Bad experience. I went to ask them if I can open an account as I am waiting for NIE (in their website written that I can open an account with passport) the guy that was at the front desk didn't tell me any information and said to me just left him my email and he will send me information within the day. And nope I didn't receive any email from him. So, The next day I went there again to and It was a woman who was in the front desk and she tell me she can not do anything can not send me an email can not give me any information because have to be the exact same guy from yesterday that can do all these things. So I called my spanish husband to talk to her and finally she said no i cannot open an account if I don't have NIE. So why did they said yes in the website. And well she said she will send me an email for more information later. Do u think I will ever have that email?

Gestión ineficaz con tiempos de tramitación inexplicables. Desidía por parte de los empleados de la oficina para con los clientes, prefieren despacharlos que atenderlos. Nula proactividad a la hora de informar al cliente

Muy buena atencion por parte de Alicia la gestora personal de mi padre. Es un placer tener una gestora tan resolutiva y siempre con una sonrisa, muy poco habitual en este sector.
