Ubicación, vecinos, negocios,. todo maravilloso. El hotel para no pensarse el volver por el trato magnífico, sin falta de un detalle. Hasta nos invitaron a un buenisimo bizcocho el domingo. Sin duda, de todas las veces que he venido a Madrid la mejor. No nos pensaremos volver de nuevo.

Pasamos dos noches allí y fue muy agradable. Es un sitio muy tranquilo pese a estar en el centro. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y más. La cama era muy cómoda, la cocina tenía de todo y el baño también. Cuidan mucho los pequeños detalles y se preocupan de que pases una buena estancia.

Hemos estado hospedadas en el hotel por 4 noches. Realmente tengo que decir que todo ha sido mejor de lo que esperábamos. El detalle de bienvenida con la nota personalizada. Una cesta con frutas y chocolate. Unas galletas con chocolate y en el area de cocina (dentro de la habitación) teníamos cafe, azúcar, vasos, platos. Realmente no nos esperábamos todo esto. La ubicación es inmejorable buena relación calidad-precio. La cama es lo suficientemente grande para personas Grandes así que no hay problema con eso. Si pudiera cambiar algo cambiaría las almohadas. El resto sin problema. Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Madrid. Nota importante en la habitación puedes encontrar una cámara Polaroid que puedes usar sin problema. También tienen lavadoras por si necesitas hacer la colada. Tienen jabón, suavizante una cocina grande para cocinar lo que necesites. Todo súper limpio y un ambiente muy tranquilo.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos celebrar nuestro aniversario en España este año. Por casualidad encontré a Bob W. Chueca durante mi planificación y reservé nuestra primera estancia con Bob. Me alegro de haberlo hecho porque ambos disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y rápido para responder en cualquier momento. El check in fue muy sencillo y la ubicación era perfecta para nuestras necesidades. Habitaciones limpias y camas cómodas.

Ubicación perfecta. Increíble alojamiento con un hermoso concepto ecológico. Todo está cuidado.
El personal de limpieza es amable. Lola fue muy acogedora y amable.
Definitivamente regresaré y les contaré a mis amigos y familiares sobre este lugar.

Nos alojamos en esta propiedad por 4 noches. La ubicación es realmente céntrica, conveniente para cualquier viaje. Nos dio miedo leer algunas críticas que decían que era una zona ruidosa dada la vida nocturna, pero nos dimos cuenta de que las habitaciones están bien insonorizadas desde el exterior.
La habitación estaba limpia y tenía el tamaño adecuado.
El único defecto es el coste de limpieza para estancias inferiores a una semana.
Por lo demás la estancia transcurrió muy bien. ¡Aconsejado!

Estaba en Madrid para ponerme al día con el trabajo y esta ubicación cumplió su propósito, brindándome las instalaciones que necesitaba para ser productivo. Aprecié las respuestas oportunas y alegres del personal a todas mis consultas. La consigna de equipaje de autoservicio era extremadamente conveniente.

We had a wonderful stay with really no complaints. It’s perfectly located with everything within 15 min walk. Room was very clean and well equipped with the kitchenette. There isn’t a front desk but they staff is incredibly responsive via phone. We had a room not facing the street so we had a very quiet stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is incredible, close to the city center and 15 minutes on foot from El Retiro. The check-in process is smooth.

The beds are dangerously confortable (you won't want to get out of them), and rooms are small but well compartimented.

Super super clean and fresh smelling️ and the care for details is amazing: in your rooms you find yoga mats, water bottles you can use, an Instax camera, a vintage video game, charging cables and personalised messages.

They offer toiletries (i was pleasantly surprised to find q-tips and makeup removing cotton pads in the bathroom!) and towels as well.

There is a common kitchen room equipped with everything you need as cooking tools and staple ingredients and there is also a luggage storage room. The staff is very nice and attentive!

Other reviews mentioned noise: it is true that the walls are thin and you can hear through them, however it was not unconfortable. Earplugs should fix it!

I cannot reccomend this place enough, it made our stay in Madrid very confortable. I would definetively try out other Bob W.locations as well

Stayed 3 nights in a room facing the main street, Fuencarral.

Great location, clean room, comfy bed and easy online check-in.

There is a WhatsApp number which you can reach for tips or any issue you can encounter. We met Claudia and Maria, very nice staff members interested in our stay, I could feel they have the hospitality passion on their blood. Kudos to them!

I had a wonderful experience at BobW hotel during my recent 3-night stay in Madrid. The check-in process was a breeze, and BobW team were great at communicating with me throughout my stay.

