Gran albergue que es moderno y limpio. Personal amable y servicial, buena ubicación y buenas actividades como el recorrido por los pubs y los recorridos a pie gratuitos. ¡Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

He pasado unos días allí con un grupo organizando un retiro urbano y nos ha encantado! La habitación de 8 que pedimos es genial, muy cómoda y con 3 baños para que las mañanas pudieran ser buenos días. Las camas eran cómodas y en general, se disfruta de un buen descanso. En nuestro caso no disfrutamos de las propuestas que el hostel ofrece a los huéspedes, pero cada noche tenían algo diferente y el ambiente parecía de muy buen rollo. La atención y el personal estupendo, muy servicial y amable. ¡Me encantaría volver! Es un sitio muy particular y diferente que atrae a gente de todos los lugares lo recomiendo!

Gran albergue! Nos gustó mucho, es súper animado y el personal es muy eficiente, las instalaciones son muy hermosas y están bien diseñadas.

Desde la llegada a Cats siempre recibimos una sonrisa, un trato amable y siempre con la mejor disposición de ayudar. Awelina fue nuestra mejor barman, nos preparó un tequila magnífico y unos tragos coquetos!

Un hostal muy bonito y económico para viajes de grupo y viajes escolares. Realmente disfrutamos nuestro tiempo. La ubicación es perfecta y llegar desde el aeropuerto en metro es fácil. Sólo podemos recomendar calurosamente el albergue.

Escúchelo de un viajero primerizo: este albergue fue el mejor que he visitado hasta ahora por su precio. Primero, el ambiente de toda la casa es muy agradable y elegante. Hacen reuniones sociales, juegos y actividades como todos los días, lo cual es bueno para las personas que quieren conocer a otras personas. En segundo lugar, las habitaciones estaban limpias. Lo único que no me gustó fue que las camas chirrían un poco y no tienen cortina. Aparte de eso, es bueno. El aire acondicionado también funciona bien y no necesitas ventanas. Para ser honesto, por el dinero, obtienes un lugar central con múltiples duchas, baños e incluso una sala de lavandería para lavar y secar tu ropa, camas limpias, un personal MUY MUY amable y muchos eventos conectados si quieres conocer a alguien nuevo.

SE DA EN CUALQUIER HOSTEL, PERO CONSIGUE TAPONES PARA LOS OÍDOS O TAPONES DE CERA (los tapones de cera son mucho mejores)

Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid! He estado allí varias veces y está de lujo. El personal muy amable y el servicio bien. Lo recomendaría sin duda

Reserve una cama en una habitación para 8 personas y nos entraron a robar! Forzaron las cajas fuertes y se robaron ropa, objetos personales y la notebook de uno de los chicos que dormía en la habitación! El hostel no se quiso hacer responsable! Vergüenza!

Hostal con mucha gente y cuartos muy grandes. Lo único positivo es el precio. También hay muy buen ambiente al tener un bar propio y está asociado a numerosos eventos.

Excelente ubicación con de dos líneas de metro y cerca de todo. Los baños muy limpios y las recepcionistas muy majas.

Very cool, affordable hostel. I loved the look of the place, it's like i was in Andalucia or Morocco. Dorm rooms are basic but clean and spacious. There's a restobar on the first floor but no kitchen for cooking/heating your own food. Shared toilets and shower rooms are ok but could be cleaner. Since this is the party hostel, you might want ear plugs for a good night's sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and close to a lot of places of interest like Plaza Mayor, Sol, Prado museum.

É um hotel apropriado para pessoas que vão viajar por longos períodos ou festas.

Camas cómodas, silencio en las habitaciones, agua caliente. Bien ubicado. La limpieza muy mejorable, pero por el precio que tiene merece la pena.

Estuvimos una noche nada más, un sábado, para celebrar el día Nacional de México. Está muy bien situada con muchos restaurantes cercanos con buena comida, tiendas para comprar de todo y barato, algunas 24h, tiene una parada de metro al lado. Al llegar había una fiesta en una sala. Era barato, así que no se puede pedir mucho. La habitación era muy cálida para descansar, mucha gente en la habitación, pero los baños estaban bien, grandes y limpios con duchas amplias. Si quieres barato y no dormir bien, si quieres descansar puede no ser tan buena opción.

I stayed in the Chill Out hostel. I loved the environment. Many friendly travelers to connect with! The rooms were small but cozy, but the staff seemed a bit rude to me, not sure if it was a cultural difference as I am not from Europe, but they were very knowledgable and gave me the help that I needed. So overall, it was a good stay.

Sólo estuve en el bar y menuda fiesta tenían allí organizada! Mucha gente joven. Bien ubicado, a unos 10-15 min d sol andando y a 5 de plaza Santa Ana.

You pay 10 euro deposit for the key, you will get it back later. Staff speaks English. Clean place. Breakfast is 3 euros extra, not included within orginal price.

For a party hostel this place is pretty fun with good vibes and people, down side tho our private rooms aircon was broken, so it made sleeping extremely uncomfortable they got us a fan for the room but its summer it helped a little but really needed two fans one for each bed, when we asked why it wasnt fixed they said the guy just wont come fix it, which seemed like it had been broken for a while then the only down side to the hostel.

Really fun and well run hostel! Lots of great staff, fun events and nice rooms. We did the pub crawl on a Wednesday night and it was a very fun and full night!

I usually do not write reviews.but this place was not as it is described online or by others. It is very cute and In a good location. I like the bar/food option. But, the staff/people who stayed were the least friendly from anywhere I stayed, the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, SO STINKY in the rooms with no AC (and trust me you’ll want AC), there was no cute sangria fountain during the weekend.

Like seriously it was the worst hostel I was in my entire stay in Madrid and Spain and it was the one I was most excited about. Not worth it.sorry. SO SO STINKY with unwelcoming atmosphere wow.

Nice hostel. Cheap, friendly and efficient staff, good beds, historical building, nice crowd of party animals.

Nos fue lo que esperabamos o lo que se puede observar en imagines, vídeos. La atención es muy buena pero en tema fiesta muy aburrido. Lleno de hombres

People who work there are nice, helpful, funny and very friendly.

Hostel is okay, but not really a social atmosphere. When I stayed there wasn't a dinner organized by the hostel and the breakfast is only free if you book directly (not that many people do that). But overall it's fine

Its s nice party Hostel, I have been going to this hostel over three years and every year I hear of some travelers loosing something (passport, phone etc.) i never paid attention to it until they stole my laptop on breakfast right in front of my face. Everyone at the breakfast room (3mx3m) is from staff and the way they denied seeing anything was so fishy that I know they have taken it. For me it’s a major disappointment and it deserves the lowest rate as it is not a safe environment. (Theifs)
