed us for the unfulfilled lease we had paid for with Wheels in Europe. We were unable to go to France due to travel restrictions. When we were finally able to return to France in the Fall of 2021, Auto-TT gave us a 5% discount on the car of our choice since we were long time Renault USA customers. The only minor issue was that the leased car did not come with a Crit'Air vignette. Only cars with this sticker are able to drive in metropolitan cities (including Paris) as an anti-pollution measure. I hope they include this vignette on cars in the future. We are just about to lease another car with them for Spring 2022.

I have purchased a lease from Renault for many years. This is the first time with this version. It is better than previous experiences. They have honoured discounts properly. The Technology is getting better. Overall I can recommend this as a service to use if you are staying in Europe over 14 days.

We have been using them for ten years and have been entirely satisfied with excellent service, cars, and locations. Cars have always been in perfect condition. Wouldn't use anyone else for a month long lease. We have never had a problem so can't tell how they would do if we would have one.

We have used Auto TT for multiple 25+ day rentals / short-term lease in France. The cars are brand new. Rental process (online) is easy - paperwork required, of course, but the staff is helpful in case of questions. On site in both Paris (pickup) and Bordeaux (pickup and drop off) all the employees were easy to work with. We travel to France often in summer to visit family and having a car with insurance coverage makes for peace of mind.