Located in the bustling and colourful Chueca neighbourhood, BobW is in a prime spot for exploring all that Madrid has to offer. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities, such as a video game console, high-quality coffee, an Instax camera, yoga mats, tote bags, and eco-friendly water bottles.

The fresh and vibrant design of the hotel creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I especially loved the very comfortable bed, which provided a great night's sleep.
We tried both Deluxe Chueca Design Studio w/View (pedestrian & busy Calle de Fuencarral) & Quiet Deluxe Chueca Design (cozy & tranquil).

All in all, I had a fantastic stay at BobW and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a chic and comfortable stay in Madrid. I can't wait to come back and stay here again to explore more of this vibrant city.

Everything was great. The staff is lovely and kept in touch very well. They were very attentive. I asked if there was a sewing kit available as I ripped my shirt and they bought me a new one! The rooms have yoga matts, which was very welcoming after a long flight. The room had lovely local coffee and a French press. There was an option to separate garbage for recycling, which I loved. There is a shared kitchen and two washing machines on the floor. Everything was VERY CLEAN.

Muy contentos de haber escogido estos apartamentos. Por un lado la ubicación está muy bien. El apartamento muy limpio, y equipado (secador de pelo, gel, champú.), Además te dejan detalles muy chulos como: tarjeta de bienvenida personalizada a mano, camara de fotos, esterilla para hacer yoga o lo que quieras, una bolsa de obsequio, una consola retro para jugar. La verdad que muy bien. Además el personal muy atento y amable. También te dejan la consigna para guardar tu equipaje antes o después de venir.
Repetiriamos sin duda!

La mejor decisión de hospedaje.

En Bob W.hemos podido disfrutar de la independencia que nos daría un airbnb sin renunciar a la constante atención que hubiésemos recibido en un hotel. Por no hablar de la ubicación: céntrica y muy bien comunicada con todo.

El apartamento, de estilo minimalista, y limpio como una patena, tiene todo lo que hemos necesitado durante nuestra estancia en Madrid: baño completo, camas comodísimas y una minicocina para preparar desayunos, con nevera incluida.
Se merecen una mención especial la Nintendo, con la que hemos vuelto a nuestra infancia jugando al Super Mario Bross; y la Instax 11 mini, con con la que nos llevamos unas fotitos y recuerdos imborrables de nuestro viaje. También ha sido un puntazo las dos esterillas de yoga, para quien quiera salir modo zen a la ciudad.

Fuera de lo que es la habitación, la cocina común estaba equipada como si fuese la tuya propia, con todo el mensaje necesario. Incluso había comida no perecedera básica, como arroz, pasta o lentejas para cocinarte algo a última hora.

Más allá de lo brutal de las instalaciones, lo que más nos ha gustado y hemos valorado han sido el mimo y el detalle con el que nos han cuidado, desde la bienvenida hasta la despedida. Un trato amable, atento, cercano…parecía como si nos conociésemos desde siempre, y nos han dado transmitido seguridad y confianza.

Gestion de la réservation impeccable, appartement très bien, il ne manque rien, même pas les petites surprises! En cas de problème, il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous répondre, et situation parfaite, à quelques minutes du centre. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Our first night we had a really nice room with cute decoration and touches. However, the shower was cold. So we requested for another room. But the next room smelled terrible (like sewers) and the shower was cold again. Hope we are able to get a room with warm water for the other nights.

This has to be one of the nicest places I've stayed! I had a gorgeous little studio, very clean, and in the best part of Madrid. Lovely staff and so many added extras (i.e yoga mats!). I can't wait to come back. Gracias!

Chueca is the best place to stay in madrid if you are looking to party, also Bob W Chueca is super cool. Very homey and stylish.

Estancia de tamaño algo reducido, pero no se puede pedir mucho más en esa ubicación, en pleno centro. Nuestra estancia contaba con todo lo necesario, aire acc, nevera, secador,

Y muchos detalles sorpresa que es mejor verlos una vez allí.

Como contra solo podríamos decir el tema de que no haya portero automático, pero se compensa con la fácil interacción de acceso y toda la información que te proporcionan.

Bob W.fue mi hogar durante un mes. Desde el primer momento el equipo me hizo sentir en casa.

La ubicación es excelente, situada cerca de todo y bien comunicada en transporte público.

Bob W.tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de tu estancia: una decoración actual, cocina en la mayoría de habitaciones con utensilios y nevera, y detalles para hacerte la vida más fácil y sostenible como tote bags o incluso entradas a un gimnasio de la zona.

