Mucho más caro que fuera del aeropuerto, con menús empezando en los 15 euros y hasta más de 20. Indicaciones incorrectas el minuto resultó ser más de 5 minutos.

Una estafa. Los precios de las máquinas de pedidos no se corresponden con los de la tabla de precios. Son mucho más caros los de la máquina.

Malisima experiencia, pedimos unos aros de gouda y media hora despues dicen que no tienen y que hay que cambiarlo por algo que no queriamos

Llegamos más tarde ese día y se agotaron casi todas las opciones vegetarianas, quedaron grandes desastres y algunos derrames en el área de asientos que no se limpiaron.

La comida era relativamente estándar para Burger King, nada especial.

Sin embargo, tenían puertos de carga en algunas de las mesas, lo que merece toda una estrella en sí mismo.

Servicio pésimo te tratan de tonto, sumado a que las patatas saben a aceite sucio, no llenan del todo la bebida, hasta 5€ más caro frente a los de fuera del aeropuerto.tonto de venir si lo sé hubiera ido al McDonald's y eso que prefiero burguer

I wish I read the other reviews before eating here. We went here because is "standardized food" so we didn't expect great food but at least decent and decent prices. Well, no. Food is overpriced, the bacon looked raw and not enough for a burger called "double bacon" the food was so cold (as other reviews have said) the cheese didn't even melt on the sides.
Everything was cold: the fries as well and undercooked and undersalted. Never trusting international-chain-food and checking the reviews first instead. Could have paid the same and gotten better food at another venue inside the airport.
Also there's only a tiny space to sit.

Normal, hamburguesas normales Depronto un poco caras pero es por que estaba en el aeropuerto de resto excelente

Pedí un cubo de patatas y literalmente no llegaban ni a la mitad del cubo (pensaba que cuando lo estaban acercando a la barra aún debían llenarlo porque ni se veían). Los macarrones con pesto asquerosos, se notaban del microondas.

- 12 mins waiting time between order and food
- very slow preparation by a young female assistant (I assume she spends too much time in preparing her make-up instead of serving customers)
- I had ordered some stuff for take away …
… I got the food without a bag, without knife/fork, without a cover of the drink, without dressing for the salad. I had to ask for each thing individually
- when I repeated for the 3rd time, that I had ordered it for take away, nothing happened
- when I asked for a bag, she gave me a bag (but nothing else)
-when I asked for a fork, she gave me a fork (but nothing else)
- when I asked for a cover for the drink, she gave me a cover (but nothing else)

Only at the gate I realised that she forgot the oil for the salad.

I had to walk back, asked her, but her knowledge of English (we‘re at an international airport) was rather minimal.

A third colleague finally helped, but it was the young assistant (!) rolling her eyes that I complained not having received the dressing - instead of recognising her own limited actions

Me parece deleznable, ser cliente desde hace muchos años y tener bastantes coronas para utilizar (ya que compro bastante en burger king) y que en el aeropuerto no me dejen utilizarlas ni los descuentos. Si somos clientes habituales deberíais de tratar mejor al cliente, y no justo en una zona donde llegamos de viaje cansados y hambrientos no dejar utilizar tus coronas ya que son beneficios por comprar en esta cadena de comida. Sin duda dejare de comprar en Burguer king e invitarte a mis amigos y conocidos a no volver a comprar ahí. Y el encargado que estaba (señor sin pelo y vestido de negro) en el turno de por la tarde (18: 00) del dia 27/09/2022 a sido un borde y un prepotente. Gracias a empleados como él haré que no vuelvan a comprar en Burguer king

No admiten ni cupones ni ofertas ni coronas solo o lo pagas o no lo comes. Nada de la app te vale aquí. Es un burgerking de altos vuelos.

Made my friend cry, all she wanted was ‘no nuts’ because she is severely allergic, staff gathered around and started laughing, embarrassing experience.

Staff needs a training customer service course

El BK en el Aeropuerto de Barajas es sucio y caótico. Precios astronómicos. Es más barato comer en los restaurantes dentro del aeropuerto. Sabor como en todos los BKs. Mejor evitarlo.

Yo se que no sirve de nada calificar acá, pero ahi gente que si lee y da importancia, un asco, todo mas caro, no tienen free drink, la atención fue rápido y amable, lo de mas un asco, todo sucio, pisos y mesas. No recomiendo, pero se abusan que es lo único que ahi para comer contundente.