Es una solución perfecta tanto para pasar unos días conociendo la ciudad como si buscas un lugar para una estancia más larga (digital nomads etc).

El equipo es muy amable y resolutivo. Están disponibles para ayudarte con cualquier cosa que necesites.

A tener en cuenta: la zona tiene mucha actividad y por lo tanto por la noche suele haber ruido en la calle. Tienen tapones para los oídos para los que necesiten mayor silencio para dormir.

A beautiful studio apartment, well appointed, with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent!
Unfortunately there is little sound proofing from neighboring rooms & the corridor, which made for a noisy night. Also, the worst Wi-Fi I have ever experienced, very slow & constantly dropping out.
Still, I would definitely stay in a Bob W property again

Stayed here for 5 nights, can see myself staying again. Pros: great location and customer service, comfortable bed, fast wifi, laundry. Cons: room was dark and lacked natural light, bad insulation; you could literally hear your neighbors from the air vent. But if you have any concerns, the customer service team will make everything for you to have a pleasant stay!

This hotel was a miss for us. I opted to book here for the night because comparable studios on Airbnb in the area were about $300.

The customer service, and the overall vibe of the place was great. There are also a lot of nice extras (coffee, tote bags), but it was lacking quality essentials (bad insulation, inconsistent hot water, bad smells).

The bathroom made us wish we’d stayed in a nice hostel instead and saved our money. The shower leaked all over the floor when we were in, we ran out of hot water immediately and it smelt like a combination of mould/urine which wafted into our room during the night.

The insulation was also terrible. We could hear everything happening in the corridor outside our door (room keypads being used, talking, suitcase wheels).

Bedside lamps/lighting would also have made our stay more comfortable. The only light in the main room was a very bright overhead light.

Love it.
The appartmet is spotless and the surroundings are beautiful. There is nightlife that might be noisy but I love it. Will be back again.

Superbe endroit, l'emplacement est idéal avec un rapport qualité prix défiant toute concurrence.
De notre côté nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude et l'équipe a été très réactive pour régler cela (changement de chambre).
Le contenu de l'endroit est extra: épices dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle, café: tous les nécessaires possibles.
CEPENDANT, il y a vraiment des hics:
- odeur intenable dans la salle de bain (et ce dans nos deux chambres, obligeant la fermeture des portes)
- isolation phonique très mauvaise: le quartier est ultra vivant (et c'est tant mieux), mais parfois on a vraiment l'impression d'avoir la fenêtre ouverte
- les volets ne ferment pas entièrement, nous réveillant alors le matin avec le soleil

Finalement, pour l'endroit, le rapport qualité prix, et le staff l'endroit mériterait un véritable 5 étoiles.
Cependant, quelques détails viennent gâcher cette superbe expérience et malheureusement ces points sont à revoir

Me encanta BOB W! Conozco los de Helsinki y Tallin y el de Madrid tampoco ha defraudado. Ubicación fantástica para pasar unos días y conocer Madrid.

I stayed and worked two weeks from BobW and I’m very grateful for this beautiful experience. Apart from the central location, here are the things that I loved most:

- personalized customer service via what’s app and team on site
- extra kitchen equipped with spices and basics such as rice, oats, oil etc
- toiletries needed for a long stay (just like in a hotel)
- doorman and security in building

What could be enhanced if you stay more than a week and work from the place:
- a little more space in bathroom and room
- noise-proof Windows and door
- low pressure of shower

Above all, I’m beyond grateful for everyone going out of their way to accommodate my needs.

Todo estuvo genial. Esta muy bien situado tanto de la zona de ocio como de la zona de las atracciones turísticas de Madrid. Cerca hay un Eroski (3 min). Me encanto el detalle de la game boy antigua para jugar y la cámara de fotos para pasear por la ciudad. Gracias Bob!

Great location and amenities. But the main highlight of my stay was the excellent customer service. The Bob W.team is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, spoke English and Spanish well, checked in frequently for feedback, and was incredibly responsive via email and WhatsApp.

I recommend the deluxe studios on the street side for longer stays (if you’re not sensitive to nighttime noise). The view and natural light made the studio seem bigger than it is, and the small kitchen was equipped with everything needed for basic meals. Note that the basic/non-deluxe studios don't have a stove or sink—like a hotel room.

The cons: there’s a lot of smells. The building has plumbing issues (noticeable in the bathrooms), the shared hallways smell like cigarette smoke, and the rooms have 2 strong reed diffusers. If you’re sensitive to smells, it’s overwhelming.

Overall, I’d stay here again because of the team!
